• Andrey (10/5): Nice cozy stay in the city center - Perfect location in the center of the city, close to restaurants, Cross cafe (recommended) and a small grocery store. Apt is very clean and nice, good facilities, kettle, coffee machine, tv.
• Dagmar (10/5): Velmi pěkné ubytování v centru Hradce Králové - Krásný, prostorný apartmán, dobře zařízený, ideální poloha na náměstí, okna jsou ale na druhou stranu, takže v noci byl klid, bezproblémové předání klíčů prostřednictvím schránky, parkování na náměstí v pohodě, o víkendu za pár korun, byli jsme s pobytem moc spokojení
• Kateřina (9/5): Opět skvělé ubytování - Studio jsme navštívili již v roce 2024 a je vidět, že se majitel o ubytování stará. Kvalita zařízení neklasla, naopak přibyl větrák. Studio je prakticky a hezky zařízené (sušák na prádlo, žehlící prkno a žehlička), vše čisté a uklizené. Dostatek nádobí i úložného prostoru. Komunikace s ubytováním rychlá a bez problémová. Ocenili bychom obyčejnou konvičku na čaj, ale hrnec to jistil.

• Ivan (10/5): Perfect accommodation, we will come again! - Mostly the location and the space. Also, the fact that it was easy finding it. The apartment had great facilities and we will certainly come agian.

• Martin (10/5): - Excellent position on the main town square, great communication with the host, keys available in outside locker (so, no worries about late arrival), very clean and equiped facility. Thank you. Just a funny thing: the appartment is fully equipped: washing machine, loundry rack, owen, microwave, coffee machine for capsules, massive TV, large sofa...... also ironing machine but no ironing board....at least I did not find it. Nothing important for my 2 nights stay anyway.

• Jiri Halbrstat (10/5): - Krásný a prostorný apartmán v historickém domě na náměstí (okna jsou na druhou stranu). Příjemný a vkusně zařízený.
• Kostiantyn Hilov (7/5): - Персонал справился отлично! Ответил на звонки ,и помог поселиться. Зелёный чай одного сорта,во всех ячейках. К кофе машине были только две капсулы,и это ясно нас двое! Пульт от tv распадался,кнопки затёртые.

• Eduard (10/5): Комфортабельная, очень чистая студия в отреставрированном историческом доме на центральной площади - Идеальный вариант для пары. Просторные, уютные апартаменты в историческом отлично реставрированном здании прямо на центральной площади, но с окнами на противоположную сторону (что скорее идет в плюс). Шикарная планировка, качественный текстиль, всё новое. Локация - трудно представить что-то лучше, чем этот вариант. Рядом нашлась недорогая подземная парковка, где были свободные места, несмотря на городской праздник. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания. Богатейшая инфраструктура в пешей доступности - кафе, бары, рестораны, магазины, парки, набережная. Стоит учесть, что это однокомнатная студия, это следует из названия объекта. На фото непонятно, есть отдельная спальня или нет. Отдельной спальни в этих апартаментах нет, хотя в описании удобств на сайте есть раздел СПАЛЬНЯ, оборудованная шкафом/гардеробом. Это не так. Гардероб расположен в просторной прихожей, а кровать стоит в студии рядом с диваном.
• Martina (10/5): Perfektní ubytování - Apartmám se nachází přímo v centru města s okny do dvora, což zaručuje klid. Předání klíčů bezkontaktně s přesnými instrukcemi. Vše co jsme potřebovali zařídit bylo ze strany hostitele vyřízeno okamžitě. Kuchyně plně vybavená, nic nechybělo. Základní potraviny k dispozici (káva, čaj, cukr, sůl, olej, koření). Parkování hned před domem na Velkém náměstí nebo levnější v nedalekém parkovacím domě RegioCentrum. Využili jsme obě varianty. V tomto ubytovacím zařízejí jsme byli ubytování již 2x (2 různé apartmány) a vždy byl náš pobyt perfektní.

• Michał (8/5): - Dwa komplety kluczy do mieszkania, rzadkie w apartamentach, a bardzo dobre rozwiązanie.
• Joachim (8/5): - Schöne Unterkunft. Gute Lage. Schnelle Reaktion bei Beschwerde (Sauberkeit und Leintuch, siehe unten) und sofortige Behebung. Wurde vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht gut geputzt. Alte Socken lagen im Badezimmer und unter dem Bett. Ebenso ein gebrauchter Putzfetzen. Wir waren als Familie dort und das Leintuch für die ausziehbare Couch fehlte bzw. war viel zu klein. Wurde aber nachgebracht.

• Vendula (9/5): - Pěkný, čistý a prostorný pokoj přímo v centru města. Naprostý klid, nebylo slyšet žádné okolní ruchy. Předání klíčů proběhlo bezkontaktní formou - bezpečnostní schránka. Pokyny perfektně srozumitelné. Parkovaní v centru složitější, ale v pohodě jsme zaparkovali v nedalekém parkovacím domě vzdáleného max. 10 minut chůze. Dva dny parkování vyšly na pár korun.

• Blossom (9/5): An almost perfect apartment - The check-in instructions were precise and easy to follow. The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with sufficient and required utensils. Good washing machine which had a dryer facility too. The location was excellent, bang in the centre of old town and had restaurants, grocery store, fresh fruit and vegetable store closeby. the bus stop was a 3 minute walk away. The property provided all the facilities as listed under it except Slippers, which was not a big deal for me, as I always carry my own. Although I messaged the property, asking which floor was the apartment on, and did it have an elevator? I didn't receive a reply about this until my booking was confirmed. When the reply that : "it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator", came back, I couldn't change the booking. For people who find it difficult to ascend or descend stairs, this would be a real deal breaker. The property owners need to mention this in the description. The apartment stows extra bed linen in the wardrobe . However if you use it, you are charged extra, presuming that extra people stayed in the apartment. I would think that this clause needs to be specifically conveyed to people using the property! Or...pls don't stock extra bed linen to safeguard interests of both property owner and user. This would be fair and just.

• Paul (8/5): Location location location. A nice and well taken care of apartment to stay in while in Hradec K. - Location location location. The location was right in the middle of the historic downtown. The apartment was close to many good restaurants and cafes. You could walk to everywhere in the Hradec main core. Having to climb the stairs to get to the apartment was a bit of a chore with luggage in hand. With the weather during the summer months, the place could benefit from adding an air conditioning unit.
• Irina (6/5): Pleasant - At general it’s was nice apartment. The owner certainly economy on heating. The battery was totally cold during first day and night, after our call it started a little bit getting warmer. As results my child has got sick.

• Aspen (10/5): Exceptional - a spacious and newly renovated apartment with an excellent location in the city center with nearby restaurants and a view of the quiet street, a high level of cleanliness, very comfortable beds and a kitchen equipped with everything one needs, a video shared through WhatsApp on how to get the keys and enter the apartment was very helpful, once back in Hradec Kralove, we will definitely select this apartment again just a tiny detail that the instructions on how to get the keys were shared the very same day when we were to check in, while it would be better to have them a bit earlier to know what to expect in advance

Great location. Netflix, Youtube. Hot place in summer sunny days (fan did good job, but ...), only paid public parking.

• Marta (10/5): It's worth its price. - Apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped, stylish, quiet. Located in the very historic city center, in the close proximity of restaurants and bars. Taking and handing over the keys was easy. Jan, the host, is an easygoing person. In a nutshell, I definitely recommend it. I cannot find a flaw, there's nothing to pick on.
