• Magdalene (9/5): - The property was a perfect location but getting the keys was a challenge and we only had 1 set of key so we all had to leave and return the same time as we were scared to leave the keys in key box at night was too scary Everything was perfectly clean
• Stephen & Annette (6/5): - Location and spaciousness were great. Communication was confusing. Didn't like having a card hold for up to 14 days and originally was 5, for damage. We replaced the keys as requested but they queried if we had lost them and never explained what had happened.
• Delmita (9/5): - Clean, tidy and great location! Apartment had everything we needed for our stay :) We were not given the code for the gate to access the lockbox which made our check in a-bit stressful. The bed is hard and not comfy. Otherwise everything else was great.
• Peter (6/5): Its ok but awkward - That end of Town is dead, very boring Finding the place. Well, it was difficult because the booking doesn't provide the address, so you have to use a process of deduction to find the correct building. We ended up at a convenience store, where the man was very helpful. Then you have to find the waste area where someone was going through waste, picking out containers for recycling, and find a key safe that was open, and then another safe with our keys. Then the front access to the building was inaccessible due to renovations, so we had to navigate to a gate, an underground car park, etc., etc. It was not good, not late at night after a long flight, stumbling around in the dark, nah

• Lee Ching (10/5): Very good choice to stay in Perth city - Excellent location, spacious room and comfortable bed! Additional recommended point is apartment come with parking too!

• Matthew (8/5): - Located very near to the Red CAT 2 bus stop along Hay Street, which makes it very convenient to travel free of charge to Perth Station and shopping malls. The apartment is located within walking distance from several tourist attractions. The sofa bed springs are very hard. We need to place many layers of beddings to cushion the springs. The toilet does not have a tap to rinse hands or underparts.

• Stephanie (4/5): Disappointing - Misleading and incorrect information on the apartment address. Supply of cloths detergent and expresso coffee packets are only enough for half the period of stay. Cant contact the person in charge of the apartment. Difficult to find the keys. Broken plastic cloths hanger
• Mark (9/5): Great location and very comfortable apartment with everything you need. - House manual mentioned a dishwasher but there wasn't one. No biggie though.
• Nuurzahidah (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment made us feel so like home. So comfy and almost complete with everything. Check in was smooth as contactless and owner was very responsive to any of our questions. Beyond our expectation! Maybe can provide some hangers to hang our clothes and full body mirror would be nice 🙂 but thats just a minor drawback. Without it also good enough
