• Monika (9/5): Superb - Ugo is a great person! Additionally, the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to a busier street where you'll find good food (breakfasts!) and some shops. Also, the tube station is not far off - and the route to it is safe. It was all perfect, honestly!
• Merine (8/5): Fair - Large enough room. Clean, extra portable heater available to use. Comfortable bed. Bath towel, albeit hard and rough, was provided. Hairdryer available . Shared Kitchen and bathroom available to use. However, the cupboards were full of stuff, no lock or latch on the room door. I stayed there for 2 days and there was another man in the adjacent room. It was uncomfortable and quite scary to sleep in an unlocked room with a stranger who could come in any time if they wanted to. Location was good considering I was visiting Hammersmith hospital.

• Zoe (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very accommodating to my check-in and check-out timings. She saved me lots of trouble. Thank you so much! Bedroom was clean and nice, with everything I needed. Most places do not have bedroom slippers and it's a nice touch that the bedroom has a pair. :) Would feel safer if there was a lock on the bedroom door. The door was also a little squeaky, would prefer if it doesn't squeak so much because I was worried I would wake the other tenant up late at night when I needed the bathroom.

Not helpful and rude. - It was a standard room no frills just what you pay for good for working professionals for a stop gap. I didn't like the attitude of the lady I spoke to I booked this room on behalf of my driver that was doing a job for me in the area. I did a estimated arrival time and unfortunately the driver was running late. We messaged the owner she wasn't happy at all, She actually said we should have changed the time of arrival tried to explain she put the phone down on me. The driver had to wait at the premises for about 15minutes to gain access. Owner needs to understand circumstances changed I booked this for a member of my staff and I didnt like her approach especially when it comes to business to business.
