- Olena (9/5): Я бы остановилась еще. Очень хорошие апартаменты по отличной цене - Номер был замечательным. Огромный и чистый. Отдельное спасибо дизайнеру, нам очень понравилось. Современная мебель, все в хорошем состоянии. Отличная звукоизоляция и можно останавливаться с животными. Прямо возле Лидла, что тоже было плюсом. До старого города примерно 7-10 минут пешком. Даже с детьми это было не сложно. Мои дети и я остались в восторге. В номере был гель для душа и шампунь (я пользовалась своим, но в принципе очень приятно за заботу). Сковородка!!! Ей нельзя пользоваться, это вредно для здоровья. Будьте готовы везти ее с собой. Вроде мелочь, но неприятно. Ну и посудомойка))) хорошая посудомойка, но нет ни одной таблетки для нее. Это для меня было просто разочарованием. Пришлось впервые за много лет мыть посуду руками. Ну можно ведь выделять одну таблетку на один день.

- Alice (7/5): Ubytování bylo krásné a dobře vybavené, lokalita je úžasná. Negativy bylo, že jsme měli jsme neutřený stůl a z lednice b - Na ubytování se nám líbil interiér, doplňky a i vybavení pokojů, koupelny atd. Lokalita byla úžasná. Měli jsme neutřený stůl a z lednice byla extrémně cítit nějaká stará ryba. Rozkládací gauč byl tvrdý jako spát na zemi.
- Daniela (5/5): 3rd time, defo not the best - This was my 3rd stay in one of the Rentez apts. in the same location. Location is great, and on the whole all their apartments I’ve been to are comfy. This one is on the 6th floor, so had a little bit more of a view. I was there right after New Year when the outside temperature didn’t go above -5C and the heating in the apartment didn’t work. It took 4 days of back and forth before it got resolved by me moving to another apartment in the building. The heating there worked but I was greeted by a forgotten dustpan and bag of trash in the hallway, there was no microwave and the telly had no signal.

- Jakob (8/5): Ruhig, gut ausgestattet, viel Platz - Das die Schlüsselübergabe in einem anderen Gebäude in der Parallelstraße stattfindet war mir nicht klar und musste es erst telefonische rausfinden, hat dann aber sehr gut geklappt. Der Bezahlte Parkplatz in der Parallelstrasse war super (5€ pro Tag und bewacht... kann man nicht meckern), hatte aber am letzten Abend keinen Platz mehr für mich, obwohl ich schon bei Ankunft komplett bezahlt hatte.
- Oleksandr (4/5): - Из плюсов хочется отметить красивую мебель и стильный интерьер. В апартаментах есть тёплый пол, полностью оборудованная кухня. В ванной комнате предусмотрены и душ, и ванна, что очень удобно. К сожалению, апартаменты оказались недостаточно хорошо убраны. Полы были не вымыты, рядом с духовым шкафом находился мусор, на потолках — паутина. На диване было много собачьей шерсти. В одной из комнат на постельном белье были обнаружены клочки волос. Кухонное полотенце имело неприятный запах. Также окна были грязные и в пятнах с внутренней стороны, что создавало ощущение неухоженности. В ванной комнате дверь была сломана и не закрывалась, однако её починили за один день до нашего отъезда.
- katharina (7/5): - Apartments befinden sich in der Nähe von Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist groß und modern ausgestattet. Leider gibt's kein Aufzug und wir hatten 4 Stock. In der Küche gibt's für 4 Personen wenig Geschirr. 3 Tee Tassen. Kein einziger Topf zum was kochen. Und zu wenig Klopapier. Es hat nicht gereicht für 3 Tage.

- Maryna (8/5): Хороші великі апартаменти із зручним розташуванням - Чудові великі апартаменти, гарні. Гарне розташування прямо біля магазину Lidl. Ми були у листопаді 2025, ціна була чудовою! По сервісу були питання: 1. Ніде в номері не було пароля до wi-fi, довелося запитувати через повідомлення. Потім мені надіслали пароль, який був невірним, і тільки за 2 дні ми змогли отримати вірний пароль. Було б краще, якби пароль був відразу розміщений в апартаментах. 2. Посудомийка є, але жодної капсули. Те ж саме з кавоваркою. Сміттєві пакети також не були надані додаткові, хоча ми бронювали на 9 днів. У душовій була порожня пляшка з під гелю для душу одразу після нашого заселення….

- Alžběta (7/5): - Dobrý poměr cena/výkon, možnost parkování za poplatek za branou ve vedlejší ulici, pohodlná postel, čisto. Klidná ulice. Ochotný servis, byť na dálku. Nové spotřebiče. Jedna noc velký hluk z jiného pokoje, obtížné to řešit bez recepce v domě. Kuchyň naprosto bez základních surovin. Trochu matoucí automatické organizační zprávy, které nezohlednily domluvu (po SMS žádosti to ale bylo napraveno). Být uvítá drobnou údržbu (ale bylo velmi čisto).

- Martina (10/5): Ubytování, čisté, moderní, nové - vstřícnost naprosto perfektní. Ubytujeme se určitě opět. - Lokalita je perfektní - vše bylo kousek od ubytování. Náš zvláštní požadavek vyřešen hned a bez problémů. Naprostá spokojenost.
- Radim (9/5): - Výborná a klidná lokalita, do centra asi 7 min pěšky. Vkusně zařízený byt. Nedostatečně provedený úklid - ve vaně vlasy po předchozí návštěvě, v kuchyni drobky na podlaze a na židlích. V nabídce byl uveden i kávovar, který ale na bytě není. Matrace příliš měkké.

- Petr (7/5): - Vcelku hezká lokalita v dochozí vzdálenosti do historického centra. Těsně před odjezdem z ubytování dost netrpělivá služba odvozu povlečení. Za mě až drzý přístup, kdy vlezla do pokoje před odhlášením naší návštěvy. Prostě si odemkla a šla si vzít povlečení s dost arogantním a neodbytným jednáním. Tohle se mi nikdy nikde ještě nestalo.

For example, the closet wasn't fully closing in the bedroom, no wipe or towel in the kitchen, the chairs vs tables ratio was unbalanced and no bath plug.

- Dolev (1/5): Very bad experience - Hello, I would like to express my disappointment regarding my stay at the hotel. When we arrived at the address listed in the advertisement, we discovered that it was only a key pick-up location, and that the actual hotel was located on a different street. The directions we received were unclear, which caused us to lose about half an hour until we managed to find the place. When we finally arrived at the room, we found that it was essentially being used as a storage space: the room was full of bed linens, cleaning supplies, and dirty laundry from the entire floor, which was only collected the following day. This created a very unpleasant experience and significantly affected the quality of our stay. I kindly ask for your immediate attention to this matter, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the impact on the quality our stay.
- Antanina (8/5): It's not the worst place to stay, but it really depends on what room you get and how well it's been looked after - This is our second visit to this accommodation. The first was a year ago when they first opened and we absolutely loved everything, so we came back for the second year in a row and regretted it. Overall, it is still a great location in a quiet and convenient place near the springs and Lidl, good parking in the neighboring yard. But the accommodation itself is not looked after, so after each guest it gets worse. On the first day we wrote to the administrator that one of the night curtains was missing from the room (it was simply torn out of the window), and there were problems with the tap in the shower. We were told pretty quickly that everything would be fixed, but no one showed up for 11 days. All the cleaning products and garbage bags were removed from the room, which was inconvenient. There is no broom, mop or vacuum cleaner. So if you like to keep things clean, be prepared to come with your own cleaning products or order an additional cleaning service. The frying pan and pots were in pretty bad condition as well.

- B (1/5): Bedbugs - Bedbugs We booked this apartment from Tuesday to Saturday. Upon arrival, we discovered the dishwasher smelled and didn't work. The dishes were greasy. And it was crawling with mosquitoes and flies (thousands of them). It was 36 degrees Celsius in the apartment and there was NO fan, as was indicated on Booking.com. The apartment is located near a ditch with lots of mosquitoes, so opening a window was a disaster. We immediately messaged Adam but received no response. The next morning, we were covered in bumps and itchy. We checked the beds and found bedbugs. We called Adam, and he said he would pass it on to his colleague. That evening, when we got home, we discovered nothing had happened. We contacted Adam again, and he told us he couldn't do anything and was very rude. We then slept in the car. We contacted Booking.com. We heard nothing!!! DO NOT book this apartment because the beds have BEDBUGS!!! It's outrageous that Adam sent us a message on Saturday asking us to leave a good review because he had given us a great offer.
- Monique (8/5): - Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung. Super modern . Wir haben den bewachten Parkplatz um die Ecke in Anspruch genommen. Man ist in zehn Minuten in der wunderschönen Innenstadt. Das Reinigungspersonal war nicht besonders gründlich. Der Geschirrspüler war noch mit benutzten Geschirr vom Vorgänger bestückt und die Oberflächen im Bad und der Küche waren unsauber. In der Beschreibung stand das Grundreinigungsmittel in der Wohnung vorhanden sind, auch das war leider nicht der Fall ( Handseife , Geschirrspültabs, Fit) Abwaschlappen + Geschirrhandtuch waren noch die benutzten von Vorgänger.

- Jana (8/5): Celkově spokojenost, ale rozhodně je c - Byt byl prostorný, postele pohodlné, blízko Lidl, na kolonádu cca 15 minut. Vzhledem k tomu, že je apartmán až pro 6 lidí, tak naprosto nedostatek nádobí. Byly jsme 4 a chyběly skleničky na víno, vařečka, utěrka na nádobí, příbory, jen jedna tableta do myčky. V koupelně nedostatek mýdla, prázdný sprchový gel, málo toaletního papíru.

- Lika (1/5): This was one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve had. Extremely disappointed. Avoid this host! - Low transparency about pricing: Be aware that the price you see during the booking search is not the price you will actually pay. At checkout, several hidden fees suddenly appear. Moreover, the city tax was listed as $2/day per adult, but in the invoice sent by the app, it had mysteriously increased to $2.20. On top of that, there was a payment procession charge clearly designed for the host’s convenience, not the guest’s. If you’re only staying for a night or two, you might overlook these issues. But if you're a group staying for a few weeks, the extra charges add up significantly. It’s dishonest and exploitative. Poor service: -We were a group with different schedules, yet the host provided only one set of keys. This severely restricted our ability to move around independently. -The kitchen sink was leaking from day one. Despite repeated calls and messages, it was never fully repaired – we lived with a leaking sink for two weeks. -The host was unresponsive: didn’t answer texts, didn't pick up calls, and didn't offer efficient support during the stay. Poor facilities: - The kitchen was poorly equipped, limiting our ability to cook basic meals. -The apartment is furnished with little taste, most equipment is unpractical. -No ventilation or air conditioning at all, even though there was ongoing construction in the building, making the air quality indoors terrible. Overall: a frustrating, overpriced, and substandard experience. I strongly advise against booking with this host. There are far better, more honest, and responsive options out there.

- Katie (8/5): Very good - Apartment was huge with a kitchen and comfortable bed. Location was great barely a 10 minute walk to the shopping and food district. It was quiet calm comfortable and very dog friendly. Bring your own coffee and tea they do have a kettle

Dealbreakers: There were a silverfishes in the bathroom I will not attach photos, to not scare people off. I tried to communicate with property owner to get some extra info about check in, but my messages were missed. Small improvements: would be nice to have an extra towel for the bathroom, to put on a floor.

- Laura (3/5): Dirty and ill-equipped apartment with a host that does not care - The location This place is a great reminder of why short-term rentals will never be better than hotels. From the start, we had an issue with the keys. You have to retrieve the keys from a different building, which is fine, except the man responsible for this gave us the key to the apartment but no fob to enter the building. After this was resolved, we quickly realized how poor of a job the cleaning staff did preparing the apartment for our arrival- they did not fill the bathroom hand soap, they left us almost empty shower product bottles and only a few coffee pods for a 3 night stay for 5 people, there were no hand towels in the kitchen, there was a soda bottle left on the floor from a previous guest, the floor was so dirty that it turned our socks brown, and the shower drain was so clogged that a quick shower resulted in the entire bathroom being flooded. We had to use half of the towels provided just to clean up the flood. When all of this was brought to the host's attention, we were ignored for the rest of the stay, and had to buy our own supplies (soap, towels, etc) AND had to fix the shower drain ourselves in order to have a comfortable stay. We never heard from the host again. I would definitely not recommend staying here if you want a clean and comfortable stay, or a host that cares about your stay at all.

- Deyan (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really good, new comfortable and big enough. It was walking distance from main attractions. For a big group 4-5 it is ideal. There is Lidl nearby. Private parking they suggested was unfortunately full. They also suggested a free parking location 1-2 km away. I preferred to park on the street. The only disadvantage was you need to change the ticket every 3 hours max. You cannot pay for the whole day

- Aleh (10/5): Great value for money - Great apartament, especially if you're staying with your other half or a friend. Roomy, big kitchen with all the standard kitchenware, fridge and big TV, comfy bedroom with a large bed and another flatsceen TV. We loved the bathroom with a bath enough for two. City centre is 5 min away, Lidl mart nearby. If you're travelling by car, highway exit is just there and a secured on-premises parking lot is available. Overall, me and my fiancée loved our week stay. Highly recommend. Polecam. Small windows maybe, but I traded them for a big bathroom. Everything else was fine.
- Katerina (10/5): Family trip to Karlovy Vary - The apartment was very nice and comfortable, with modern design. Clean and quiet. Only 5 mins from the centre, which makes it even better, because you can easily get to the cheaper and cosier restaurants (instead of those at the Kolonada-the main walking area). Also, the Lidl market is literally a minute away, so if you want to prepare something yourself-you have a kitchen with everything you need, even a dishwasher. Totally worth it, and come back for another time! Nothing special, perhaps both TVs should have access to some movie channels. But not a must...
