• T K (10/5): - A spacious 4th floor apartment in an excellent location overlooking Playa Del Reducto. Friendly and helpful owner.
• Paul (8/5): Nice stay. Superb location - Space and everything available in the appartement. Great kitchen, good view and right on the beach. Paid parking is a 2 minute walk, free parking is a 13 minute walk. Airco not working with 28 degrees while selecting a accomodation on that. Forgot my earplugs, but the boulevard is a bit noisy at night. Even with the bedroom window closed. I am a single traveler for years but the owner kept going on like he didnt trust me being alone. Not the right nice way to start a holiday thh
• MAISONNEUVE (4/5): - La vue sur l'océan. Un appartement vaste. Le bruit le samedi soir sur la promenade en dessous. Des fêtards y trainent toute la nuit Les serviettes humides qui sentaient le moisi étendues dans la buanderie.
• Linda (10/5): - The location was very comfortable , all is near with all the services need . The apartment was almost new , we travelled with a baby and was good to stay there , silence enough during evening and night and good equipment in the house in general . Two toilettes , one with washmachine , comfortable sofa and double bed big enough for three ☺️ The owner was nice and waiti for us in the evening showing the flat . Nothing to complain for Good stay

• Kevin (10/5): Sea views, spacious and convenient location. - The location couldn’t be better, step outside and straight into the beach. Everything you need is right there, shops, restaurants etc. The check in was smooth, apartment is clean and spacious and the sea view is amazing. Has two toilets which is great when in a group/family. Strong WiFi too.

• James (6/5): Pleasant - Beach view. Two Loo's Hot water Refrigerator and kitchen in general WiFi reception, Beds Smell from drains in kitchen and shower room, no bidet. No ordinary TV channel's. Bedding not well organised. Not sure what was clean. Roadworks in front of the building.

(6/5): Pleasant - The apartment has a lot of potential: well situated, beautiful view, quiet at night, very spacious, several bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 toilets, washing machine, excellent WiFi connection etc. Unfortunately, due to a very noisy construction site underneath the house, parking the car nearby was impossible. The kitchen equipment was not very inviting for eating/cooking there. The shower sink smelled unpleasantly.
• Akiversen (6/5): Enjoyable eveneings on the built-in balcony looking at the life on the beach and the fireworks! - Location on the 4th floor is great overlooking the beach and the sunset! No innstruction on how to get in the maindoor on the street level. A few things were broken, most critical the wall fixing for the shower.
