Joel André (9/5): - La ubicación. Queda cerca a la universidad y a pocas calles habían tiendas y restaurantes muy buenos El único inconveniente fue el aire acondicionado que tardaba mucho en funcionar como calefacción, pero tampoco fue algo imprescindible.
