Cleaning prior to check-in and after check-out is included. Guests that wish to have extra cleaning will have to pay USD 30 per day for the one-bedroom apartment and USD 40 per day for the 2-bedroom apartment. LOCAL TAX LAW. Agustín (9/5): - Muy lindo la vista, el predio y las instalaciones. Muy bien el personal del condominio. Es un lugar para estar muy tranquilo, por demás quizás. Un poco la limpieza del departamento, sobre todo en la cocina, lo que es ollas y utensilios.lo demás bastante bien. El colchón del sofá cama es malo...aconsejo llevar colchón inflable

La higiene del apartamento , mal olor , falta de limpieza , los muebles como el sofá cama en muy mal estado y sucio, en cuanto a la cama el colchón se encontraba sucio sin cubre colchón. Mala calidad en general de los muebles el predio muy elevado para las comodidades ofrecidas
