• Olga (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen schöne Unterkunft um zu entspannen . - Sehr schöne Lage , in wenigen Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt , ca 10 Minuten , Strand in der Nähe (ca 5 Minuten ), haben wir aber nicht benutzt , da sehr klein . Großes Haus , oben in Elternbereich und Kinder Bereich aufgeteilt . Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen , Besteck und Geschirr sollte schon längs ausgetauscht werden .

• Joanna (9/5): Great villa ! - This villa is spacious in a quiet residential location 15 mins walk from old town. Pool is perfect for a family. Beds comfortable with everything you need to enjoy home comforts. 2 min walk to sea with small beach you can swim at. Red rum restaurant is excellent for drinks, sunset and good food. Would have been better with air conditioning downstairs too. Cool in bedrooms.

Constant noise of construction work from villa next door during our two week stay No instruction manual/information manual regarding air con, cooker, washing machine etc. Need to provide handle rail to permit safe access to pool No information provided regarding password for WiFi
• Lynneb (9/5): A spacious, comfortable, well-equipped villa in a lovely location within easy walk to Old Alcudia. - A spacious, comfortable villa in a lovely, quiet location within easy walk to Old Alcudia. Kitchen had all equipment we required, bathroom showers were good and the terrace and garden were excellent for fun activities and relaxation. Pool was clean and a good size. Especially liked having 4 x tables & chair sets in different rooms/terrace/garden for family eating downstairs!

• Gavin (10/5): Exceptional - House and pool was really excellent. Air conditioning was very welcome. House was very well equipped too. Alcudia was really beautiful and lots to do locally too. Quite a long walk to shops and only one bar/restaurant in the immediate area.....but lots of options in Alcudia old town which was wonderful.
