• Marja (8/5): Mooie locatie - Prima locatie, we kwamen vroeg aan en konden al meteen inchecken,; heel fijn. Kleine probleempjes werden snel opgelost. Geen keukenhanddoeken, wc blijft doorlopen.

Angelo - Tutto molto positivo, a cominciare dall'appartamento ampio e confortevole, dalla gentilezza della signora che ha gestito la prenotazione, dalla pulizia, dalla posizione nella città. Pochi gli aspetti negativi, in parte risolti con prontezza, in parte marginali.

• maria (8/5): Todo perfecto menos el colchón - La ubicación y la limpieza La cama. El colchón está en mal estado. Deberían cambiarlo. He dormido fatal y me he levantado con la espalda destrozada. Se hunde!
• Sierra (8/5): Excellent and quiet location - Excellent and quiet location. Large and roomy flat. Good communication with host. We found the bed to be uncomfortable. Only single provisions provided for stay (ie. 1 washing machine tab, 1 sachet of dish liquid) which takes away from the homeliness of the property.

• Radu (6/5): Spacious but with problems - I like the location and the easiness to check in. There are facilities for a good stay. Smart TV with Netflix There were some bed bugs/ants or something as I have bites all over my body. Also the check in is at 1600 and check out at 1000. Greedy. Also there was a safety situation which the owner didn’t address properly. I wouldn’t recommend this stay if you have other options

• Ali (8/5): Good - Very well located and quiet spot. The shower head needs to be replaced and the drain of the shower fixed as it does not drain water properly. It would be good to also provide dishwashing liquid. Only a small sachet was provided for six days of stay.

• Eunyoung (7/5): Decent stay in quiet area - Quiet area with no noise from outside so it was easy to sleep. Very spacious especially living room area. The building entrance is a bit downside because it smells damp and dirty looking(needs some fresh paint job). The apt itself is not too clean(you can see that the cleaning person is not through).WiFi was really spotty.

Location was great with coffeeshops and restaurants around, and 15-30 minute walk to different locations around Rome The shower head is too big for the shower space and it was difficult to not get the bathroom floor all wet

• Agne (9/5): I would recommend for a short term stay - Good location. Clean apartment. Easy access. Stylish interior. Good communication with the owner. We used the apartment mostly for sleeping, did not use the kitchen.
• Дмитрий (10/5): We were completely satisfied. - The apartments are in a great location. Excellent instructions for accessing housing. Fully correspond to the description. Quiet and warm. New sofa and shower. Comfortable bed. Good wifi signal. Excellent water pressure. Fully equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee, condiments, sugar and salt were kindly provided. The support team was in touch all the time. Nearby there are Carrefour and several cafes (I recommend Osteria Orbitelli - 3 meters from the entrance to the house). We were completely satisfied. I would like dishes for wine and champagne - but this is not a minus, but rather a small whim. This does not affect the quality of the object. The rating is still 10.

• Frank (9/5): Loved our stay in Rome our host was an excellent communicator and did everything to make our stay a memorable time, My w - The location was absolutely perfect for our needs, being a short walk to St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican precinct was very special. Walking distance to other Rome attractions, hop on hop off bus, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. Being surrounded by cafes and restaurants at your doorstep was so good. The property had an old world feel to it which was also very special and the overall space was very comfortable. Apartment on the second level, (no lift) only stairs which felt like a big climb after a long day.

• Amelia (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was great, it had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Rome. The location is excellent, a short walk to the Vatican City, walking to colosseum and other sites too. The building felt very secure and is close to plenty of great food options. The apartment also had a washing machine which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
