• Jason (10/5): Fantastic experience for our 4 night stay in Tamworth. - Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Excellent yard for our 2 dogs. Great view from the rear deck.

Would benefit from a dog door in the back fly screen as excellent dog friendly accommodation otherwise. A bit concerned at no front fence and gate on the busy road as well in case of escapees out the front door.

• Gerard (8/5): Pretty simple accomodation but would stay again. - Nice clean, WAY WAY better than a motel for much the same price. Plenty of space. Easy access to town. Had all the basics you need. Somewhat busy noisy road, but not bad. Lounge furniture pretty worn. No smart TV.

• Todd (9/5): Location, comfort and value. - Awesome location close to sporting facilities, town, walking paths and our little pooch sat on the balcony watching the dog park, which is just over the back fence all weekend. We will recommend.

• Nick (9/5): Cocos Cottage - An old school refurbished lovely cottage well suited for 4 guys on motor bikes.Good aircon, large rooms, nice lounge room, back balcony. LOVED IT! Not quite walking distance to pubs BUT plenty of ubers in Tamworth, only $10. Small-ish driveway but fine for 4 bikes.

• Liz (10/5): - Coco's cottage exceeded our expectations. We were really impressed by how clean and cosy it was! It was very spacious for a short stay, with a lovely big deck out the back and a nice view of a dog park and hills. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. There were some lovely little touches, such as hot chocolate sachets and biscuits in the kitchen, and towels folded nicely. Would definitely recommend, and love that it accommodates pets!

• Jo (10/5): - We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Coco's cottage. The house was spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.. The shower stream was strong and hot and the beds were ever so comfy! The renovated kitchen had enough cookware to make a delicious meal and the large bbq sufficient to cook for a hungry family!! All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Coco's Cottage. Highly recommended.

• Karina (8/5): Home away from home - We booked Coco's for a quick overnight stop on our way home to Qld with our 2 dogs. There's a great backyard and deck for them, the house is very clean and tidy and has every amenity you could want. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house next time I'm coming through Tamworth with our dogs. Really great find! House is on a main road, fairly quiet overnight but traffic starts about 4am.

The steep driveway off the main road, with a drop off on one side. The extra portal which the owners wanted filling in to pre-register, it was sent as a link in an email which I avoid these days. Dog poo left in the backyard.

Beds was comfortable, air-conditioner in loungeroom and both bed rooms. kids loved chalkboard on back of kitchen door kept them entertained 😃 lovely back patio was very happy with cocos cottage. didn't like steep narrow driveway and didn't have partner with me so made it hard getting in out of driveway area and bush on right of driveway needs to be removed to make it a bit better but otherwise that really only issues.

Beds were comfy, heating was great (bathroom included), we made use of the kitchen and picked some lemons from the tree at back. Great views from deck out to level bank and hills! Coffee mugs need topping up as only 3. Right angle turn onto driveway tricky to find, especially at night. Maybe install a reflector on gutter?

• Scott (9/5): Perfectly comfortable. - Large rooms, large beds, spacious yet cosy. Short drive to the CBD. Near a walking track and a dog park over the back fence! Enclosed yard for pup. Great kitchen, modern bathroom. Right next to main road so a little bit of traffic noise but white noise of air con sorted that. Easy entry with smart lock.
