• Benzadon (10/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE - Estuvo todo impecable, muy cómodo, lindo, moderno. Súper recomendable. Había mucho espacio de guardado. A 2 cuadras de Trastevere, la ubicación era impecable. Nos recibieron súper bien. Las escaleras eran muy angostas y era dificil subir con las valijas porque no había ascensor. Igualmente era un piso nada más entonces no se hacía tedioso.

• Pamela (2/5): Più manutenzione e pulizia un vero peccato - La posizione è davvero eccezionale, si può raggiungere tutto a piedi. È comodissimo per negozi di ogni genere. L ' appartamento è silenzioso. Pulizia scadente, polvere e muffa, vetri sporchi, bagno terribile non finestrato con un sistema di aerazione da cui arriva freddo e odore di muffa. Porta del bagno rotta, box doccia rotto e muffo. Fornello mal funzionante, spine mancanti e rotte, microonde mancante, due tazza e tre cucchiaini di numero. Riscaldamento non autonomo e freddo per fortuna abbiamo su richiesta accesso l aria condizionata

• Ivan (1/5): Bad - All good doesn't matter when you are treated like that Read my other reviews - majority of them are totally positive since 2009 because there are a lot of good people, but these are scammers. They used the door that closes and you can't enter, I had one pair of keys with me outside but other keys were inside and you can't open. They blackmailed me that I will stay in the street with my wife and daughter if I don't pay €100 for opening the lock. I argued but I was in the inferior position as a tourist with family, so I had no choice and had to pay to get inside as I had my belongings there. The guy came on a motorbike and opened the door in a split second, he said that he works for them and it happens all the time. Also, I was charged extra €25 for check in at 20:20, and also hidden cost of €65 for cleaning which good properties do not include as extra. And for the desert check out the real photos inside this stinky hole (there is a wardrobe that is covered with mold and it stinks badly - see photos). Also as a bonus you get to listen to the TV whenever neighbours want and all other sounds from neighbours and outside as walls are far from being soundproof.
• Monika (7/5): Good - Great location - close to the Old Town and also to Trastevere. Quiet area. There is free wi-fi. After confirming the reservation, I got a message about charges for late check-in (after 8pm - 25€ and 40€ after 11pm). I believe this information should be included in the property description, especially as they state that check-in is possible until midnight. The facility is a bit run down and there is mold in the wardrobe in the room.
