• KUMIKO (8/5): 大変満足。 - 受付のスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。grabでタンガベイへもすぐ行けます。(道路は車がスピード出して走っているので歩いてビーチ迄行くのはお勧めしません。) 古さはありますが、エアビーなどではない昔ながらホテル経営を真面目にしてくれてると感じました。 特に無し。

• Wereldverkenner (8/5): goed hotel maar wel afgelegen - ruime kamer,goed bed,goede douch,koelkastje, uitzicht op grens water naar singapore ,een zeer vriendelijke receptie,lift geen ontbijt dus 15 min lopen naar M C Donalds voor ontbijt wel voor 10 uur,afgelegen van winkels en restaurants en bakkerijen . Bij verblijf is scooter en auto of grab noodzakelijk. Het tourisctische centrum is niet zi groot maar wel een hele grote shoppingmall met echt alles

• ariffin (8/5): Comfortable, roomy, great staff and privacy makes this my choice of hotels in JB. - The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was huge compared to other hotels i have used. The parking facilities were ideal. There was no dental kit ( toothbrush and toothpaste) . If there was it would complete the experience.

• SUKESH (6/5): Pleasant - Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was. comfortable too. Breakfast was sadly not available. However, there were restaurants nearby for us to eat.
• Péter (6/5): - Price was good, hotel is close to a shopping mall. It is an old school hotel, located right next to a 2x3 lane highway, so it's very noisy. Not easy to sleep here, so if you would like to have a peaceful sleep, chose a different hotel.
• Olinhas01 (3/5): just bear with the room.. luckily was only for a day!! - big room 1) the sink was leaking 2) aircon was not cold enough and produced ice which indicates the aircon likely need service. 3) the bed was hard with only 2 pillows. 4) only 1 available ridiculous channel on the TV.. not even the local TV such as TV3 or RTM available 5) Wifi was available but not strong and kept disconnected

• Shawn (5/5): Clean and comfortable rooms but don't rely on the wifi - Nice view of the straits The place is a bit dated although the rooms were clean so no real issue as it is a budget hotel and does have a bit of old world charm. My issue was that the wifi was hopeless and rarely worked and this is not acceptable as travelers often need to make forward bookings and so on.

The reception knew about the connectivity issues (so must have been there for some time) and tried to blame it on hardware compatibility which it was not since no problem whatsoever was experienced at other hotels along the same trip. Booking.com should check with the hotel and update facilities advertised accordingly. I understand that sometimes, wifi in rooms may not be the best but to also not have it available in the lobby and then advertise it as one of the property facilities is well...misleading TBH.

• Cho (6/5): - 베트남 입국비자를 인쇄해야 하는데 마케팅부의 여직원이 친절하게 도아줘서 성공할 수 있었다. 해산물 식당의 음식 맛도 참 좋았다. 계속 되는 담배 냄새로 곤욕을 치뤘고,바퀴벌레들의 출몰로 위생에 신뢰가 갖지 못했다.

• Adib Super 4 (6/5): If not fussy about internet, it’s still a pleasant stay. View from my room is unblocked, good. - Spacious room, beautiful view. Cramp lift, access to wifi ok but there’s no internet…what’s the point. You get intermittent disconnections too.
