- Christine (7/5): Maison et non Appartement !!! très bien située - L'emplacement optimal. Bien spacieux mais avec des escaliers dangereux car...le problème est que ce bien est présenté comme appartement 3 chambres MAiS c'est en fait une maison à 3 étages. Le manque de soins dans certaines finitions par ex. robinet qui ne tient pas, eau qui n'arrive pas dans la douche. Les escaliers ont été un point très délicat pour nous personnes plus âgées, et y monter avec nos valises et courses...

- Jim (1/5): Run down flea infested property. Not represented accurately - Location was good. Above some retail area in downtown Spa The place is filthy, there were little black flies , like fruit flies, everywhere. We found underneath the property is a storage for garbage and it was full of garbage that look like it had been there for several weeks attracting the insects. There was a hole in the floor boards, the failing pulled off the wall the stairwell. We brought all of this to the owners attention who did not take any responsibility and would not refund some of our money. He had way overcharged and overstated the level of place this was. Very disgusting

- Taras (8/5): Great location and cozy home! - Location is great! The house is also very spacious and cozy. No soap, no shower gel, lack of kitchen cleaning supplies (dishwasher pads and Fairy). The oven tray is warped and dirty.
