• mykaela (8/5): I LOVE THE ALPACA - So much space, beautiful location, animals everywhere!! Would be helpful to have a little basic supplies, such as kindling and fire starters for the fire. There was a lighter but it was empty.

• Olivia (9/5): Happy, memorable and feeling blessed. - We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! Everything was in perfect order, and it comfortably accommodated our group of four families with mums and kids. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and there was plenty of room for the children to run around and enjoy themselves with the dog. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, the clean and airy space, and the comfy beds and bathrooms. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend! It would have been great to have the garden a little more tidy.
• Nipuna (9/5): Spacious, nice and tidy - We had a lovely stay in a very well-kept home. Everything was clean, and the space was tidy, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, one day was rainy, so we couldn't explore the area as much as we'd hoped. The available amenities were satisfactory for our needs, and we enjoyed our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I wanted to share a small issue I encountered during my stay. The remote control batteries were unfortunately missing, which made it tricky to use initially. I also had some difficulty figuring out the oven at first. Thankfully, everything else in the place was perfectly fine and working well. Overall, I still had a pleasant experience.

• David (5/5): Great roomy homestead let down by poor maintenance/upkeep - Large living room and kitchen Hot water cuts off regularly, some of the linen were dirty stains and hair on it, cleaning was not thorough and play equipment was in a state of disrepair

• Khaleda (10/5): We are whole family my son two daughters and grand children all enjoyed the bed and all very happy for table tennis .and - Is relaxing and specious. Hot water coming and stop in the middle of the shower but we managed to.otherwise everything very comport .we will go again.

• Margaret (8/5): Comfortable one night stay - Ideal accommodation for several families. Very comfortable. Air conditioned. Pity the grounds were unusable - grass, garden overgrown. Trampoline torn, dangerous little bridge. Kitchen needed a few more staples and tea towels, paper towels, extra rubbish bags. An extra bed was requested but did not appear. No sheets available to make up an extra bed.

Good coffee machine! the lawn was not mown we could not walk out for fear of snakes and kids could not use swings due to long grass the small timber bridge was broken could not walk on it the trampoline had a hole in it there were no tea towels or hand towels or dishwashing liquid or breakfast tea bags (only ginger) the hot water was variable most of us had cold showers

• Bruce (7/5): Nice stopover in Bundanoon. - Away from town, quiet, spacious, family friendly It wasn’t very clean, linen etc was excellent but one bathroom was dirty, floors not swept and rubbish not removed from bins. The fire was nice but no kindling or firefighters or matches, the outdoor furniture was dirty.
• Liam (9/5): Great comfortable house in a nice location. Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed the games room and the comfortable b - Games room was great! Loved the firepit. Beds we’re comfortable. Nice location. Fridge in games room didn’t work. Kitchen didn’t have staples that many other houses offer, like washing up liquid, tea towels, cooking oil and salt. Bit of a shame to see the large holes in the trampoline, too.

• Kim (4/5): A place to lay our head down end of a long day st a wedding - Enough bedrooms for 5 Coffee facilities but NO milk Heating kept coming on through night with intervals of every 15 minutes. Very noisy!! A possum in the ceiling above bedroom next to laundry. Noisy. Hot water for showers inconsistent. Two of our group had no hot water. Others the hot water lasted 2 minutes. Cleaners need to clean microwave please. We had to use to heat up coffee. I think for $1000 a night we should be able to sleep without interruption and have a hot shower

• Narelle (8/5): It was definitely beautiful & very quiet many places to sit and chat in the house - The house was very neat & tidy and the games room was great The lawns were not mown very over grown so we could walk around the property, it was great having the coffee machine but for the non coffee drinkers there was no teas , also no tissues in the bathroom or paper towel & spray & wipe in the kitchen to wipe down benches after we prepared meals

• Jan (7/5): Enjoyable , however we were out most of the timetime. weekend. With a little TLC th h a little TLC - Close proximity to Bundanoon and Exeter. We were visiting Exeter for an engagement party. Good bedroom configuration and plenty of living room zones to relax in. With some TLC and closer attention to cleaning and outdoors area this property would be fantastic. Games room had an offensive smell. Gardens were poorly maintained. One bedroom duvet cover had stain. Kitchen needed smaller coffee cups to fit under the coffee machine.
• Judith (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the facilities, size of house was exceptional, bathrooms were immaculate & huge, bedrooms were great, big size, plenty of storage & great for any length of stay... the property was absolutely amazing. I recommend staying here. A huge thank you to the owners. Signage/house number to the property might need to be clearer so it's easier to see. Also, the road to the property, from the sealed road, is dirt. It would be helpful if this could be added to the property information.

• Wendy (8/5): Very pleasant for what we needed - House was large and clean with lots of things to do in the game’s room ,lots of parking,very comfortable house , host was great to deal with Outdoors needs some work lawns were long near the house including play equipment so our 3 year old grandson was not able to access and small bridge leading to arbor was in need of repair

• Zhao (9/5): Had a lovely time in the Jean, even our young adult kids were amazingly happy there! - Huge modern and clean house. Lovely rural settings with Kangaroos passing by in the morning. Had a few cold shower moment. It would be great to have instructions on how to use the shower control.
• Wendy (7/5): House in side was clean and comfortable,host was easy to contact this house suited our needs - What breakfast only tea ,coffee,sugar no milk That the entry had grass clippings and cobwebs ,the grass was long and our grandson couldn’t get to the play equipment also the little bridge leading to the gazebo was in disrepair.
• Dianne (8/5): Very good - Lovely rural setting, outlook over a valley. Generous spaces in the house, comfortable bedding. Large kitchen which was great for many hands helping prepare the food. No instructions on how to use oven or hot water system etc but we eventually worked it out fortunately.

• Karen (7/5): we enjoyed our stay. it’s a great property for families. - lovely big rooms. plenty of space. There was no cooking utensils like egg flipper to make breakfast cooking easy. there was also no washing up detergent or washing up cloths to wash up by hand. if u have the taps on hot u get cold water. we only realised as we were leaving that if u have the taps on cold u get hot water.
