• Aleksandra (10/5): - Everything about the accommodation was great! The location is excellent, one of the nicest in Rome. The space is very roomy, and having two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms makes a big difference. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we could easily reach them whenever we needed anything. The only small downside was that the hot water was inconsistent, sometimes we had it, sometimes we didn’t. I believe this was just a temporary issue, but otherwise we have no complaints!

• ezio (8/5): - Great location! Drainage in showers need some attention, it is very easy to flood the floors if not careful.
• Waseem (1/5): No value for money and no service - When we arrived at the apartment and informed in advance that we would arrive at 4:30 PM, we arrived of course in coordination with the owner of the apartment. A representative from the owner of the apartment arrived late and the cleaners arrived after we arrived and we had to wait about an hour and a half. The staff was not available. I booked two nights and we had to give up one night and check in the evening before. We asked for an early check-in - no one answered. In addition - in one room where there is a toilet, it is really small and you can't move in it, the toilet is next to the sink at a level where you can't sit straight. The salt cellar is really small and there is no soap rack. In the second room, the toilet is more spacious but all the water comes out of the shower onto the toilet floor. The location is fine but there are renovations in the area. For the price I paid, I am not at all satisfied.

• Natalia (4/5): Bien ubicado y personal amable - Camas no son incómodas Personal muy amable, pudimos dejar el equipaje antes y nos ofrecieron dejarlo después en su oficina. Decoración, distribución , poca luz, sin remodelar, en las fotos se ve mejor . Uno de los baños difícil controlar la temperatura del agua.

Ubicada en una cuadra soñada, con locales de ropa, dos pasticerias y restaurantes... Loredana nos recibió muy amablemente, brindandonos información sobre la zona y todas nuestras consultas. Un lugar para volver!

• Keith (9/5): Fantastic location in Trastevere - The location is fantastic. Trastevere is amazing. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Forum.. and that's all by 2pm on a single day. I liked having cafe's, markets, restaurants, and bars very close by. The hosts were very accommodating with our arrival time and meeting us. It was great having a clothes washer available. While the host was accommodating, they also had many people to meet so our meeting was a bit rushed - Air Conditioning instructions were tough to follow along. The apartment itself is cozy, but the AC is in the living rooms and is tough to get into the bedrooms. Rome was 95 degrees F while we were there so that was a bit of a challenge. The clothes dryer there really doesn't work.
• sinem (10/5): mükemmel konum ve konfor - mükemmel konum. konforlu ev ve yataklar. odalarda klima olmadığı için tedirgin gitmiştik fakat salondaki 2 klima ve odalardaki pervane bütün sorunumuzu çözdü. sigara içmek için kapalı müthiş bir balkon alanı vardı. her odada banyo olması mükemmeldi. bütün gezi yerlerine 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesi. eğlencenin içinde sakin bir ev. market fırın hemen yanında. güvenli. ultra ilgili ev sahibi ve çalışma arkadaşları. havaalanına varışımızdan gidişimize kadar her detay düşünülmüş ve ayarlanmıştı. bir daha gittiğimizde başka yerde kalamayız sanırım. sadece duşlarda suyu ayarlamak biraz zordu ve bir duş fazla küçüktü.
• Andrea (10/5): Two bedroom two bathroom comfortable apartment. - This property was perfect for a couple and our friend as we both had our own bathroom. Great that it has a washing machine. Excellent location so close to all the restaurants and only a walk over the bridge to main sites. Very expensive but in line with other places in Rome. Only one key.

• Guillermo (7/5): Good - Location, spacious, warm welcome. The property asked us to sign a deposit contract with a fixed fee on arrival which was not mentioned in advanced while booking the apartment or when they contacted us to understand at what time we were arriving. The property does not have a key locker allowing you to arrive late without paying extra fees and/or save the keys while you are out in the city. The property offers two bathrooms but only one shower can be used at a time. The property notice us on the day that the following morning a technical team had to enter in the house to do work in the apartment. This should have been communicated in advance and it should have been scheduled on another date when the apartment was not booked.

• Janet (9/5): Va bene. - Excellent location, quiet in a busy area, clean, able to accommodate 4 to live here, and another couple to visit for meals etc. Versatile space for family stay, not too crowded. Bedrooms got very hot, even with aircon on. Fuse tripped a number of times. (Kettle or dishwasher when AC on. Fine once we knew where to reset.

• Tibor (10/5): really nice place, excellent location - The apartment was really good, nice, clean, well equipped: fridge, washing/ drying machine, small balcony/ terrasse, kitchen, dining room, small livingroom, 2 bedrooms with nice separate bathrooms, etc... But what's even more impressive is the location. Next door you have 2 small shops (grocery) with really affordable prices, a caffe place that's sells absolutely delicious caffe, you have an awesome cocktail bar right in front of the entrance, and the best gelato/ panino/ cannoli place at 20 meters (Antico Forno Santini). Other than that, excellent restaurants at really short distance - 1-10 mins by foot. some really close, like even less than 1 min, some a bit more far - up to 10 mins. Big landmarks are all at walking distance too. in 30mins or less, you can reach pretty much everything. could've been cheaper lol. Jokes aside, not sure, everything was actually really good. the only thing that bothered us a bit was the evening noise. but that's something understandable when the cocktail bar is literally 3 meters from you, and while the street is not a crowded one, the bedroom window is towards the street, and even if it's closed some noises will be herd I don't mean we couldn't sleep at all, it was actually okay, but you'd hear some street noises every now and then

• David (10/5): Nice, spacious 2bd, 2b apt centrally located - Centrally located, very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Gracious and helpful host. Will stay there again.
