- jose carlos (9/5): Localização e conforto no mesmo lugar. - O maior benefício é a localização, muito próximo ao centro de Gramado, instalações confortáveis como descrito. Anfitrião muito presente no dia a dia, respondeu muito rápido e muito prestativa. Recomendo. Nada nos causou desgosto.

- Alex (10/5): - De tudo, muito confortável A funcionária que faz parte do check-in e cuida da estadia, nunca responde, tendo que chamar a outra moça que atende aqui na booking, para ela falar com a moça para poder resolver e o estacionamento também é meio difícil, devido a outras pessoas que vem e estacionam de qualquer jeito e acabam pegando 2 vagas
