• Belykh (10/5): A perfect, relaxing stay in a beautiful Cabarete location - We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Cabarete! 🌴 The location is fantastic, close to the beach and everything you need, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The studio itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a perfect little getaway. Communication was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabarete! 😊 None

Loved the balcony overlooking a quiet garden, and the beach is just steps away. Great Wi-Fi, full kitchen, plenty of restaurants nearby, and easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Shops and good restaurants are also very close by. We would definitely stay here again. We also think the property is underrated with its current score—it deserves much more!

The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere in the complex is peaceful and secure, with lovely gardens and a great pool area. Cabarete itself is vibrant and full of great restaurants and activities, all within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I would definitely love to come back!
• Coll (7/5): Séjour 11 au 25 mars 2026 - Lit confortable balcon avec vu sur l'allée belles dimensions bon emplacement La grosse télévision est non fonctionnelle et remplacé par une petite pratiquement inutilisable surement un mamque de temps pour retirer la defectueuse et la remplacer convenablement, porte de la salle de bain très dur à fermer besoin d'ajustements. Emplacement bruyant car près de la rue principale mais on s'habitue. Aucun contact en français tant de l'hôte que du manager. Avoir un membre de personnel en français pour la clientèle québécoise serait un atout.

• ron beining (9/5): i had a very nice time and enjoyed my stay - the restaurants on premise (out the gate on the front side of the building) were not open for breakfast but there was a tex mex that was very good and an argentine restauarnt, a bit more upscale that were both very good. in between there was a sushi place, didnt check them out balcony furniture has seen its better days and not comfortable at all. i enjoy the balcony to drink coffee in the mornings, maybe some time later in the afternoon and eat out there and then relax in the evneings.

• Joanna (9/5): Handy location - The location was great. The room was spacious with lots of storage and an enormous TV! There was a drying rack on the balcony which was really useful. The pool area was peaceful with a covered BBQ. The security and gardeners were very helpful and friendly. There were 3 restaurants a pharmacy and other businesses in the complex. There was a free book library. The traffic noise was noticeable until 11pm then it was quiet overnight.
• Vincenzo (8/5): Very good - The location is very good in a nice modern complex. These studios are all located in a building with shopping and restaurants on the main floor. These businesses face the street. This apartment is on the second floor and there are more on the final third floor. The security guards keep the entrance passes and the door combination is emailed to you, so checking in and out is a breeze. Lots of parking available. The room is nicely furnished and clean. We had enough dishes and utensils etc for 2 people. The bed is huge. All good. Hot water on demand and the water pressure is strong. This building has its own dedicated pool, with a large gazebo and gas barbecue. The pool is very large, but there is no deep end. Lots of chairs available too. The grounds are beautiful. There are many food choices very close by. I went to a popular taco restaurant in the same building and a good sushi restaurant right beside the taco restaurant. Across the street there is a good Italian restaurant with large portions. Prices are fair, but not inexpensive. There is a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to cabarete central. The restaurant and cafe at Villa Taina is close by and a good spot too. The balcony is facing the parking lot. Other units face the pool ,so if sitting on the balcony and having a nice view is important to you , then choose another unit. The apartment is in a building close to the street. You will hear lots of motorcycle noise during the day, but I don't recall it being an issue at night. It would be helpful if some water was provided when one first enters since water is not potable in DR.

• Zack (10/5): The best location for a few nights in Cabarete! - Very easy to check in as was i contact with the owner via the Booking.com message about all the information before arriving. The security guide knew I was coming and gave me a property card to hold throughout the visit and check in and out. The room key was an easy access code. Perfect location! The property is right at the beach and 2 minute walk down the beach to main bars and restaurants. Having a car was useful since they had easily accessible free parking and can get to all the areas along the northern coast. Good AC, a comfortable bed, and hot water for showering. Overall great option. Got a message for the property manager to pay for the accommodation the day after I checked in. It worked fine, but was sort of a weird way to pay.

The location is good, close to the beach and just 10 minutes walk from all the restaurants and night clubs. Private parking is available inside the property. The quality-price rate is unbeatable! Nothing at all 😊

The Studio was clean and had everything I needed. The host and manager were very communicative. The street is a little bit noicy in the early morning.
• Scott (9/5): Overall very nice complex, electricity included also. - Was in a good location. Near beach and restaurants. Nice unit. Clean. Good communication from owner and property manager. Good supply of towels and wash cloths. Couch wasn't very comfortable. Need new bed pillows. Could use some new pots and pans and mugs. We bought a broom to do daily sweep ups. An extra set of sheets would be appreciated. Also a shoe tray at the door would help with sand on floor.
