• Maria (1/5): Places like this should not be rented out… - Nothing It was the worst room we could have stayed in! It had two very large, steep staircases that were so narrow only one person could fit at a time. Some of the steps were double height! Pieces of plaster had fallen off the walls. There were cracks and dampness in the rooms. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the hot water ran out very quickly. The location was central, but the neighborhood felt like a favela. Places like this should not be rented out…
• Mariusz (8/5): Genialne miejsce przy minimalistycznym wyposażeniu - Pokój w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Bardzo cicho pomimo bycia w samym centrum. Pan przyjmujący wybitnie uprzejmy i pomocny. Czystość pokoju pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W łazience, stary kurz, grzyb i pleśń. Prysznic totalnie zakamieniony. Wyposażenie pokoju w najtańsze meble (minimum absolutne) w tym materac. Wszystko z kartonu, łącznie z drzwiami wejściowymi, które może wywarzyć 3 latek.

• Mia (8/5): Very good - The location is good, there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very helpful and kind, helped us a lot, great communication. Everything was clean. We didn’t mind it, but the building doesn’t have an elevator, and the stairs were very tall and steep. Might be inconvenient to some. Apartment is on the 1st floor.

• Zanasi (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro di Napoli e i quartieri spagnoli. A 5 minuti dalla fermata metro di Toledo che è molto ben collegata a praticamente tutta la città. Stanze pulite e con tutto l'essenziale. Non ci è stata offerta la colazione (anche se ammetto che probabilmente saremmo comunque usciti a farla fuori). Lo scaldabagno è piccolo e per fare la doccia calda in due bisognava farla velocemente (5 minuti di doccia al massimo)
• Sun (5/5): Good enough but not amazing - The location was amazing. The owner was also very friendly. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, there was a boiler in the room we were sleeping in going off at random times, housekeeping is an additional 15€, the city tax is not included in the price so there is an additional fee that isn't obvious at first, the street it connects to can be noisy (but that is most parts of naples), the room we were in had poor connection to the wifi it kept disconnecting due to the distance to the router, the stairs to get up are quite steep tho that didn't matter to me and the shower was a bit low for a person of my size which is 1.95m or 6'4.

• Dániel (10/5): Excellent for 3-day stay - The rooms are very tidy and cosy. Gradini S. Liborio, where the guest house is located, is just a short walk from Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito, and Piazza Dante. Bus and metro stations are also easily accessible on foot. There are many excellent restaurants, bakeries, and cafés around Gradini S. Liborio. Luca, the host, is extremely kind and helpful :) I couldn't think of any bad experiences during my stay

• Greta (8/5): Bellissimo soggiorno tra sorelle - Tutto pulito e attrezzata di tutto, lenzuola profumatissime. il ragazzo che ci ha accolto era simpatico e molto informato ci ha spiegato tutto ciò che serve per visitare Napoli al meglio. Prezzo basso, dentro al centro, e in una zona tranquilla. 3 notti fantastiche, se tornerò a Napoli sicuramente verrò qui di nuovo. Grazie! Nulla era perfetta, gli scalini per noi non sono stati un problema. Ci siamo fatti una risata ogni sera mentre li salivamo, sono tipici delle strutture locali e se non avete condizioni fisiche che vi impediscono di farle allora fatevi una risata nel percorrerle :-)

• Basile (5/5): - La posizione Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato Luca che ci ha accolti in maniera molto cordiale . A discapito di quanto detto prima ,però , abbiamo trovato le lenzuola piene di peli. Segnalando il problema all’host , ci ha prontamente procurato un completo letto del tutto nuovo e pulito. Stanza per niente insonorizzata poiché si sentivano parecchi rumori provenienti dal piano superiore e dalle stanze adiacenti. Da migliorare il sistema di riscaldamento dell’acqua,poiché bisognava aspettare almeno 40 minuti tra una doccia e l’altra .

• MYRTO (3/5): Good location bad place - The location Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The host seemed friendly at first, but later became ironic and passive-aggressive for no apparent reason, which made communication uncomfortable. The photos we were sent were misleading and hid several unpleasant aspects of the accommodation. There was mold on the ceiling and visible cracks and we were afraid it would fall on us , a very small window (around 30 cm) that made the room feel claustrophobic, and the ceiling was extremely low. The separation from the area where other guests stayed was only a plastic sliding door that didn’t close properly, so we could hear everything from the other side and had no real privacy. The rooms themselves were not practical, with space only for a bed and a wardrobe. There were not enough power outlets, nowhere to hang clothes, and no bedside table — only a wardrobe was provided. The bedside lights did not work properly, so the only available lighting at night was a harsh white ceiling light, similar to hospital lighting, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom bin was never emptied during our stay and we had to take care of it ourselves. We were not provided with fresh towels, and we even had to ask for extra toilet paper. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the listing, and we would not choose this place again.

Struttura accogliente e pulita Luca è stato molto gentile e disponibile, consiglio questa struttura 👍👍👍👍 Una piccola pecca era il bagno, privato si, ma fuori dalla camera. • Kenzie (8/5): - We had a nice stay in Naples, the apartment was very centrally located and close to many sites and restaurants. The host even recommended good places to eat. We loved the balcony! Room was small and basic, but the bed was comfortable. Note that the bedroom door is a somewhat thin sliding door into the hallway which is shared with other guests. This wasn’t a problem, but you could hear noise when guests were entering/exiting the apartment.

Inmerso en el pintoresco barrio español. El alojamiento cuenta con una linda terraza para sentarse y disfrutar de la vista La conexión de wf es un poco lenta y hay una escalera empinada de acceso a la habitación.

• Otilia (2/5): Never returning here - I can’t think of a good thing to say about this accommodation. The stairs, just as other reviews stated, were even worse in real life. Very steep, not advertised when booking and very slippery. The walls were so thin we could hear other people coughing or moving throughout the night, everything looks a bit improvised. We shared a bathroom that was way too tiny, not very clean and with a semi-working shower. We only had 60-90 seconds of warm water in the shower per day. So we had to take almost freezing cold, very short showers after an entire day of wandering around. The area is not the safest, but also not that bad. I’d say the location was the only neutral thing about this place. Also, the city view was one of the main reasons why we chose this accommodation. There was 1 singular very small window per room that also led nowhere and was basically barricaded with wood. So no city view or proper window or a relaxing balcony as the photos show.

Highly recommended. Two flights of fairly steep stairs leading up to apartment. But not a problem unless one is very old or infirm.
