• Borislav (10/5): Best stay in Sofia - We had the best stay ever, the host thought of everything to make our stay amazing, even gifts. The free parking was very helpful for us as parking in general at the top centre can be a hassle. Definitely coming back again!
• Roman (3/5): Disappointing Experience - Very disappointing experience. One bed was completely broken — my elderly mother-in-law fell through it and had to sleep on the floor. Another bed broke during the night. The shower was flooded with a strong sewage smell, and there was missing bedding for the kids. We're a family that travels often, and this is the first time we've encountered such a situation. Also, the person managing the parking was unpleasant and unhelpful, adding to the overall discomfort. I'm also deeply disappointed with Booking.com's customer service, which offered no compensation or meaningful support despite the severity of the situation.

• Valentina (9/5): Definitely recommend - Amazing design of the apartments! We had absolutely everything we needed! The location was superb! Very easy check-in and very helpful staff! There was a bit of a bad smell from the sewage most probably because the weather was bad.
