- Mieczysław (2/5): - lokalizacja i nic poza tym Nie podobało mi się to że cena ustępuje jakości . Mieszkanie w starym stylu tylko zaniedbane. Dużo rzeczy uszkodzonych. Nie naprawionych. Łazienka słaba. Prysznic uszkodzony . Mały. Ogólnie słabo. Bardzo słabo. Nie będę polecał.

Al principio cuesta ubicarse pero en nada te das cuenta que tiene fácil acceso a autobuses para ir al centro, mucha restauración y supermercados cercanos, así que bastante bien Falta menaje de hogar en cuanto a cubertería en la cocina, tijeras, cuchillo de cortar…. Todo muy contado, 4 platos, 4 vasos y ni gota de aceite o vinagre. Tampoco hemos conseguido poner la televisión aunque si funciona el wifi perfectamente

- Ruba (6/5): Not that bad - I like that it’s spacious and clean and there an elevator which easier to transfer your luggage. I don’t know if it’s in all buildings in rome or for just this building that there’s an limited amount of electricity that you use so that maybe it’s shutdown in any moment

- Giedre (9/5): we like the property, very kind staff, everything good. If we went in Roma, we want thant property ;) - good location, 20min to Termini station by foot. 2 bendroom with 2 bathroom. 2 mini balcony In photo is very bright property, but its not. But in stay is not bad ;)
- Tamar (10/5): Exceptional - The house was comfortable and beautiful, and the host was attentive and lovely. It took us 30 minutes to walk from the house to the main attractions. In the case of turning on several appliances in the house, the electricity would go off, but the attentive host immediately taught us how to turn it on. Also, there was no water in one of the bathrooms, and it was impossible to use both bathrooms at the same time. At night, the neighborhood was a bit dangerous, because besides the dirt, there are many homeless people on the street, one of whom even hanged himself. However, the house is safe and secure.

- Sofia (8/5): Great apartment to stay in as a group on a work trip. The air conditioners in both bedrooms were life savers during the - Good apartment for group (we were three people) with two bathrooms and a sofa bed. Perfect with AC in the summer heat. We had to ask for an extra set of keys and bed linen for the sofa bed, but it wasn’t really a problem since Valerio was quick to fix it. The fridge was a bit difficult to close, which had resulted in ice and water inside.

- Milos (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, everything clean and new! Internet is great. Quiet and peaceful place. About 20 minutes' easy walk from Termini station.From the center, the apartment can be reached by bus 71, which avoids going to the Termini station. Valerio is a great host, You can ask Valerio for help at any time of the day or night, when I called him he arrived in 30 minutes, in Rome that's super fast. Really kudos to him!! all recommendations. Definitely one of the better ones I've met. We will surely see each other again!
