• Jan-Willem (8/5): Prima lokatie en fijn hotel. - Locatie is prima, kamer was schoon, netjes uitgerust bij aankomst bleken we een kamer voor minder validen te hebben toegewezen gekregen. Achteraf had ik dat aan de boeking kunnen zien, maar dat was me niet opgevallen. Kamer was verder prima alleen de badkamer met aanpassingen is voor iemand zonder handicap niet prettig gebruiken (geen douchestang of afgeschermde doucheruimte waardoor de hele badkamer nat is na gebruik.
• Joep (9/5): Goed hotel, wij komen nog een keer terug. - Het was op (bijna) alle fronten een hele positieve ervaring! Mooi hotel, fijne sfeer, vriendelijk personeel, schoon, uitstekende locatie. Fitness was door omstandigheden tijdelijk gesloten, dat werd door het personeel goed opgelost door een vorm van compensatie.

Номер невеличкий, але достатньо милий, зручні ліжка і сподобалась прихована підсвітка, вона створювала атмосферу. Також добре що була шторка від ванної кімнати. Вікна виходили на будинок, але жалюзі все нівелювали Не вистачає додаткових гачків на стінці біля дверей душу, тільки один гачок

• Scott (9/5): Modern hotel with plenty of amenities a few minutes from the train station - Only a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is modern and the staff friendly and helpful. Geared towards a younger crowd with decor and messaging, we in our 60s got along just fine. As we arrived in the morning, we put our small bags in a locker and the big bags were put in a back room. The room is ergonomically arranged so it's a tad tight but efficient and all worked well. Comfy bed and duvet and good bathroom with strong water pressure and hot water. Being near the train station and main pedestrian walking street, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby and museums and the main square were just a 10-20 minute walk away.

• syoken1107 (10/5): - 部屋は小さめだが室内の収納など工夫されていて、非常に使いやすい。全てのホテルが見習ってほしい内装だった。豪華な室内より絶対使いやすい。フロントにランドリーがあり、フロント周辺が朝食やバーになっている。電子レンジやピザ窯も使えるようになっていて自炊出来る感じ。軽食やドリンクも売っている。 アントワープ中央駅の横にショップ街があり、ホテル近くまで駅構内を歩いて行けるので雨でも安心。 部屋はカードキーではなく暗証番号で開ける。私は暗証番号を忘れて（番号書いた紙を部屋に忘れ）暗証番号を変更する事になったが有料だった。（悪いのは私）エアコンの調整もドア近くの小さなコントローラーで行うが、操作が分かりにくいので説明を書いてくれると嬉しい。

• Tālis (6/5): Modern gedachte Hotelführung, die hat viel in Qualität verloren - Gute Lage, sehr gut mit Bahn erreichbar. Beim normalem Wetter 15 min. zu Fuß bis Zentrum. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Nicht funktionierendes Fernseher in 2 tagen nicht reparierbar. Frühstück mäßig, Personal überfordert, nicht motiviert, oft fehlt Besteck und Gerichte.

The bathroom in the room didn’t allow for much privacy. Also, some of the things were broken, like the flush of the toilet or the door of the shower.

La chambre était très propre . La petite restauration quand on rentre tard est pratique et le veilleur aussi sympathique . Seul surprise l’organisation des sanitaires qui peut déstabiliser.

The shower was great as well. The location is a bit dangerous at night as it is close to the station, but overall everything is very secure and controlled at the hotel

• Miu (9/5): - The price was excellent for the location. Although the hotel is located directly next to the main train station, the area still felt safe and quiet. Public transportation and the city center are within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. The rooms were cozy. Each room has a walk-in bathroom, but unfortunately, there is no ventilation or window. After some time, this can make the room a little smelly and stuffy. That is the only complaint we have. Despite that, we would come back anytime.

• Alejandra (7/5): Overall a great deal and location - Location was great for me as I was staying a short time and wanted to be close to the train station. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I felt misled because I was told I was upgraded to a better room then was awoken by drilling on the wall directly behind me. It felt like I was given the room no one wanted. I brought it up to staff who offered to move me, but since I was only staying a short time, I declined. Overall staff was very accommodating and professional. Also, the shower door didn't totally seal, so water got into the room so I had to use my towels to clean that up.

• thomas (5/5): ! - Der Manager Herr Eugen ist sehr kompetent und hat meine problematische Situation und meine große Enttäuschung über die Unterkunft annulliert. Durch sein professionelles Einschreiten hat er mich wieder in ein Wohlgefühl geführt. Die Dame am Empfang , Fr Christina Inglesias wollte mich wegen 14 € Ortstaxe nicht ins Zimmer lassen. ( Ich hatte nur Bargeld dabei) ! War sehr unfreundlich und herablassend. Bis ich den Manager verlangt habe, der ein zuvorkommender netter Mensch ist und die Situation geregelt hat.
