• Christa (8/5): - Location is perfect. Bright and light rooms. Everything is new and clean. The check in was a chaos. We had to sit in a room and wait for other guest. The lady was kind but it took ages before we got to our room and everyone received the key at the same time. Check in need to improve

• rosanna (10/5): - Solo una parola "meraviglioso" . Struttura nuovissima, elegante, pulita e con uno staff da fare invidia ad un hotel a 5 stelle. In fase di check in ci ha aiutato a prenotare ristorante e terme. Posizione perfetta sul cammino. Unica cosa che arricchirei è la colazione.

• Eduardo (10/5): - Simpatia da Srª Mercedes, pequeno almoço muito agradável, serviço de lavandaria gratuito, comodidades muito boas e limpas e localização excelente! A localização é muito central e por isso, tendo ido em altura de Semana Santa, houve festas a noite toda a por isso ouvia se muito. Mas, de manhã, a Srª Mercedes foi super simpática ao pedir desculpa quando não tinha culpa :)

• Mark (9/5): COMFORTABLE STAY ON CAMINO - We took the spacious 4 bed room which was great. Beds very comfortable. Great breakfast served early for Camino walkers. Free tea coffee all day in the dining room Hostess very friendly with good local recommendations Very well located- close to the Camino and several restaurants -as with most towns they only open for dinner at 19.30 or 20.00 As with quite a few places on the Camino the 3pm check in was not flexible. Fortunately we finished our hike just ten minutes before . The place was locked so we waited until 3.00 when our hostess appeared and opened the building

• Heinrich (9/5): Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel direkt am Jakobsweg - Sehr saubere und komfortable und moderne Zimmer. Man fühlte sich direkt sehr wohl. Direkt am Jakobsweg gelegen Leider konnte man sich den O- Saft nicht selber einschenken. Er war wohl rationiert. Schade, das hat den sehr guten Gesamteindruck geschmälert. Das ist unnötig!!

• JVP (9/5): Alojamiento totalmente recomendable - Edificio muy bonito en pleno centro de Caldas De reís, totalmente restaurado y muy nuevo. Habitación muy bien amueblada, con gusto y limpia, da gusto como brilla el suelo tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes. La Habitación cuenta con cama de matrimonio, equipada con televisión y armario que últimamente se echa en falta en los alojamientos, y una pequeña terraza. Baño con secador de pelo y ducha con mampara completa, se agradece lo de la mampara dado que últimamente les está dando por poner solo media. Cuenta con una sala común con mesas que por la mañana es donde se sirve el desayuno y durante el resto del día es un sitio apacible para tomar una café o una infusión que ofrece el alojamiento. Cuenta a su vez en un edificio cercano con lavadora y secadora totalmente gratuitos, se agradece para aquellos que hacemos el camino. El desayuno normal. Personal super amable y atento para resolver cualquier problema, es de agradecer el trato que te dispensan. Por poner algo, la habitación era algo pequeña así como la cama.

• Marthin (10/5): Immaculate property and high quality accommodation - The property is in the centre of the town and right on the Camino. The property is refurbished to a very high standard. The bedroom and bathroom was in immaculate condition. The bed was very comfortable and provided high quality sleep. The dining room where breakfast is served is in pristine condition with white starched table cloths. The food provided at breakfast was very fresh and of high quality. It was clear to me that the establishment was very well run by the owner, Mercedes and her staff. There was nothing to dislike - the accommodation was perfect!

• Ann (7/5): Great room and bathroom, clean and lovely: but you cannot get access until 3pm, no exceptions, and check in takes 20-30 - Very central, lovely room and bathroom. The lady checking us in was very helpful: but the check in procedure was much more protracted than it need have been. I recommend checking in online beforehand (though actually I don’t remember being given this option). And check in is very strictly not allowed until 3pm - no chance of an earlier check in - which means everyone is trying to check in at the same time (in our case, and probably for others, having been hanging around for a couple of hours in town, wanting to get into our own warm space to shower and change after a morning on the Camino). The place itself was lovely, and if they amended their check in method and time, so that it is similar to that of most other similar places in which we have stayed on the Camino, then it would be a great place to stay.
