• YEH-PO (9/5): 很讚建議四個人分，一家人一起來讚讚的，只可惜不太會使用浴缸系統。 - 空間很大，位置好找，附近有玉出超市，很多Lawson，有洗衣機，可以簡單煮東西。 早上的太陽照進來不舒服，不太會使用浴缸跟熱水。

• Katherine (8/5): A great base for our stay in Osakak - Location was great. We loved exploring the Shinsekai market. It was close to subway stations. The floor was dirty. It looked clean, but walking in bare feet or socks and they were quickly dirty. There were only 3 forks. On the last day we found the forth fork that had clearly been under the couch for a long time.

• Mandy T V Tran (2/5): First time in Japan - Clean and spacious for a family of four. We got to Osaka early and the cleaning staff able us to leave our luggages there while she was cleaning up the room. The bed frame made a cracking noise whenever there was any movement, resulting in four restless nights for our family of four. After long days of exploring, we really needed a good night’s sleep, but our stay was not pleasant. I requested an extra blanket for my son to sleep on the sofa bed; however, the staff were unable to provide one during winter season. Additionally, there was no manual or instruction on how to operate the hot water system. It was freezing in Osaka during December, and we were unable to have a hot shower after long, cold days on our first night. Check-in time was at 5pm unlike other hotels and apartments that we're able to check in at 2pm. I would not stay at this apartment again.

• CHAOHSUAN (2/5): Location and Space are great, but Overall Experience are Terrible, No Recommend - The only thing that we like during these days: Location and the room space are great in Osaka. Quite convenient. The following things that really made us mad in our three-day stay in Osaka... People should consider before booking this accommodation... 1. The check-out time was clearly stated as 11:00 a.m., but the host posted a notice the night before saying the elevator would be out of service from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Because our luggage was very heavy, we asked if we could check out half an hour later, but the host insisted that we needed to check out by 10:00 a.m. On the day of departure, we had no choice but to carry all our suitcases down the emergency stairs, and we saw another group of guests doing the same thing. I believe that since the accommodation clearly states check-out is at 11:00 a.m., they should not schedule elevator maintenance between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m., nor should they force guests to leave earlier. This was clearly an act of making things difficult for the guests. 2. The mattresses were very weak and saggy, both beds felt sunken, and there were strange noises when turning or moving. The mattresses were also unclean, and after staying there, we all experienced allergic reactions and insect bites, which made it very difficult to sleep well. 3. The soundproofing was poor, and we could hear noises from the guests upstairs. 4. The self check-in process was inconvenient — the lobby was dirty and messy, and even if you had followed the host’s instructions beforehand, you still needed to operate the check-in screen for about 10 minutes by yourself to complete the process.

• Liu YA Huei (9/5): - 整棟七層樓，一層一間，有電梯，外表看起來還蠻新的，一樓通透明亮，採自助方式登記入住後，可以取得房間密碼。進出需要按大門的密碼及房間的密碼，不用保管鑰匙或門禁卡，非常地方便。 地點就在通天閣及天王寺動物園附近而已，搭南海電鐵在新今宮站下車，走路大概8到10分鐘可以到。位在安靜的巷子中，斜對面就有停車場，附近有1間超市，2間便利商店，還有1間大型唐吉軻德及幾間餐廳，若走到通天閣，更是不用愁吃。 離日本橋站(道頓堀/心齋橋/道具街)只有一站的距離，參加KK day的一日遊也都在那邊集合，很方便。 我們去大阪10天,9個晚上都住這裡，省去了整理行李的時間及帶著行李移動的麻煩，每個人都只帶四套衣服，因為這邊有提供洗衣機。 空間在日本來說算很大，可以打開同時2~個大行李箱。 還有提供微波爐，中型冰箱，可以曬衣服的陽台以及室內/外晾衣桿，也很貼心提供了十多個衣架及曬襪架，如果可以再多幾個大尺寸的衣架，以便曬長褲或寬長版衣服，對於一家四口來說會更剛好。 還有一個深的大浴缸，可以坐浴或邊泡澡邊看電視，也有提供備用的大小型垃圾袋，廁所用捲筒衛生紙及牙刷。 還有提供應該是電磁爐吧，但是我們都買現成的食物，或微波食品，沒有使用到。屋主也有貼心準備了餐盤餐具。 可惜的是，我們連住9天，但是毛巾，浴巾，洗衣劑，浴室腳踏巾及客廳用的衛生紙，只有給一份，沒有多給。另外就是我們住的是五樓冷氣的上下擺動板已經拆掉，沒有辦法調整風向。坐在風口會非常地冷，風吹不到的地方又會比較熱，兒子怕熱，就直接睡在大沙發上讓冷氣吹。 有貼心的提供護髮乳，可能每個人的髮質不同，用了護髮乳，頭髮還是打結，還是用了自己帶去的潤髮乳。

• Marlyn (8/5): Good apartment with some suggested adjustments - Easy check-in process, entire floor to ourselves, location close to station, food, some shopping, firestick, clean room, washer, felt secure - code to enter bldg, video doorbell, automatic door lock, sensored lights, great shower space and many storage cabinets The room is very pleasant, with an automated doorbell that can also be used as a call system from the front lobby (you can open the locked building door from your room to others through this system). It is also walking distance to Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku tower, along with Ebisu station. All locations were around 5 minutes away. Check-in was super late and would not allow an earlier time. Also would not let us store our luggage in the building before said check-in time. Window in the check-in area was open during summer (July) so it was very hot while checking in. instructions to "House Manual" were not clear, had to use shower area as a dryer after washing, no pots or pans to use with stove, beds were very stiff and hard to sleep on after walking around all day. Support from staff through Booking messages was very unclear when used - bad communication. More hangers should be provided in the room and disposable body towels should be provided.
• Ezran (5/5): Frustrated a bit - The room is good but not perfect. The mattress is not comfortable and you can feel the “springs” poking your back. Overall just fine nothing great. :( The place was not properly maintained. The entrance floor was really dirty covered with the dried leaves and you can see it from the attached photos. The elevator is also dirty. There’s a chocolate milk spilled on the floor and it was there until my last day. I stayed there for 7 days and no one comes to clean it.
• Grace (9/5): value for money and great location - location is good, it is about 6-10 mins to all stations around, due to the needs of different train lines, able to walk short distance to any of these train station, which is good, couple of minutes' walks to all shops, quiet street and quiet floor, room is quite big compare with many other hotels. Close to those major stations and shopping mall, no room service which is good for us, no one disruptive during the stay, self-check in and out was easy as well, online msg was replied effectively. Room included all necessary facility we needed, provided laundry detergents which was good but was not enough only two sachets for our 7 nights stay. Check out for us was 11am was thoughtful. The bed is not comfortable, I have noticed other raters mentioned that too, could feel the spring of mattress, I thought I was ok but not and felt spring and not comfortable in any position of sleep, if they could upgrade the mattress or even just put extra mattress topper would be great. There is no iron which we preferred to have. They don't have space to store the luggage after check-out, which was ok, as we stored our luggage at train station, if they have would be very helpful.
• Donal (8/5): Great apartment, poor management - Very spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location. Clean and well equipped in general but cutlery was lacking - only one glass and no cups. Bathroom was really nice with a good shower and a nice addition of a tv in the tub. I would love to give this accommodation 10/10 but unfortunately the owners have not acted upon any of the recommendations for improvements by previous guests. Complaints about uncomfortable beds, lack of cutlery, stains on the couch etc. have not been addressed despite repeated responses from the owners stating otherwise. They also state that they will store luggage, which would be useful given the late check in of 5pm, but this service is not provided. All in all, a wonderful accommodation but let down by the owner's lack of interest in making improvements.

Very uncomfortable and noisy. Every move will wake up everyone. Once they will be replace it will be perfect spot. Entrance of building little dirty.
• Mariya (6/5): Good for a night or two but not much longer. - It was very spacious for Japanese standards and had all the basic amenities required. There were no instructions in English about how to use bath or washing machine which made it very hard. The TV also didn’t work. I tried contacting the host but wasn’t provided with much of a solution. Even the check in instructions and all PIN codes were convoluted, could be made much simpler for first time visitors. Also the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Mattresses were very hard and the couch was dirty and gross we didn’t want to sit on it. The apartment could have some plants or something to bring it to life a little because this suburb is located in a concrete jungle.

Despite the automated message from the property saying that they would be able to accommodate baggage before checkin time, I was told they do not do that because there is no one on site. There was someone (possibly maintenance staff) that was on site, but yet the bags could not be taken. We had to resort to locking baggage in a locker at the train station, spending extra money in the process because check in was not till 5PM.
