• Grace (7/5): Good for young party loving people- not for the old, infirm or prudish. - The bedroom and bathroom were large and spacious and there was a fridge. No lift and too many stairs to the top of the building. Also based in noisy, red light district with clubs next door. They do provide ear plugs so we did manage to sleep.

• cahit (7/5): Wir haben dort übernachtet, um die Stadt zu besichtigen und mit dem Expresszug zu fahren. Es war gut und sauber - sehr zentral in Chur, nahe Altstadt & Bahnhof Die Nacht war laut wegen Geräuschen von draußen, aber das lag nicht am Hotel, sondern an Jugendlichen und anderen Leuten.

• Luis Carlos (8/5): Excelente habitación pero ruido excesivo en la noche :( - buena ubicación Demasiado ruido en la noche del viernes amanecer sábado. Hay algunos bares cerca y el ruido es muy fuerte hasta altas horas de la madrugada, eso posiblemente lo considere para volver a hospedarme en el lugar. Es una lastima porque la habitación es excelente.

Sin duda alguna si regreso a Chur volvería a hospedarme en este lugar. No quiero irme de aqui :) Todo esta SUPER BIEN en este lugar, se los aseguro que no se van a arrepentir si se hospedan aquí, y se los comenta una persona que es delicada para los lugares donde me hospedo. Quizás el único negativo seria no tener ascensor pero cuando ingresas a la habitación esa subida de gradas va a valer la pena. :):):)

• michael (8/5): Es war echt super o.k. für die eine nacht. - Es war echt super o.k. für die eine nacht. Mein begleiter hat seinen Waschbeutel mit einer teuren elektrischen zahnbürste vergessen und hatte telefonischen kontakt aufgenommen. Leider konnte der Waschbeutel nicht mehr gefunden werden. Ich erwähne das noch einmal, weil ich mich bedanken möchte für die bemühungen, ihn aufzufinden, auch wenn ich nicht glauben kann, dass er bei der zimmerreinigung einfach entsorgt wurde. Sollte er doch noch auftauchen ,bitte melden sie sich doch per mail, ich hätte eine freundin in Chur ,die ihn abholen würde. Danke vielmals alles gut. Vielleicht sollte erwähnt werden, dass sich die Unterkunft über einem nachtclub befindet und die Leute nachts bis in die frühen morgenstunden draussen gröhlen. Es ist kein Problem wenn man bei geschlossenen Fenster schläft.

• Kent (3/5): Never again. Just did not feel safe in area. - The hotel's location is in the middle of Seedy bars and a strip club. Even on top floor, we could hear the "music" from club between 1-4am, particularly the base. Room itself was clean but inside hotel felt a bit like a prison with metL gates, probably for security.

Соседей не было слышно, так же как и шум с улицы. В целом для остановки на ночь хороший вариант. Единственный минус- отсутствие двери в санузел)) но на фото было это видно и до того как я бронировала номер.
• Alexandra (10/5): Great place to stay! - We had a reservation for 2 rooms: 1 apartment and 1 room for three persons. The communication with the owner was very good, they gave us clear directions about the location, so it was easy for us to find the place. For us, everything was good: the rooms were clean, comfortable and big enough for us. The bathrooms were clean. We had everything that we wanted. On Saturday it was a bit noisy from the clubs that are across the street, but manageable enough for us to sleep. Nothing to complain.

• urs (4/5): für tagesnutzung ja, zum übernachten ungeeignet. - an zentraler lage, daher leider sehr viel durchgangsverkehr. konversation mit anbieter nicht möglich, nimmt telefon nicht entgegen. steiler treppenaufgang. feuertechnisch fraglich mit verschlossener gittertüre im treppenhaus und filzboden und wänden ! extrem laut von umliegenden nachtklubs. oropax wurden von vermieter bereitgelegt bei ankunft. kein kleiderhacken für jacken. badetuchhalter im bad defekt. 4 parkplätze für 12 zimmer ! unangenehmer geruch im treppenhaus. wäre dere hauseigene klub geöffnet, wäre eine übernachtung unzumutbar !!!

La cocina, aunque pequeña, estaba bien equipada e indicada para preparar comidas básicas. La ubicación es conveniente: desde la estación de trenes se llega caminando tras un corto paseo. La cama es cómoda y permite descansar bien. La habitación estaba en un piso alto y solo se accede por escalera, lo que puede resultar difícil con equipaje grande. Tenía un olor, pero no era desagradable; simplemente había falta de ventilación.

• Laura (1/5): - The property is located in a very lively nightlife area, including a red-light district. Due to the extreme noise, it was impossible to sleep. The bed was also very uncomfortable, resulting in a terrible night. We had to leave at 7 a.m. the next morning and unfortunately forgot some personal belongings in the room. Despite several attempts to contact the host, both in writing and by phone, we have received no response to this day.

Jedoch war es am laut. Es hat eine Bar und zwei Clubs gerade neben der Unterkunft. Wir waren vom Samstag auf Sonntag, somit war der Geräuschpegel lauter.

• amanda (6/5): - Beds were really comfortable and it was clean. The neighbourhood seemed seedy. Didn’t realise it was a hostel . Quite expensive for a hostel.

• Uros (5/5): Clean property but very inconvenient in the top floor apartment - Location was okay. Clean property. Slanted ceiling made it impossible to walk around the property without hunching over. Because of this the top floor room should not be rented for 4 people.

• Buchanan (8/5): Buen sitio para un par de noches y estadia independiente. - La ubicación es muy buena, pudimos recorrer Chur a pie. Super cerca del teleférico y del casco antiguo. El sistema de calefacción para el invierno es ideal. La cama es muy cómoda. Cuenta con cocina con lo necesario para cocinar o calentar comida,preparar el desayuno y demás. Las vistas desde las ventanas son magníficas!! Elegimos con baño privado, el cual esta muy bien pero nos incomoda que no tenga puerta entre la habitación y el baño.

• Laura (6/5): Pleasant stay in Central Chur for 2x nights - We stayed in the Family Room, which is on the top floor. It was a small room for 4 people but it was enough for 2x nights in Chur.
