Anonymous (5/5): Has potential but needs some simple fixes and corrected description/photos of amenities. - The apartment was super clean, new, and neat, and in a great location with convenient access to the shops, restaurants, and tube station nearby. We enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space and the view. First let me say it’s frustrating that all these things seem like they could be addressed, hopefully at least some will for future customers. Biggest complaint is the listing states private parking for 20 pounds, however that is false. There is parking in the basement of apartment building which would have been super convenient, but it was inaccessible to us. We had to drop off luggage, then find parking at the mall for more money, further away. After messaging the host they simply told me the best place to park is the mall. The key pickup/dropoff was a bit of a hassle. The bathroom shower drains barely work. First use of the en suite shower ended up flooding the entire bathroom floor. The only plates/bowls provided had a gold rim on them which got super heated in the microwave and burned my finger. There’s several photos of coffee pods but none were there. Dishwasher soap and paper towels would have also been helpful. We had very warm weather and we were hot sleeping - there are modern climate controls in the bedrooms but turning the temperature down didn’t work.

Ciccarone (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment looks even nicer life then in photos. It’s spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, cosy, everything is new. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect with two tube stations nearby. There is an amazon fresh store in the building next door. We had a perfect stay. I had some questions and the host was super responsive, polite and pleasant. We are very happy with our stay and are planning on returning when we are back in London. Highly recommend!
