• Mr B (1/5): - The location was excellent it fitted very well with our appointment. This place is filthy dirty.The advert pictures are not accurate they dont show how dirty this place is.The bed could not be slept in as there were hairs all over the duvet cover hence we both slept on the sofa using a couple of cleanish sheets we found in a cupboard. The bathroom is dire we now know why the shower does not appear in any pictures on the advert, the bath is disgraceful the shower is on the wall at the top end of the bath. The toilet is equally disgraceful and the tap on the wash basin isn't the cleanest thing you could be using, you want to wash your hands after using it. The bathroom light switch has a pull cord it isn't white any more nor has it been for a very long time, it is brown with dirt. We don't recommend this place to anyone look elsewhere there are plenty to choose from.
• Babette (9/5): Tolle kleine Wohnung für ein paar Tage in London - Die Wohnung war super, schnell in alle Richtungen gekommen. Aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Waschmaschiene und Geschirrspüler waren da. Im Schrank fanden wir noch Ersatz Handtücher so das wir die in den 9 Tagen auch mal wechseln konnten. Das Bett benötigt ein richtiges Lattenrost und nicht nur die Metall sträben. Das Besteckset könnte mal wieder aufgefüllt werden und kleine Modernisierungen wären auch mal wieder nötig.

• Ruslan (8/5): - Good location, clean and warm enough. C onvenient check-in system. There was no soap, both bar and liquid. Why? The availability of soap in apartment rentals in the 21st century is the norm. The cutting board was hidden in the cupboard under the sink. Again, why? if you rent an apartment with an equipped kitchen? The bathroom sink is extremely high, for people with a height of 1.90. The water in the shower was very poorly drained and the pressure was weak.

• Miriam (7/5): - Bien situé, facilement accessible par métro ou bus et près des services. Petit balcon parfait pour l’apéro de fin de journée. Peu de restaurants aux alentours, bruyant à l’extérieur le soir et la nuit, lit et sofa lit peu confortables.
• Dimitrios (8/5): Overall very happy with the choice, thanks to the location and the value for money. - We had a very good time at the apartment. The building's age shows but the apartment is well renovated and well equipped. The location is good, not great but good. It is like 10' walk from the closest underground station, but what surprised us positively was how easy it was to catch a bus to go to Soho etc, just by using Google Maps. All of the above are amplified by the great (for London) value for money. The apartment was clean and I have no specific complaint, but at the same time it did not feel "professionally clean" (I say that as an experienced Airbnb host).

There was still a plastic Christmas tree on the dining table. The flat door lock is not very robust. The bed, though a good size, is uncomfortable

And the flat had nice homey touches and was very clean The bed was a memory foam of sorts, but felt as if i was sinking in the middle. The kitchen tap dripped. The toilet made a lot of noise after flushing.

Marios was quick in his communications, very helpful and gave us an early checkin. Thanks Marios Bathroom and kitchen a bit dated and had drainage issue. Not dirty or unhealthy just water was a bit slow draining from just the wash basin and sink.

• Frantz (9/5): Great place, Will come again - Nice apartment in a quiet residence/area but close to shops (pubs, restaurants, supermarkets). Less than 10 min walk from Old Street station. Very convenient for East London lovers, yet close to the more touristy center. Marcos and his team were very friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to managing our luggage.

The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and there were good choices for food close by. The front door could have done with feeling that bit more secure other than that it was a fine for the low cost.
