- Zulia (8/5): It was a pleasant and simple stay at the apartment. - Initally we booked the room in Dec but a few days before two family members have to work during the weekend so we had to postphoned to a weekend in Jan. The management was kind enough to let us change and the reply was prompt too, they replied and allow us to change within 1 hr after I enquired. Very thankful for this last minute arrangement. This is our first time to book the apartment and collecting keys was instructed easily and we are able to collect the keys easily. They also allowed us to have extra 5 toilet rolls for next 2 days. Very appreciative of this too! The whole apartment is very spacious, neat and clean. They cleaned and tidied the room well before our stay. The bathtub was not really working so I've feedback to them. Hopefully the next time I booked another room for my family & I we will be able to soak in the bathtub for 2 or 3 days.

- Goh (9/5): Overall good experience. - Superb location, clean and comfortable. We stayed 5 pax only so rather spacious, max 6 pax all adults but not 7/8 as advertised. Check in and check out times. No chance to enjoy the condo’s facilities.

We had expected 3 bathroom in main hall area, but were disappointed to realise that the 3rd bathroom was located outside the balcony area. This was not clearly stated, nor what we had expected. Security was good but rather tedious as only 1 card n 1 key was provided. This is not convenient for a large group/big families as it meant that if any family members went out to run errands, the rest would be stuck in the room, n unable to head out as access using the lift requires a card. Had checked with the contact person but mentioned that this is their procedure.

- Elbert (6/5): Pleasant - The master bedroom has two queen beds and plenty of space. There are two other spacious rooms, each with a queen bed. 5 minutes drive to The Mall Mid Valley. A short walk to the coffee shop next door. There are a few coffee shops around, but didn't get a chance to try them. Yes, so the location is good, surrounded by food and large shopping malls. Check-in experience was terrible, wasted an hour and a half because the security guard and the contact person did not respond to my message immediately, did not provide check-in instructions in time, and no one answered the phone. The instructions were not clear enough, all the information was a mess, I missed a step for how to get the key, and did not get help immediately. Cleanliness, in general, well, it's OK if you're not picky, the toilet outside is not very clean. The hooks for clothes dropping in the two shower rooms are too small, which seems stingy. The towels are not clean enough and scary to use. In general, the shower room is uncomfortable to use. The bed is of good quality, but it has a strong perfume smell. Judging from the cleaning standards of the whole room, I'm really worried that the cleaners cut corners and didn't change the sheets and pillowcases. In general, it's OK to stay for one night, considering the price, there are four large beds in three rooms. WiFi signal only cover living room, no signal in the room.

There were ants all around the kitchen area and table . The towels provided all have a disgusting pungent smell that will linger at your body after. The toilets floor , glass have rust and water stains that were not maintained at all. The toilet bowl at the master have pee stains its utterly disgusting. Definitely won’t be back..

Those with kids, the pool and children’s play area looks good. Improvements could be made to the master bathroom… rain shower pressure not sufficient. Glass door could be frosted for more privacy.

Crash cans were not sufficient for the whole house. Utensils for the kitchen as if it was non-existent. Only one Card access and key for the house were given for my family of 6, during the stay. Not a room that I would revisit.

Apartment is spacious and decently clean. Aircon and fan works well. Bed is reasonably clean. Security is strict and they check every vehicle that comes into the condo. Photos are deceiving. Toilet bowls had stains that cannot be removed. Master bedroom toilet seat is loose and kept moving. Not enough floor mats for toilets. Only a thin mat provided in each toilet. Towels are too thin and does not look very clean. Common toilet shower head is loose and keep dropping when water is turned on. Water pressure is too low for shower. Heater does not work well. Water is not warm enough even though heater was turned on for 30mins. Kettle provided in kitchen has a layer of blue plastic below the cover. Only realised it after boiling water a few times and water looks stained.

Neqr midvalley shopping mall 1) smelly and thin towels provided!! Please do something about this. So many of the past reviews mentioned this but the property owner didnt do anything about it. 2) STAINED toilet bowl seat. So uncomfortable and the grouting of the toilet is dirty. 3) unlabled soap and shampoo 4) no toilet mats. The floor end up wet and sticky 5) only 2 pillows provided per bed. Comforter also doesnt smell good 6) only one key is provided 7) no hair dryer and toiletries ( toothbrush and tooth paste) provided. 8) no carpet in the living room. Floor is cold 9)water heater is not working for the shower rain 10) u can tell the cleanliness is half done. Alot of stained walls and furniture

Well-kept apartment, cost unit. Can do with providing more trash bags for rubbish disposal and provide another floor towel in the bathroom as the toilet will be wet and that could be slippery. Some hand soap at the bathroom basin is useful. The quality of towels can be improved as does not feel so clean.

Stains were everywhere, eg. In the sinks, toilet bowl, and around the toilet walls.Had to do a throught cleaning up when i reached the apartment. ( waste money buying all detergents and washing materials to clean up).I suggest bringing your own toilets or floor mats to keep the toilets dry. Water pressure was too low to have a good shower. Lights buld not working in the toilets and technician had to enter the apartment when my family was not around..( although they had asked permission from me to enter the unit with their spare keys. With no choice, my family and I need to shower at night when we reach the apartment). But overall, it is still a good apartment to stay if you are able to take all the stains and ants.

- Deanna (5/5): Good for large groups who are not fussy people - The place is big enough for a family of 10, nicely decorated and modern in design. There were enough beds and mattresses for everyone for a good sleep. The kids had fun lazing in the living room and playing with each other. When we complained about the property, the management was quick to respond. There were 3 toilets but 1 had quite a bad smell of urine when we checked in. That one also had the bathtub and shower with a glass door so not everyone liked to use it as there was no privacy. 1 was really wet but that’s the one we all ended up using. There was also one more in the storage area, but it also can’t be locked and the kids don’t want to use it as it’s away from the main area. The main toilet’s toilet bowl seat also looked rather dirty and filled with yellow spots. Air con in the middle room also was leaking in the day. The bedsheets did not seem freshly changed, but rather sprayed on. Considering this, we decided to change to a hotel after 1 day as the toilet situation was tough

- Joyce (2/5): Not worth the price & inconvenient location - Unit with modern design Although the pictures of the unit look appealing, I would highly NOT recommend it. Overall, this unit offers very limited amenities, making it not worth the price, especially considering the inconvenient location. Amenities: The unit comes with very basic amenities and lacks many essentials. Location: Although it is near Midvalley Southkey, walking there requires using the main road without any shelter. The area is quiet at night, as it is mostly populated with wellness centers and banks, and there aren’t many eateries, particularly at night. To find a convenience store, you'll have to cross the road to another shop lot. Kitchen: The kitchen is poorly equipped, lacking essentials such as a knife, and the kettle was dirty. I also noticed a significant number of ants in the kitchen. Bathroom: The water heater doesn't get hot enough. Access Card: Only one house key and access card are provided, which is inconvenient if you’re returning at different times.

There is a coffee shop next to the apartment. It is near to Midvalley Southkey but there don't seem to have proper pedestrian crossing which makes it dangerous to cross the road. There is no internet throughout my stay which causes a lot of inconvenience. They offered to compensate me for just RM20 which is ridiculous. The air-con in 1 of the rooms is also leaking. They provided only 4 hangers for 8 people and there is no mat provided for the wet toilets.

Location is also near to Southkey Mall. The bathtub stopper not working (unable to fill water) and my son is disappointed. The water heater in common bathroom not working (not hot at all). The light bulb in master bedroom flicking. The letter box lock is hard to see as it is silver in colour (the letter box is at the lowest thus it is a challenge to see clearly. Should replace it with digital lock). Once the letter box is opened, still need to open a small red box which store the unit key. Once again, the knob is silver in colour - hard to see to turn the passcode and took really awhile to open it). For convenience sake, should just place the unit key inside the letter box will do. - Yip (6/5): Pleasant - The unit is new, in good condition, and spacious for a 1-night family stay. The beds are comfortable. 2 carparks is 👍 The condo is very MINIMALISM. No bottle water provided, no floor mat, thin towels, and not even a handsoap provided. The 3rd bathroom is quite small, located in the "maid room" in the yard. Entering the condo is a bit troublesome. You need to provide your details, id number, driving license, carplate number, and car model to the managing company for visitor registration (through WhatsApp group!), which we are not comfortable with it. However, upon arrival, we need to register again at the guardhouse (not sure what the issue is). The 2nd car of ours is not allowed to enter as the guard claimed that the company is giving repetitive Visitor QR code, ending up we have to called the pic and they argue with the guard. The company offered a TNG rebate for a 5-star review.

- Dinazira (1/5): Disaster Family Staycation - Bed Service was horrible. Power trip at 7am when contacted i was ignored by person incharged. Only responded after we checked out. Unable to make hot drinks for family until we checked out. We even checked DB no tripped. Iron board spoilt no replacement, towel was very dirty. Problem to excess the Netflix. Overall it was a nightmare staying in that apartment. Spoilt our happy family staycation. Total disaster. Not recommended. Booking.com please look into this apartment.

- Mohammad (10/5): Excellent stay. - Family had a two nights stay here and wished it was longer. Unit was big and clean. Nice unblocked view of the surrounding area from our rooms. Owner was helpful in assisting us with the key/card collection and even extention of our stay was super easy. Security officers below were plenty giving you a sense of secureness while staying there. Only 1 door key and 1 access card for a family. Would had been easier for movements if there was at least another extra access card.
