- Jakub (2/5): Very poor - Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. The apartment did not match the listing and was absolutely not worth the price. When I arrived, I found the apartment unlocked, with the keys left in the door, directly accessible from the street — no instructions, no welcome message, nothing to help me get oriented.
The host was very difficult to reach — it took me three attempts to get in touch by phone, and overall communication was poor and unhelpful.
As for the apartment itself: it was not clean — there was dust everywhere, cat hair on furniture, dirty dishes, and both the toilet and shower were in an unacceptable state. There was no access to the washing machine or dryer, even though they were listed. On top of that, there were no basic cleaning supplies like dish soap, sponges, or cloths. The whole place had a strange, unpleasant smell.
The environment in the building was also terrible. The people living upstairs were noisy, and in the ground floor entrance area, I found hundreds (possibly thousands) of dead flies, which was absolutely disgusting.
I do not recommend this place at all. It was far from what was promised, poorly managed, and left me with a very negative impression

- David (9/5): Clean and good value for money. - Very clean, studio flat with private shower room, owners very helpful in extending our stay by an extra day. Very cheap parking €1.10/day just 100 metres away, which is very useful for central Ostend. Shared toilet outside the studio flat was unexpected and not explained in the property description.
- Emma (6/5): One night was ok but probably no longer. - Simply furnished and freshly decorated. Location close to town centre and easy to access from motorway. Booked 30 mins before arrival and host was very responsive. Dirty. Very dirty bedsheets and dust everywhere. Dead flies all over the apartment. Steps to second floor too steep for our elderly dog and she had to be carried up and down. And NO HOT WATER!

- Ana (10/5): Perfect place in a little town - Great apartment and great place. Located in a quiet little town.
The apartment is fully equipped with all that you need and has a nice harmonious design.
We stayed for 3 nights, cooked and spent a really good time there and in the surrounding areas.
The host is very hospitable and answers to all your needs.

- Robert (3/5): Could have been ideal but spoiled by a few minor issues. - Handy location, newly refurbished No information sent about gaining entry, although we could see a reception desk in the photos so assumed someone would be there. When we arrived (8:30 pm)the place was locked and deserted. We phoned up and eventually spoke to someone, they said someone would be there in 10 minutes but it was more like 30 minutes. We had stated from the outset we’d be arriving between 8pm and 9pm.
The place was clean but there were hairs and a stain in the bed so wasn’t sure it had actually been changed. I’m sure it probably had but it was rather off putting.
- Gunther (7/5): Great place for a relaxed and comfortable stay just outside busy Mons - Great location. Close to motorway. Close to train station. Close to supermarket. Close to restaurants and cafes. Close to main shopping street. Lovely building. Fully self-contained unit with nice cookware. Attention to detail including espresso machine and pods. Steep stairway difficult to manage with larger luggage. No kettle provided.
- Anna (10/5): Great and clean place to stay - Modern, very freshly renovated apartment. Everything is beautiful and fancy If you want to cook might be not too much space. But we managed well, all the necessary stuff was present
- Ann-sophie (9/5): Superb - Literally brand new appartement. Very clean and tidy. Great location as restaurants are close by. there's a little park nearby as well. Room was nice and quiet and lots of room and space. Host was quick to respond to any queries we had. Has a little kitchenette as well and there's a supermarket within walking distance, so has everything you need. Coming from overseas we couldn't call the Belgian number to find out where the keys were, but host replied very quickly via WhatsApp so all good. Would recommend keeping a little booklet in the room with some "good things to know" like what the wifi code is, which good restaurants are in the neighbourhood etc.
