• Elisabeth (8/5): Für einen Kurztripp nach Wien wirklich zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne große Räume. Betten sind okay. Dusche sehr heiß. Im kleineren Zimmer war es super ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Absolutes Plus Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. In der Küche fehlten ein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen von Geschirr und vielleicht ein Spüllappen.

• Nedas (1/5): Bad - Nothing very bad! unpleasant communication, refused to return the money, we said that health is more important, reviews that it is full of bedbugs! plus it was not allowed to register in time!
• Cláucia (8/5): Very good - The apartment was just like in the photos, with a few modifications, the shower was very hot and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The location is a bit macabre, the building is old and the corridors are full of doves and dirt, there were even doors that looked broken. There were food scraps in the cupboards and the pillows were old and very bad. The smallest room had no door and the kitchen light, which was a sensor light, took 30 minutes to turn off, leaving the room bright. The stove didn't work, we tried everything we could to use it, but we couldn't. There were very few glasses in the kitchen. The heating was completely turned off when we arrived, which was terrible, as it was -7 outside, so the apartment was freezing and because it had an old system it took a long time to get even remotely warm.
• Lichtenstein (1/5): Don't rent this apartament!!! You will regret it!!! - This apartment is infested with bed bugs. It's a very serious thing, they stung me all over my body. They treat everything without seriousness. I feel sorry for the families with children who stayed here.
• Arsimi (1/5): Bed bugs & poor hygiene - Nothing to like, It was a nightmare. Nothing matches in terms of hygiene with photos posted in booking.com We didn't like nothing. The facility conditions were extremely poor. Went to sleep tired from long trip at around 00:30 in the morning, 30 min later, I've feelt that something is moving over my body I felt eachy...I turn on the light and discovered hundred of bed bugs over me and family members, my baby girl of 1 year and two other kids 10 &12 year old. My baby girl was bitten in several places in her neck and over her body, so as the other two kids and my wife. Tired and scared of getting any infections from this filty place, we left the apartment immediately. I informed the owner and booking.com immediately about the event of being bitten by bed bugs and the risk of infections and possibilities of carried bed bugs with us via clothes. Requested immediately to close the place for the safety of other people renting this property and also requested a refund. No refund of money received to this day (3 months ago) despite several communications with booking.com. Yes, we received sorries... but that's about it. No money refunds! I am really disappointed with booking.com about their approach to the well-being of their clients.
• Nadia (2/5): Be aware of the bed bugs! - The contact person is the only positive feedback I can give regarding this stay. Well, I should have read all the comments on this offer. I had an early and very unpleasant wake up. There were bed bugs in all the flat!!! I got bitten pretty bad and let me tell you, that is not pretty. The problem sadly is already known for a longer time. Read the comments! The flat was cleanish, I would say. The floor was sticky as there was used too much cleaning product and also the table and all the other surfaces had marks. If they got rid of the bed bug problem and instruct the cleaning staff properly, the flat would be ok. As for the area and the building itself, I didn't feel safe, and I came back early as I would not have felt comfortable as a solo female traveller to go home by dark (or late night). In the end, they gave me half of the price back.

• Michał (2/5): We left and didn't stay there. We cannot afford such conditions with two children. Waste of money. - This building seems to be a social building for the poor people. We had dirty sheets from previous tenants. Someone just put it together nicely, but it was crumpled, someone's hair was lying on it. The floor was sticky. The smell in the large room was strange. The host was apologizing via whatsup that it was the cleaning company's fault.
