• christina (10/5): - Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. De taler ikke engelsk, men med en app og lidt velvilje nåede vi langt. De bestilte billetter til Tianmen mountain til os. Der er mange restauranter i området , og det ligger midt imellem kabelbanen og 72 wonders. Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide - lidt besværligt med køleskabet på 4. Sal, men det gik fint. Der er nogle ting der kan forbedres - feks bliver gulvet drivende vådt og en gulvskraber kunne være praktisk, men til prisen er det et rigtig godt hotel

• Eliraz (6/5): המלון הכי מבאס שהיינו בו בסין - התבאסנו ממש, מקום לא מרכזי ולא רלוונטי בכלל, מזל שהיינו עם נהג צמוד, חדר המקלחת ממש לא נקי ולא נעים, אפילו וילון לא היה במקלחון, כל המים מתפזרים על כל השירותים, קר מאוד במקלחת, החדר צפוף ולא נעים, רצינו את המלון כי היה בו מטבחון שחשבנו שנוכל לבשל בו, אז היתה כירה לבישול אבל מעבר לזה לא הייתי ממליצה בכלל. הכול!!! לא דומה בכלום למה שראינו בתמונות, עשו למלון צילומים מפרגנים ביותר, לא דומה למציאות ולא הייתי חוזרת

• Henna (7/5): Superystävällinen henkilökunta ja mukava huone lyhyeen lomaan - Henkilökunta oli superystävällistä ja sijainti rauhallinen. Vuoteet mukavat ja huoneessa oli kaikki mitä oli luvattukkin. Keittiöstä puuttui jääkaappi ja suihkussa käynnin jälkeen vessan lattia pitkän aikaa märkä.

Personale accogliente Le stanze che affacciano sulla strada sono molto rumorose non si riesce a riposare bene, però prontamente ce l'hanno sostituita con una interna. I bagni sarebbero da rivedere, non c'è ne il box doccia ne la tenda in nessuna stanza, quindi ogni volta si forma un lago e il bagno diventa inaccessibile. Il nome dell'hotel non è così intuitivo da trovare nelle mappe da migliorare.

• HSIUHUNG (10/5): 整體體驗優秀 - 1交通便利（到72奇樓，滴滴車7-8元，走路也走得到） 2環境乾淨有品味、老闆親切。 3隔壁有旅遊諮詢、對面有賣水果、叫滴滴車ㄧ查就到，很方便。 4離機場非常近，是回國前最好的選擇 菸味。門口偶有菸味，但這可能跟飯店無關，不曉得是內地太不管公共場合抽煙問題還是張家界不管這問題（第ㄧ次到中國），整個張家界因爲菸味讓旅遊好感度大減分。

• Zeu (9/5): Superb - The proprietors were enthusiastic and did everything they could to make it a good experience. The location is very convenient to the Tusi Imperial City, a wonderful historic spot that we would probably have missed otherwise. It is easy to travel to Zhangjiajie West Railway station or to Didi to the ZJJ National Park. Since the hotel is relatively new and not well known to Didi drivers, perhaps Booking.com can provide a more specific address or instructions on how to get there.
• Rozita (10/5): Excellent and Marvellous Host - The owner and daughter, Lisa were excellent host. They were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional. Lisa could speak English quite well. She is a very smart young lady. The location of the hotel was so convenient to all access. We enjoyed staying at Borui Hotel and will definitely recommend to friends, relatives and if we were to stay in Zhangjiajie again, we WILL stay at Borui Hotel. Again....we loved staying at Borui Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️ Nothing.

• Siew (10/5): The stay was very relaxing and comfortable, "home-away from home." - We are from Singapore, on a Free-and-Easy trip to Zhang Jia Jie for the first time. The location of Zhangjiajie Porui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain is good, short walking distance from "72-Storey" Building and also the Tian Men Mountain Cable Car Station. Next street is along the river that offers good site for evening strolls after dinner. The street where it is located is full of eateries that offers value-for-money and delicious hot food and is readily accessible to convenient stalls. The host/staff are very friendly and offers recommendations for efficient ways to enjoy the attractions in Zhang Jia Jie. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Evening is quiet and offers peaceful nights conducive for sleep. So far very happy with the stay. Nothing that does not need my expectation.

• Peter (9/5): Absolutely fantastic stay with great people to help with our needs. - The staff was very helpful. There was always going to be a language barrier, but we got around that with the usual WeChat app and hand signals. He assisted with getting dinner, breakfasts, taxi's, advice, booking our tickets and even planning our stay. We loved our stay very much and would go back.
