• HONOKA (7/5): アットホームな施設 - 清潔感があった トイレとお風呂が分かれていて使いやすかった 洗剤があったので、洗濯ができてよかった トイレットペーパーやティッシュの在庫が多かったので助かった ソファーが欲しかった ドライヤーの接触が悪かった キッチンペーパーや茶碗などの備品類がもう少し欲しかった 階段に手すりがなかった 治安が少し悪かった

• Edy (9/5): Valuable For Money - Loved the vibe of this neighborhood! It's tucked away in a quiet residential area, yet just a stone's throw away from the heart of Osaka. Having both Nishikujo and Chidoribashi Stations within walking distance made it so easy to explore Umeda and Shinsaibashi. Plus, having konbinis (convenience stores) nearby was a huge plus! -

• 緑川 (8/5): 良かったです。 - 部屋が広く風呂とトイレが別々でとても快適でした。洗濯機やキッチンもあり食器や簡単な調理器具もありとても良かった。ユニバーサルスタジオジャパン駅までも1駅でコスパ最強でした。 1階だったためか上の方の生活音が朝方や夜は気になりました。子供の足音とかではなかったため大人の方の生活音なのか椅子を引く音などはよく聞こえましたが就寝時は特に音もなく静かに過ごせましたが神経質な方は難しいかと思います

Pas très bien agencé mais pour 2 nuits on a fait avec. Pas de place pour les valises côté couchage. Une micro table pour déjeuner et dîner pas prévue pour 4.

• Yukako (8/5): リッチが良かった。 - 駅近で、住宅街でしたが　夕食も 美味しい店が多く　良かったです。 万博　USJへのアクセスも良かったです。 ベッドは大きくて良かったのですが 部屋が狭くて　歩けない。

• Salas (10/5): It was very relaxing. - It is a very nice space if you do have more than 2 people at a time here. I stayed by myself so I had the luxury of having all of that space to myself. It was also walking distance from Nishikuro station so it was easy to go into Osaka and Universal city. N/A

• 미선 (7/5): - 청결했고 니시쿠조역 이랑 가까워서지하철타기괜찮았구요.환승없이 난바를 갈수있어요.역근처에 로컬맛집들이 있었어요 조용했어요. 유니버셜이랑도지하철두정거장 정도. 더블침대두개여서 아이둘과 편히잤습니다. 방전체가침대로 꽉차있어서 숙소에서음식을먹거나 짐을정리하기에 공간이 너무없어서 좁게느껴졌어요 차라리 이층침대가 있는게나을듯요 침대앞지나가다가 티비떨어뜨릴것같았어요 비집고들어가는기분ㅜㅜ

• RYOYA (8/5): 目的地が夢洲で家族や友人と泊まるならコスパ最高！ - 万博の終了3日前に利用しました。他のホテルが高くなる中、立地もよくてリーズナブルな金額で宿泊できました。 チェックインがないため、すぐに部屋でくつろぐことができます。清潔感があり静かな環境です。 ベットが2つ並べて配置がありますが奥のベットに向かうための通路が狭く感じました ゴミの処理は個人で分別し建物前のゴミ捨て場に出すため急がれる方には不向きに感じます

• samu_d (9/5): Very Confortable and beautiful beds. Better than expetations - Best Place during my travel in Japan, but also the most expensive. Very comfortable beds, i slept really well at comparable level to my house. Best check-in procedure, we received the access codes by email few hours before of our arrival at the building. Shower was also very good Location in general. A little far from the center (e.g. Dotonbori) and main train/metro station is at 10 minutes walking. We chose this one because it is relatively close to Universal Studio Japan (20 minutes) without costing hundreds and hundreds of euro. If you don't plan to go this amusement park this location is not optimal.

• むにゃ (9/5): 初の民泊だったけどとても快適で良かった！ - とても新しく綺麗なアパートだった。 ベッドも広くて良い。 洗濯物は中にも外にも干せる。 携帯等の充電もUSBをいくつか繋げるので非常に助かった。 場所が良く駅は千鳥橋と西九条両方使える上スーパーや100均も駅にあり便利。 カスタマーセンターの方の対応も良いです。 良くない所では無いが気になった所は タオルとベッドのシーツのにおいがちょっと特殊。 部屋がベッドで部屋の4分の3程埋まっているので荷物は廊下の物入れに置くのが良い。 大きいキャリーバッグは開け閉めが大変かも。 食器洗いは洗剤とスポンジが置いてあるがスポンジは新品ではないので気になる人は自分で持って行った方が良いと思う。

• Mikiko (8/5): 大阪万博､USJに行くならコスパ良しです - 西九条駅まで徒歩圏内で移動しやすい場所でした。ベッドが部屋をほぼ占領しているため､寝るための利用には良いかと思います。 ホコリがちょっと気になりましたが、掃除機があったので、とりあえずは問題回避できました。 壁が薄いようで、会話や足音が気になりましが、 お互い様かなとは思います。
• T (10/5): 快適 - 8月12日～14日というハイシーズンであるのにもかかわらず、４人で、３万数千円で１Ｋのマンションに宿泊できたことが素晴らしい。必要なものはすべてそろっており、車で利用することが前提の立地ではあるものの、素晴らしい環境でした。 階段の幅や傾斜が急なので、大きな荷物を持っていると、通行や昇降に不便さを感じるかもしれません。また、近隣の住民の方からの鋭い視線を感じることがあり、民泊をしている宿泊施設が近隣住民に好意的に思われているかどうかは不明に感じる瞬間がありました。ただ、運営側の対応の良さや、丁寧さにはそうした苦情を少しでも減らそうとする努力が感じられるものでありました。

• malcolm (8/5): Great stop off location to see Osaka, USJ and surrounding area. - Easy check in process. Upload a few pictures, get sent the pin codes for building and room and away you go. Good location close to train stations to get around Osaka and quick flit to Universal Studios. Well equipped apartments, bonus having clothes washing facilities. Clean fresh new building. Bedroom section was a little tight having two double beds with not much room to get around them to clothes hanging space and balcony.
