• GEMA (1/5): EL ANFITRIÓN NOS HABLÓ MUY MAL. - Primero que nada el anfitrión fué muy maleducado, ya que nosotros en el buscador buscamos un piso con mascotas lo reservamos y pagamos lo que se nos pidió y luego recibimos un mensaje del anfitrión dicendonos en mal tono que lo que habiamos hecho era de muy mal gusto que no le parecia correcto y muchas cosas más por que llevabamos mascotas y no avisamos cuando nosotros lo primero que pusimos a la hora de elgir el piso era que llevabamos mascotas, y luego seguimos todos los pasos que se nos indicó y en ningún lugar ponía ni nadie nos dijo nada de avisar por llevar mascotas. De todas formas creo que hay mil formas de preguntar o de hablar con nosotros y no dirigirse insultando y menos a un cliente. Con el anfitrión sólo tuvimos una pregunta que le preguntamos como funcionaba la tele y nos contesto que lo buscaramos por internet. FATAL la manera de hablar y de tratar a unos clientes. Y encima pone tres habitaciones con cama doble y una de llas es un sofa no es ni una cama.

Bien ubicado, tenía de todo aunque nosotros no estuvimos mucho tiempo dentro del alojamiento ya prácticamente íbamos a dormir. Muy bien equipado Quizás un poco de frío dentro posiblemente no supimos poner calefacción. Y al ser una tercera planta el ascensor posiblemente cuando éramos 4 no cabíamos y había que subir caminando. “ lo típico y normal.

• Katherine (8/5): Very good - Great location in the middle of the Gran Via area with lots of shopping, souvenir stores and places to eat. It was a large space and fit three couples comfortably. We were expecting lots of street noise but slept through the night with no issues. The rooms could have used benches or chairs to lay stuff on.

Flexible check in time with warm welcome from the host . Prompt and helpful response upon digital communication with the host If heating system , water pressure could be better , drying machine and hairdryer could be provided… it would be perfect
