• Deirdre (10/5): We loved staying in Shoal Bay- and we got a chance to swim and climb to the headland - This was an amazing apartment- the beach was in our doorstep. Tammy was always so kind answering all my queries. We really enjoyed our trip.
• Patricia (8/5): Just ok - Unit badly needs updating but I believe it’s up for sale. Beds were comfortable. We knew we had some stairs to climb but OMG not how many there were!! Given we are elderly it was a bit of a struggle. For that reason I would not stay there again.

Not being informed of the many steps to climb up it is three exterior floors not nice as we had rain and should be part of the property description, we had some difficulty with luggage and could be a big problem due to age and or disability of visitors the advert should be more informative, parking adequate but very narrow and awkward .

• Robert (5/5): We liked the apartment but hated the stairs to get in and out of the apartment. - We did not like the stairs. We didn't know there would be so many stairs. We are both elderly and found the stairs too much. had we known there were so many steps we wouldn't have booked there. We think the apartment would only be suitable for younger couples.

Host was great. Nothing. One member of our group has some mobility issues but they had no trouble with the stairs.

• Jadie (9/5): A lovely apartment close to everything you need. - The apartment was a great size, ideal for a long term stay or a one night stay like we did. The kitchen was fully stocked. The WiFi was a good speed and the living room was comfortable. The two bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't use any of the amenities, but they were all accessible. The apartment had a parking space, which was easy to find. It was also within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops and you can also access the national park and beach as well. The top floor is on the 3rd floor with no lift and external stairs, which weren't particularly well lit, so with suitcases it was difficult. But it did mention in the description that it was on the top floor. The only negative point we really had was the attitude of the cleaner, who arrived after we agreed we could leave our car in the space after 10am to get breakfast in town. We arrived back to the apartment at 10.30am and he was quite rude and standoffish.

The apartment was a bit cold (note our stay was in winter) and the very small heater did not provide much warmth.

Would be great to have a ceiling fan in second bedroom which was quite warm in evenings

We were well provided for with special extras - milk, tea, coffee, condiments, tisues, loo paper etc. BBQ umberellas etc. loved the key free system so we could come and go freely. Great position. Thank you Bedroom closest to sea … would have preferred head of bed on opposite wall for views whilst in bed?

Very clean and comfortable apartment with all the necessities. Lovely view and the hosts were easy to communicate with and check in was super easy.
