• Tatjana (10/5): Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - Ein sehr großzügiges und komfortabel ausgestattetes Haus, in dem es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Die Fahrräder waren eine schöne Ergänzung und sehr praktisch. Der Besitzer ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, jederzeit gut erreichbar und der Kontakt mit ihm war sehr angenehm. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Flughafen sowie eine Diskothek, die bis kurz vor Mitternacht geöffnet ist, wodurch gelegentlich Geräusche zu hören sein können. Für uns war das jedoch kein Problem, da wir nach unseren Ausflügen meist sehr müde waren und trotzdem gut schlafen konnten.
• Laura (8/5): Great house! We wished we liked to party late. - The house is absolutely fantastic though if you have mobility issues the staircase going upstairs to the bedroom would be difficult. There are a couch and air mattress to use on the first floor if needed. Full kitchen. Coffee provided! There are a washer and dryer on the back porch! It is half hour walk into town and fifteen minutes to a large grocery store. The house has bicycles for you to use. The things we didn't like had nothing to do with the house. The weather was very rainy so, as the hosts explained in advance, the puddles turn into mosquito factories. Time your stay for the dry season. Plastic sheeting on the windows kept out midges (they can get through screens) and kept in the wonderful air conditioning. You are very close to the airport (which has the potential to be very convenient if you arrive/depart that way and didn't bother us because we live near one at home). If you love going out late to bars with loud music you will be happy to find one conveniently located across the street. If you don't, bring ear plugs.

• Noor (8/5): - Het huis was enorm goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt - zelf een wasmachine en droger. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij helaas overlast ervaren van de discotheek naast het huis. Al vanaf 12:00 uur begon er vaak zeer harde muziek, die meestal tot diep in de nacht doorging. Dit was erg storend, mede doordat er regelmatig rumoer en ruzie op straat ontstond door bezoekers. Daarnaast was het jammer dat we vanuit binnen niet alle luiken konden openen, waardoor het huis constant erg donker aanvoelde. We hebben dit nog nagevraagd bij de local die de eigenaar helpt, maar kregen te horen dat dit niet mogelijk is.

• Catherine (10/5): Great stay on Caye Caulker - Coral Casa was perfect for our short stay on the island! Wish we could have stayed longer! The house was comfortable and clean. Being able to use the bikes made it easy to get around the island. Being close to the airport didn’t seem to be an issue for us with the noise and the bar next door wasn’t as loud as we thought it would be! So we recommend staying here!
• Chirsteen (6/5): Might be better fit for a group of friends - Cute house in a quiet area. Lush landscaping and lots of useful amenities like bicycles, sunscreen, bug repellent, washer/dryer, and an ice maker. House was dark, cleanliness needs improvement, and the bathroom is super basic. Stairs are not safe for kids or elders due to the width of the steps, upstairs is a loft meaning that the room doesn’t have a door.

• Zeiset (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, the garden was absolutely beautiful with everything blooming and the big tree with the swing was fun! It provided welcome shade when arriving home on the bikes they provided! The bikes were so handy and carried us all over the caye. We were also quite impressed with the nice ice maker that we used along with the water they provided! We were glad for the excellent washer and dryer as well. Nice air conditioner and comfy bed gave us some good nights rest after a fun day of snorkeling. Most excellent of all was the help Roberto gave us when we forgot our rental car keys and were needing to board the water taxi. He took us there on his golf cart, and then brought us our missing keys as well!
• Susan (9/5): This home is comfortable and had everything we needed. - The house was spacious and clean. We loved the front porch and all the flowers on the property! There is a bar next door that played some loud music until pretty late each night.
• Sera (9/5): Hidden Gem! - This place is such a gem!! It’s so special to have a yard with large trees and shade on the island. WiFi was excellent and the house had everything we could want. Having bikes included in the stay was awesome as well as were able to easily get to everything on the island. We felt super lucky to have found this place, so if you found it take this as your sign to book it!
• Ali (7/5): 50%50 but noise from the airport and the next door club was annoying and expect mosquitos because of the trees - It has bicycles for your stay and the lock system is good ! it has his own entrance and kitchen was nice and well equipped ! no light bulb in one the bathroom and it took them a day to get that fixed ! The owner does not live there so he has some one who looks after the maintinance requests so don’t expect a prompt solution ! There was noise from the airport right next to it so be prepared ! There is a prostitution style club next to the house which plays music all day and late night so thats a big negative ! The owner arranged the maintinance guy to pick up but he had another job so don’t rely on him make your arrangement !
• Mc (9/5): Great place! - We had a truly great stay at the Coral Casa. Contact with both the owner (Dan) and the property manager on the island (Roberto) was very easy, friendly & efficient. We felt very welcome. The place itself is a charming, nicely decorated, detached house with all amenities you need, including bicycles! Located away from the hustle & bustle at the center, however only a 5 min. bicycle ride away from everything (go slow!). We highly recommend the Coral Casa! The sofa bed might be a bit small for 2 adults (there is however also a large, comfy inflatable bed which worked even better for our kids)
• Rachel (10/5): A great find ❤️ - The owner and property manager were very communicative and helpful. Having use of bikes was brilliant and made getting around the island really easy. We used them day and night! The house was well equipped and comfortable. We'd happily use the Coral Casa again and hope we can get back to Belize soon. Be aware that the house is out of town and close to the small airport. This isn't a big deal as the planes are small and not that noisy. We loved using the house bikes to get around the island.

• Megan (10/5): exceptional property with fantastic facilities - excellent property, well kitted out and comfortable. good location and the property manager was fantastic! he went above and beyond for us. the garden was huge with a regular gardener. we adore the island! there was nothing I didn’t like.
• James (10/5): A Caye Caulker Hidden Gem - The place is generally lovely, it's on a really nice plot of land but we particularly loved how the house looked inside. The hosts made sure it was super clean as well as stocked up with everything you could possibly need! It was exactly what we were looking for in the middle of our holiday, which was a place to chill as a group. The house was extremely comfy and it was clear that the hosts had gone out of their way to give the place that feeling. Daniel and Roberto were also great to deal with, especially considering we booked on such short notice. Highly recommend if you're coming to Caye Caulker as a group and are looking for a relaxing break from Hostels. Nothing, it was great.
