• Norma (8/5): L'appartement trés confortable mais avec les difficultés déjà mentioné - Le confort Compliqué pour avoir un taxi. On a marché beaucoup . Les WC n'étaint pas propres. Il n'a pas functioné le wifi de l'appartement , seulement dans les restaurants, le micro ondes ne rechauffé pas bien.

• Isis (6/5): Appartement propre grand et bien situé mais malheureusement beaucoup trop bruyant et insuffisamment équipé. - L’emplacement, la superficie et la propreté Difficultés pour rentrer de manière autonome, le système d’ouverture était défectueux. Il n’y avait pas suffisamment de vaisselle et d’équipement pour la superficie par rapport au nombre d’occupant. Très bruyant jour comme nuit car situé sur une artère centrale et sans double vitrage. Sommeil très perturbé. Local poubelle qui s’est refermé et nous étions bloqués à l’extérieur. Lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas et il y avait de la vaisselle sale qui restait quand on est arrivé. Pas de sacs poubelles d’avance.

• Steven (3/5): Ideal for those who enjoy living without daylight. - Nice big apartment, clean and tidy. Perfect location. Great if you don’t like daylight. No natural light due to scaffolding and covering. So no view, no daylight and extremely depressing lighting made for a horrible experience. Ugly cheap broken furniture and very uncomfortable bed. Minimal kitchen ware. Television remote missing so tv stuck on one channel with loud volume so not practical to use. Plus NO WIFI! Staff while very pleasant were of zero help. Promised to sort problems but didn’t. Could be a great apartment but requires major refit. Suggest to Booking.com to remove this listing until the scaffolding is removed and the property is refurbished.

• Joseph (6/5): It’s OK overall, not the worst. - We’ve booked the two rooms apartment and there’re plenty of space plus two bathrooms which is good. Location is good with Metro and supermarket nearby. Scaffolding around the exterior of the whole building meaning there’s no natural light during the day. Tripped the fuse when using hairdryer and had to go to basement to reset the fuse box. Fun “adventure”. One of the bathrooms with shower cubicle with the doors not closing properly, with a big gap which leaked water. Dirty crockery inside dish washer when arrived.
• Fran (10/5): Exceptional - 2 bathroom and clean apartment. It has all you might need for cooking and even doing laundry. Perfectly located to walking distance to the main train station and to the Domo I would have appreciated to have more toilet paper as we were 5 and for 4 days we ran out immediately
• Robert (1/5): misleading, lying company, no sunlight or windows in entire apt, power went out immediately, mess - decent location, fairly easy to get in, decent space and two bathrooms. they don't tell you that the entire apartment has no sunlight because all of the windows are covered in scaffolding that has large advertisements. There is no one on the scaffolding and it's not temporary so it wasn't an accident. They have signs when you walk in about how to restart the power and give you two keys for a cellar deep under the building but no clear instructions of what to do. As soon as we arrived to a floor with a blinking ceiling light in the hallway that clearly has not be attended by anyone, the power in the entire apartment went out within the first 5mins of being there. When I called, i was told not to be rude because I was upset and they kept lying about sending someone over in "5 mins" which took about an hour and a half but by this point, i already had the help of someone in the building to help me. Also, all the furniture is in the worst places possible. It has by far the worst feng shui I've ever been to. Like a blind person put a bunch of random furniture in the apartment and yet a blind person would do a better job. Nothing felt comfortable or everything was in an awkward place and not at all like the photos. ALSO VERY NOISY FROM THE STREETS!
• Jaroslav (6/5): Nice and space but be careful of noise - Space, nice and clean with two bathrooms. Very close to metro or tram and close to heart of city. Helpful staff (we forgot AirPods there and cleaning stuff keep it and return). Location is on very busy street. There is unpleasant noise during every night in every rooms by cars from outside (often tuning)Who has problem with sleeping the one can’t sleep. My wife slept in corridor on the floor. Another temporary problem is the scaffolding around the entire house, which is covered with a tarpaulin. You can't see out of any of the windows and there will probably be workmen there during the week.
• Razmig (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fantastic. The apartment is large and fits 5 people easily. Facade works were ongoing. So all windows were closed. But this has nothing to do with the landlord as works were building renovation works.

• Peter (9/5): The accommodation was bright and spacious, however, it was very noisy due to the location - The door key was in the key safe next to the door. This is a usual solution, it was smooth and OK. Entering down the gate was problematic: 1. the guy at intercom was not responding 2. the central mobile number was not picked up 3. finally the local guy in SMS was available, however meanwhile a neighbor was opening the gate for us so we could enter without Easy Life's support
• Wondering (10/5): worth it! - The location is ideally situated and conveniently accessible. The establishment is meticulously maintained, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment. The management demonstrates a commendable commitment to meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing guest comfort and satisfaction. The check-in and check-out procedures are clearly outlined and straightforward, facilitating a seamless and efficient process. The flexibility of check-in and check-out times is an important consideration for guests, especially those with flight schedules that require early check-ins or late check-outs. In my experience, I have encountered situations where I had to wait for two hours on the streets after my flight before I could check in, and another instance where I had to check out at 10 am despite my flight departing at 9:30 pm. These inconveniences could be avoided with more flexible check-in and check-out policies specially that it was available in booking application to chose 1pm to check in but the facility sent me another check in restrictions "after" reservation.

• Ahmad (5/5): Partly Ruined Stay wth Smelly Water Leak in Bathroom, Tripping of Main Power Supply. Otherwise OK. - Apartment is in good location, about 15 minute walk to/from Milan Central Train Station. Apartment is also near Milan’s Lima and Porto Venezia Metro stations. Apartment has good water pressure and good hot water systems. The aircond units are working well (though one is dripping water). The dishwasher, washing machine, TV, fridge are all working well. Though we had two major issues in the apartment, the property carer did quickly respond to send people to fix leak & provide some general instructions to switch apartment main power back on (however, carer did send wrong video on how to reach basement room where the power panels are, making us quite confused on which door to open, and all the doors were locked!). On our 1st night, smelly water leaked from sink in bathroom, reeking the whole apartment. We called the person in charge, was instructed to send video of the leak situation. We left for dinner, and when we came back the leak seemingly had been repaired (we gave permission for repairman to enter the premises while we were out). We again called the person in charge to confirm about this but our calls were not picked up, so we had to text instead. After receiving no answer, we assumed the leak had been repaired, so we continued to use bathroom. There was no more leaking. Our last night in apartment, the apartment’s power supply tripped. Our calls to person in charge were not picked up. We texted, and thereinafter, the incident was attended to through only texting. We were instructed to search for the main power panel, which is located near the garbage area, downstairs in the basements. We were at first not told & did not know we had to use faclities key to enter room consisting the building’s apartments power panels. We were lucky to be able to find key inside the apartment. We had to go back & forth to apartment to get the key, to check for apartment’s number (for finding the right power panel). The person in charge did not know the power panel’s number, so we tried to lift up a few panels switches (many of panels switches were down). Finally, we managed to find the correct panel ourselves! It was really hot in MIlan at the time, we were sweating profusely in the basement room. There were also no telephone signal detected in basement room, so we had to leave the room to text. We spent about an hour to rectify this ourselves and through texting with the person in charge! Other issues : Water leaking from air cond unit at doorway into bedroom, making floor wet. Liquid soap in bathroom provided in small bottles, was watery. Shower cubicle doors were flimsy and could fall off. Bed was too soft. Electrical Water Kettle leaves residue in water after boiling.

• Marina (9/5): Superb - Location was great, you can walk to almost everywhere, comfortable beds, clean, there was so much space it was really worth the money. The only thing that was not the best was the noice from the street, it was pretty loud, especially during the night, you have a feeling that the windows are open.

• Preeti (9/5): Lovely property, comfortable and clean. Perfect for those who want to explore Milan as well other Italian towns (by trai - Good location between Milano Centrale and the city centre, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very friendly staff/hosts. Has a lift. The shower cubicle is very small - I am petite and didn’t have enough space, so the average person may find it uncomfortable to shower in it.
