• Kayetan (1/5): Uninhabitable. Health hazard due to severe mould and unbearable smell. - We had to vacate this property immediately because the conditions were completely unfit for human habitation. The flat had severe active mould growth and an overwhelming, toxic damp smell that made it impossible to stay. Despite the clear health and safety violations, the owner refused to take responsibility or offer a refund, lying about the actual state of the property. Booking.com was equally unhelpful, hiding behind the owner's refusal rather than enforcing basic sanitary standards. Do not trust the photos or the description. Staying here is a genuine health risk. Avoid at all costs.
• ANDRE PHILION (10/5): - L’emplacement était très bien situé pour aller visiter cordeau, nous étions pas loin de l'autobus hop on hop off on a pas eu besoin de prendre notre véhicule pour se déplacer . Cet endroit était très propre et les gens nous ont beaucoup aidé pour localiser vraiment l’appartement un peu de difficulté à la trouver, mais avec des gens qui restaient près de cet endroit-là, nous a très bien aidé une fois installé, tout était merveilleux. la seule amélioration que je pourrais apporter à cet endroit, c’est que quand nous communiquons avec les propriétaires pour avoir le code du coffret ou la clé , on devrait être capable de communiquer par courriel par Booking.com et non par WhatsApp. On l’a fallu s’enregistrer à WhatsApp pour qu’on puisse communiquer avec les propriétaires pour finalement recevoir le numéro du coffret pour récupère la clés c’est le seul petit inconvénient.

• PEDRO (7/5): Fin de semana de desconexión - La cama era cómoda algo que se agradece después de largos paseos. En el apartamento encontramos todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana y poder preparar comida en la pequeña cocina que tiene si lo deseas. Dando un paseo agradable por el márgen del Guadalquivir llegas en pocos minutos al casco antiguo de la ciudad. Necesitamos alguna cosilla que otra y la anfitriona nos lo resolvió enseguida y con mucha amabilidad. El coche lo pudimos aparcar en la misma puerta del apartamento, lo cual, es muy de agradecer. Como la zona antigua está relativamente cerca no fue necesario mover el coche en todo el fin de semana. Como en todos o casi todos los alojamientos hay cosas que se pueden mejorar. La mampara de la ducha no cierra del todo vertiendo agua al exterior. El plato ducha pequeño dándote continuamente con los cristales de la mampara. Una de las puertas del armario descolgada, también hay un extractor que se conecta y desconecta automáticamente y es un poco molesto el ruido de fondo. Justo al otro lado del tabique hay una especie de club de amigos donde se reúnen y hubo bastante actividad el fin de semana de nuestra estancia con ruidos continuos y arrastre de sillas. Suerte que en horas de sueño no se oye actividad en dicho local. Más que apartamento es un pequeño estudio, pues cocina, salón y dormitorio es todo un bloque en la misma sala sin tabiques que dividan. Está la cama, después el sofá y a continuación los muebles de cocina. El precio del establecimiento ligeramente elevado. Edificio poco lujoso, antiguo.

Il manque un passoire. Il y a énormément de bruit . Lors de notre dernière soirée on a eu du bruit jusqu'à 3h00 du matin. Dommage l'appartement est tout de même bien placé

• Samuel (1/5): Desastre y decepción - Nada Las fotos engañan!dicen que era 1 apartamento para 4 cuando allí entran 2 personas justas!El suelo sucio manchas en el sofá toallas largo etc!!el sofá cama ni es sofá ni es cama horrible!!fuimos 4 personas a dormir en 20m cuadrados sin intimidad ninguna teniendo que dormir en el suelo varios días porque el sofá cama es la cosa más incómoda que existe!!mienten con las fotos!duermes en el salón cocina todos juntos!!el baño si cierras la puerta quedas encerrado!el mobiliario en mal estado y sucio la chica no reconoce que las fotos mienten y no nos dio ninguna solución sin duda muy mala experiencia

There was a very unplesant smell in the apartment of Damp or an issue with the drains. I messaged the host but got no response. This meant it was unpleasant to be in the apartment any more than was necessary,

• MCarmen (6/5): Revisar la ubicación - El apartamento está decorado con buen gusto. Tiene espacio suficiente. La anfitriona responde rápidamente y es muy amable. Nos permitieron entrar antes de lo previsto. Lo cogimos por la ubicación que aparecía en el mapa de Booking y no es esa la ubicación del apartamento (la calle escrita es la que aparece pero en el mapa no está ubicado en esa dirección). El apartamento es algo húmedo. Además le falta equipamiento, ya que si reservo para cuatro personas (2 adultos y 2 niños), mínimo debe haber cuatro vasos y no únicamente dos. Tampoco había mantel. Una de las puertas del armario estaba rota y no se podía abrir.

Appartamento con parcheggio gratuito a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico passando per il ponte romano godendo della vista della città sul fiume. La proprietaria ci ha permesso di entrare prima dell'orario effettivo del check in. Molto apprezzato Lavandino del bagno piccolissimo. La posizione che si trova su Google Maps non è quella effettiva dell'appartamento, aspettare prima di parcheggiare 😊

• Pilotto (2/5): - El parking gratuito es un golazo y la ubicación está muy bien, estás lo suficientemente cerca del centro como para moverte cómodo. Sinceramente, la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante por el estado del lugar. Lo primero que te golpea es un olor a humedad y a cloaca muy fuerte que está en todos lados. Las manchas de humedad en el techo y paredes ya te dan una idea de que falta mantenimiento. Nos dejaron toallas para usar que todavía estaban húmedas. ​En cuanto a funcionalidad, fue una lucha. No había pava para calentar agua, y no funcionaba una de las hornallas, por lo que cocinar se hacía imposible. No dejaron ni lo básico (aceite, café o un poquito de detergente de ropa, tijeras, abrigo extra), e incluso las lámparas de las mesas de luz estaban de adorno porque no prendían. Lo peor fue que durante la tormenta entró agua por la ventana y la puerta.

• Javier (6/5): ALOJAMENTO PARA 2, COMO NO CAMBIE EL SOFA - el aLojamiento bien, todo limpio y bien situado el alojamiento es para 2 personas, el sofa cama esta totalmente en los muelles, menos mal que iba 1 niño y un adolescente. el niño pudo medio dormir en el sofa, pero el adolescente tuvo que dormir en el suelo, encima de una colcha.

• Eva (7/5): ok - V dobrej pesej vzdialenosti od mesta, vyhodou je bezplatne parkovanie v okoli. Apartman poskytuje kuchynku a potrebne vybavenie, pracku a chladnicku. Vyhodou je supermarket kusok od ubytovania. Bohuzial hluk od susedov (vrchny apartman), aj pocas vecernych hodin dlho do noci, buchot a krik. Nedostatocne odizolovane. Neprijemny zapach z kupelne aj napriek osviezovacom vzduchu. Nevyhodou je aj to, ze sa neda otvorit okno pocas noci kvoli cerstvemu vzduchu (aj ked klimatizacia je k dispozicii) z dovodu, ze okno je bez zatemnenia a do zony, kde rano prechadzaju ludia.

Es ist ein Problem mit dem Abwasserkanal vorhanden. Die Gastgeber versuchen dies mit den berüchtigten Duftverbesserern zu übertreffen. Für jeden, der noch riechen kann ist die Bleibe nicht akzeptabel.

El parking es en la calle, eso no se especifica en el anuncio. En las fotos pareciera que hay 2 camas, en realidad es un monoambiente parcialmente dividido por un closet. Una cama y un sofá cama en regular estado.

• Nataliya (2/5): Very poor - Location The apartment has the big problem with the mold. The property locate at the ground floor. All time in apartment had very strong musty smell. The owners put the flavoring agent but this made the situation worse. This is the serious problem especially for the people with respiratory problem. All our clothes smells more days after this accomodation. The apartment need to be repair because the door to the bathroom and garderoob are not closed, the curtains were broken, etc. The owners are not supportive and don't speak English. We have the problem with wi fi. The owners proposed us to decide the problem alone, with neighborns, because the router was in them apartment.

Peacd and quiet, nice village nearby, lot of terrific nature or countriside hikes in the area! maybe a couple outdoors terrace equipment like comfy chairs or transats, to enjoy the beautiful front porch in the sun with rhe stunningly beautiful view of rhe mountain and relax.
• Stefan (9/5): Good apartment, reasonable walking distance from attractions. - Twenty minutes walk from Mezquita, 15 min walk from Roman Bridge. Clean, quiet, comfortable, big 1.5 room flat. Sofa bad could have been more comfortable.
• Andrew (7/5): Good but some small details were wrong - Spacious apartment, well laid out. Seemed to be well equipped although I didn't use the cooking facilities, only the fridge. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage space for a short stay. The bathroom smelled bad: there is no trap on the basin so foul air comes up from the sewer. This is such an easy thing to fix! Sofa bed was uncomfortable for sitting. The bottom drawer in the kitchen didn't open fully. I'm not sure it would be possible to get pans out for cooking. Booking.com gave me an incomplete address so I first went to the wrong building. Fortunately an email direct from the host had the correct details.

• Mihaly (4/5): Smelly apartment in a bad neighborhood. - Easy parking, the apartment is a shorter walk to the city center then it looks. Check in was easy. Furniture and acessories were nice. There was a constant, very strong, awkward smell (sewers). The host was not giving any response/tipps when we asked about it. We were sharing our bathroom with a thumb-size cockroach. We were approaching the apartment by car from the outer riverside on a very bumpy dirt road - very bad neighborhood, filled with junkies and stray dogs. So even for that price, it was not okay.
• Ales (7/5): Good stay for visiting Cordoba - Property in ground flor with acess directly from the yard. 20 minutes walk to the old town . Free parking posibiity almost directly at the door . There was a strong smell I think from the drain in the bathroom throughout the whole apartment .

• Caroline (8/5): Very comfortable apartment in a convenient location - The apartment is clean and modern and well organised - it all seems very new. The host was helpful and replied quickly to questions. The location is very convenient with easy parking and a 15 minute walk at most over the river to get to the Mezquita in the centre of Cordoba . We had bicycles so this was very quick and easy for us. There is a good bar near the apartment called Cerveceria Restaurante Aldaba - a normal bar serving tapas and raciones and showing live football, something which is difficult to find in the centre of Cordoba - so a nice place to end up after a day of sight-seeing. There are also great views of the Mezquita from this side of the river and a pleasant walk to the Roman Bridge.
