• Isabela (6/5): ok - as recepcionistas são simpáticas, e disposição legal de camas e quartos me disseram que me mudariam de cama pois um hóspede sairia no dia seguinte m, não fizeram isso e ainda me deixaram sozinha numa habitación só com homens quando havia espaços em quartos com mais variedade de hóspedes. além disso a limpeza é bem mais ou menos, não trocam lençóis e limpam bem mais ou menos os banheiros. fiquei 10 dias e vi hóspedes saindo e os lençóis sendo só esticados sem a troca.

• Dmitry (10/5): Comfortable & convenient, great staff - Helpful staff, comfortable bed, firm matress (I enjoy firm matresses), huge locker drawer, clean room, clean bathroom & kitchen and hostel overall. Location was great: close to everything in town, the Cafe next door and number of grocery options nearby. If you book with breakfast, see the photo. I stayed at the hostel one night, however, easily would have stayed more. Also, I am appreciative, that the day of check-out, they let me store my luggage at the hostel, and than let me use kitchen before leaving. Overall it was a great stay, ¡muchissimos gracias! Having the hook by the bed would be helpful. Apart from that cannot think of anything else.
• Jorge (8/5): Un buen local, pero decepcionado al no recibir ayuda oportuna. - Estar próximo a la zona de restaurantes de la ciudad. Solicité, al realizar la compra por Booking, que me informaran si el hostel tenía cochera. No recibí contestación oportuna a este requerimiento. Cuando llegamos nos informaron que no tienen este servicio, pero podíamos encontrar estacionar el vehículo en alguna playa próxima al local. Sin embargo, no habían playas de estacionamiento disponibles, la mayoría están cerradas. Después de mucho recorrer y preguntar en la calle, encontramos un lugar para dejar el coche. El personal del hostel no sabía de playas de estacionamiento disponibles, si bien entregaron referencias, pero genéricas y ninguna específica. Hubiese gustado más ayuda y que me hubieran respondido a tiempo, así tal vez elegir otro hotel.

The room is small but has good ac. Our shower was beautiful, a room with stained glass. We did find a heating element had been on since before we arrived. Room was quite hot until I found and unplugged it. We liked everything else

• Radel (5/5): Last Resort if you need something for one night - After I was forced to pay and upgrade to a suite because their air conditioner was broken, the room was clean. The bathroom was a crazy, giant stained glass affair that had plenty of room. I was so disappointed when I walked up to this hostel that looks like a jail. The hostel is on a very loud, busy corner right on Plaza Independencia. One of the ladies at the front desk was RUDE. There was lots of street noise. The kitchen was very small and hot; breakfast was instant coffee and store-bought medialunas. It was not social. Private rooms do not get cleaned. You have to ask the front desk for extra toilet paper and get your own bags for toilet tissues, as your bathroom trash does not get emptied. I asked about this and was told that the lady "didn't show up today".
• Lai Heung (9/5): Budget hostal with good location. - The hostel's location was closed to the city centre. You had a lot of choices for supermarkets, restaurants and fruit markets. The hostel was clean and tidy. Kitchen provided all the basic utensils and equipment. Air conditioning inside the room was a must in Mandoza especially during summer time. NIL.

La única critica que le haría es que le falta una pequeña repisa al lado de la cama para apoyar algunas cosas a la hora de dormir (teléfono, billetera, cepillo de dientes, una botellita de agua) pero es excelente el Hostel

• Yuen Shan (8/5): Great value of money - Good to use passcode lock instead of key. High level of security at the entrance, always need a staff to open the gate. Excellent location, right at center and next to Plaza Independence, and one block away from the major walking street. The bathroom of my room is so funny that it is indeed the balcony at the corner on top of the grocery with only some coloured glasses that can open. Privacy is ok, not completely exposed but wonder if that can be noticed from outside that someone is taking showers 🤭 Provide breakfast that is not mentioned in the price, but time no match for me Not for people who are sensitive to noise as it is right in the corner of the busy street.

• Eleanor (10/5): Amazing hostel - We loved our stay here, it's a lovely little hostel that looks over plaza indepencia. The room was spacious and comfortable, we were given breakfast every day, and the terrace is a really nice quiet spot to relax in. The staff were so kind! We arrived super late because of a delayed flight and they waited up to let us in, and kept in touch the whole time. They even let us borrow their computer at one point to help us book a bus we were struggling with. Would definitely recommend!

• Ereck (9/5): I will highly recommend this hostel for your stay in Mendoza. - The location was great it is right inside all the desirable stuff to do in the Mendoza. The staff while only speaking Spanish are super kind and always helpful to the guests. I wish there were comfortable chairs in the common areas instead of wooden benches. It hurts the butt when sitting down for a long period of time.

Lamentablemente tuve una mala experiencia que un compañero de cuarto me robó la computadora, teniendo mis cosas bajo candado y guardadas, pero si levantas el colchón la base de la cama tiene las maderas con agujeros de por medio, y metió la mano por ahí seguramente. Simplemente lo comento para que cuiden sus pertenencias. Y que el Hostel pueda solucionar eso, sino es al pedo el candado.

• Araceli (8/5): Estadía ideal si no te interesa conocer a otras personas - La ubicación es genial. Las camas son muy cómodas (tienen su propia luz y enchufe) y el agua en los baños sale caliente y con presión. - Los espacios comunes no están calefaccionados todo el tiempo, entonces si vas a la cocina, por ejemplo, tenes que pedir el control del aire. La verdad es que no invita a pasar tiempo allí. No tienen otro espacio que no sea ese adentro. (Si tienen la terraza). Para persona que viaja sola y queres conocer a otros viajeros esta complicado. - Más de una vez me quede esperando en la puerta que me abran. Tienen un número de teléfono al cual llamar para que alguien baje a abrirte.

• Emma (7/5): Good - The beds on this hostel were the best i have stayed in. That being said, I had a lower bunk and don't think I would have managed to get up to the top bunks, they are very high. Also good, very big storage for luggage under the beds which can be locked. The kitchen was OK, but not hugely well equipped. The terrace area was a nice place to sit. The bathrooms were split into dorms rather than male/female, with no lock on the door. It was very hard to shower, with no privacy to dress afterwards. There were no surfaces to place things such as toiletries. If the facilities are going to be shared like that, I think the ability to lock doors could be considered.

If at any point the staff leave the property, they either lock you in or lock you out. I was locked out. For a while. The bath mat really started to stink after a few days of not being changed.

My dorm had a shared bathroom outside the room, with no space to store toiletries and no way to lock the door. It wasn’t very clean. The terrace has potential but is quite dirty. If you get the top bunk, it’s quite high and not easy to climb
