• Wendy (9/5): - Appartement (met alles wat je nodig hebt) in een prachtige natuurlijke omgeving!! De eigenaar legt je vriendelijk vanalles uit. Hij heeft goede tips voor activiteiten, restaurants. Vanaf het huis wandel je naar de Stuwdam van Nisramont. Speelkamer; pooltafel, darten, sjoelen. Buiten zwembad, trampoline, jeu de boules, bbq aanwezig wat je samen met de gasten uit de andere appartementen deelt. Heerlijk gezwommen al was het pas eind april, begin mei. Tip: e-mountainbike-rit en kanotocht via ardennen.nl, hike langs rivier de Ourthe en hike Achouffe. Voor herhaling vatbaar!! Niets.

• Erwin (9/5): Een heel mooi, ruim appartement op een heerlijk rustige locatie midden in het groen! - Een mooi, ruim appartement, voorzien van alles. Het zou goed zijn als er in de advertentie staat of handdoeken en lakens inbegrepen zijn en wat de prijs is als je deze wilt huren. Dan weet je het goed op voorhand.

• Lisa (8/5): - Communicatie met de host verliep vlot. Lekker warm bij aankomst en alles was voorzien.
• Rewind72 (9/5): - Mooi ruim appartement, rustige omgeving, volledig ingericht inclusief ruim handdoeken, ingerichte keuken, beddegoed. De keuken was zo compleet dat wij een broodrooster misten naar dat was omdat verder alles er was dus geen probleem eerder een tip.

• Roberto Antonio (8/5): Hay que llevar todo. - La amplitud. Nos dejaron usar el garaje para guardar la moto. La chimenea tiraba mucho humo hacia adentro del salón y se disparó la alarma. Faltaron algunos detalles que son importantes cuando se trata de un sitio que está lejos de cualquier supermercado: no había jabón para la lavadora; ni nada que tomar. Nada. Estaría bien una despensa con cosas básicas (aunque las cobren por aparte) como café, snacks, sopas Maggie, o cualquier cosa para matar el hambre cuando uno llega de noche y está cansado. Lo dejo como sugerencia.

• Eva (8/5): Geweldig verblijf gehad! - De speelruimte beneden, de grote tuin, dat we gebruik mochten maken van al het speelgoed incl skelter en natuurlijk de sauna! De bank en vooral de bedden zouden wat comfortabeler kunnen, maar wij zijn dan ook wel een heel goed bed (Tempur) gewend. Voor 2 nachten was dit prima te doen.

• Liesbeth (9/5): Een aanrader - De locatie is rustig gelegen dichtbij het meer van Nisramont. Er is een zwembad aanwezig. Omwille van het slechte weer hebben wij hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. De zaal met spelen (pooltafel, darts,...) was een schot in de roos voor onze kinderen. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Er is een balkon met mooi uitzicht op de bomen. /

• Gerarda (9/5): Rustig verblijf - Rustige ligging, zwembad, speelruimte Misschien iets meer borden en tassen, we waren met 4 en moesten zo na elke maaltijd afwassen. Jammer van een wespennest, maar eigenaar reageerde direct om ze te verwijderen

• Vera (10/5): Zalige vakantie met veel wandelingen / mountainbiken en toch ook ontspannen. - Hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Gaf ook wandeltips. Konden onze mountainbikes in een afgesloten ruimte zetten. Veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Heel centraal gelegen, zowel voor de fietsers als voor wandelaars. Een plek waar ik terug naartoe zou komen. Ideaal ook voor tieners.

• Gary (10/5): All the above plus local shops and Boulanger within easy reach. Secure bike storage - Accessibility. The size of the property. The area it is in is perfect for hiking and biking whether road or gravel riding. Super communication with the host.
• Leon (10/5): Peaceful stay in the Belgian countryside - The children loved the pool and the tree house. We loved exploring the nearby towns and villages, sampling the local produce and saying hello to all the cows. The gite is quite isolated, and it's difficult to get anyway other than by car, especially with two young children. Saying that, we were able to walk to Nadrin to visit the friterie, so it's not impossible.

• Adela (9/5): Great place for an Ardennes getaway with the family - Specious, clean, and well equipped (including the game room and playground). No hand soap in the bathroom.

• Brigid (10/5): Happy second visit, on our return trip - the apartment is calm, quiet and very clean. - Stayed here again on our return from France to Amsterdam. Lots to do locally, but sadly didn't have time to explore fully, another time! Nothing, a lovely place.

We had to drive a little further to get food from a shop, but we found an automatic pizza machine in the village nearby

The apartment was extremely clean and Danny was ver service-minded and gently. Absolutely recommend for visit the area around Houffalize Everything was great!

It is a perfect location for families with children since there are plenty of facilities for the little ones (park outside, plenty of games inside...)
