• Miguel Ángel (5/5): - La situación Llevo años viajando por Europa y América y nunca me había encontrado con semejantes problemas para hacer el Check in, y poder acceder a un apartamento. La aplicación del checkin no funcionó bien. Tuve que reclamar me abrieran la  puerta de la calle, así como la clave para recoger las llaves del apartamento. Y todo ésto con el coche mal aparcado, con riesgo de multa, tras horas conduciendo. Posteriormente solicité hablar con algún responsable. Todavía estoy esperando se ponga en contacto conmigo. Ducha estrecha y sin cortinas: especialmente complicado lavarse el pelo largo, y se sale el agua Sin extractor en baño No hay luces en zona cama No hay luces en zona estar: sofá y comedor. Solo una lámpara de pie y sin bombilla. Tuve que coger una de la escalera. Lavadora, sí, pero no hay siquiera una cápsula de detergente+suavizante. Ni tampoco tendedor. El wifi lento, lentísimo. Llamé ...Al día siguiente me escriben preguntandome si todavía tengo problema . Lo reseteé varias veces y mal No volvieron a llamarme para ésto Pagué 107€ la noche (6 noches en total). Me siento estafado.

• Čebulj Istenič (1/5): - Unacceptable and misleading experience. We had serious trouble accessing the apartment, and local police had to assist us for nearly an hour before we received the correct entry codes. The host was unresponsive to emails and unavailable in English by phone. Parking was advertised but not provided, and we received contradictory information about it. Neighbors confirmed that such issues happen regularly with this property. Overall, a highly unprofessional and unfair practice.

• Peter (7/5): Interessante Unterkunft, die für eine Übernachtung empfohlen werden kann - Tolle, zentrale Lage, wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann im Parkhaus parken und in ca. 5 Minuten die Unterkunft erreichen. Direkt unter dem Dach hat man ohne Nachbarn seine Ruhe. Für Gäste unter 1,80 ist die Unterkunft recht gut nutzbar. Die Kommunikation ausschließlich über E-Mail und das Öffnen der Haustür über Internet mittels Code ist technisch interessant aber sehr unpersönlich. Der Anmeldeprozess mit eigener Eingabe von Reispassdaten ist ebenfalls machbar, wenn da was nicht richtig läuft bekommt man wieder eine E-Mail, glücklicherweise musste wir nicht alles wieder von vorne an eingeben….wie gesagt - unpersönlich. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas zusammengewürfelt und billig.

• Borja (9/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación, muy céntrica donde podías ir a todos los lugares de interés andando. La buhardilla tenía todo lo necesario. Los cojines de la cama son super cómodos! La cama es un poco pequeña y le falta un poco de iluminación por la noche, por el resto todo bien

• Valeria (9/5): - Lo que es excepcional es la ubicación en el centro de "todo". El Ático tiene todo lo necesario para prepararse comida y abajo está un super Al Campo donde comprar a cualquier hora. De su dirección es muy fácil ubicarse y moverse hacia cualquier sitio. Lo que para mi falta es una luz para iluminar la mesa, qué sigue un poco en las sombras

Es amplio, acogedor, limpio e iluminoso No se aviso previamente que la llave del portal no iba por lo que había que abrir siempre con el link del check-in y hubo excaso papel higiénico aunque reponieron el mismo día que lo dije.

• Hannah (6/5): Cool location and comfy room - Great central location with easy check in The air conditioning unit was a bit faulty but the main dislike was the parking. Don’t think a property should say they have parking if it’s just a town carpark that costs over €23 for one night.
• David (10/5): Zaragoza Old Town is lovely and worth a visit, Apartment location perfect! - The Location was superb for what we were doing. Old Town is a lovely area to amble around. Lots to see and do, very quiet and clean. The apartment is well appointed and supplied, and very clean, Other than a couple of sky lights, there are no windows, and so it is a bit dark in some areas. Still, a very nice place to stay. Elevator is small and slow, but it is sound and gets you there.

• Jane (9/5): Great atmosphere, perfect for self-catering. - Fantastic location, right in historic centre with amazing view of the famous basilica (standing on tiptoe peering through velux roof windows) but surprisingly quiet because on 5th floor. Full kitchen and good small supermarket and 24/7 pizza vending machine right downstairs. Fun, quirky decor and lighting effects. Real thought has gone into making the flat comfortable and homey. Spotlessly clean. Good communication with hosts, quickly responsive on WhatsApp. Lovely warm wood eaves and beams but angle of slope very low: tall guests, beware.
