- Theo (1/5): Please avoid staying at this property - Owner falsely advertises - Nothing Please avoid staying at this property - Owner falsely advertised having a private bathroom and kitchen - when our site foreman arrived at the property it turned out it was a shared bathroom and kitchen with the owner of the property, which my foreman was not happy with and promptly left. After notifying booking.com, the owner admitted it was shared but refused to refund the money, he instead updated the listing of this property to show shared bathroom and kitchen and ignored us and never gave our money back. Booking.com could do nothing about it as they give all the power to these property owners which results in certain owners doing things like the above. Completely unfair and would not recommend.

You will enjoy all the amenities, from a cozy queen bed to the host’s (awesome) coffee maker! Could not recommend this place more. Easy access to the West Kensington tube station and a safe location to walk around in the evening as a solo female traveler. Nothing! This place deserves 5/5 stars :)
- Rosalind (9/5): Conventient. - Perfect location for tubes and for Olympia. Easy walk for both. Nice area. felt safe walking around without my 6' 4" husband Couldn't reach some kitchen cupboards and not spotlessly clean, but not a health risk at all
- Dee (8/5): Great value flat in a super location - My host was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable and the flat was a ten minute walk from Olympia where I was working. I was surprised that my host lived in the apartment as well as I had expected to stay there on my own. There was no information in the description about this although he was so friendly and thoughtful that it didn't matter too much, it was just a surprise. I stayed for 4 nights and he was there for two of them and away for another two but he didn't tell me he wouldn't be coming back so I kept expecting him to turn up. It would have been nice if I had known this but it was ok however I kept worrying that he might turn up in the night when I was going to the bathroom.....it didn't detract from the fact he was such a lovely guy and the flat was great. It was really good value for money in an excellent location.

The bed was also very comfortable I highly recommend! Nothing it had everything provided for my stay in London and restaurants were close by it had a few stairs to climb so if anyone had health issues that maybe a problem.

The host is very kind and available, and he made me feel comfortable from the beginning. For someone traveling alone like me, it was the perfect value for money as the room was very comfortable and the apartment is in a superb location in the beautiful area of Kensington and close to many metro stations. I didn't have to use it but there is also a very functional kitchen and the living room is also nice for a little rest between 2 trips in the city.
