• Ramses (8/5): Prima ruim appartement met goede voorzieningen - De lichte ruimte van het appartement, m.n. de lichtkoepels in de badkamer en keuken zijn prettig. Het ruime terras met uitzicht op zee maakt het mede een geslaagde vakantie. Voldoende handdoeken en zelfs badlakens aanwezig. Fijn dat tussentijds, wij waren er 11 nachten, het bed werd verschoond en handdoeken werden ververst. Door de zichtbare afvoerpijp van het restaurant onder het terras word je dagelijks geconfronteerd met een vette baklucht, bij verkeerde windrichting moet je naar binnen en de balkondeuren sluiten. Om roestvlekken op kleding te voorkomen zou het losse wasrek vervangen moeten worden. Bij aankomst gemeld dat de stofzuiger defect is, geen reactie meer mogen ontvangen.
• Guus (7/5): Een prachtige locatie en schoon van binnen ondanks het ontbreken van een vaatwasser. Helaas niet schoon op het dakterras - De locatie zo dicht bij de oceaan en strand en boulevard vonden wij geweldig! We hebben er van genoten. Het appartement zelf was goed schoon. Het dakterras was niet goed schoongemaakt. Zo zaten er allerlei vetvlekken (denken wij) op de tafel. De kussens op de ligbedden zaten vol vlekken. De toegang tot het complex (de trappen) werd niet schoongemaakt. Dat is jammer want dat doet wat met de uitstraling van het complex. Daar kunnen de eigenaren van het appartement natuurlijk niet zoveel aan doen (denken wij). Teleurstellend is dat er bij de beschrijving op booking.com wordt geschreven dat er een vaatwasser zou zijn. Die is er niet.
• Matthew (9/5): Clean, tidy and excellent location - Great location and surprisingly quiet, being where it is. Could really do with air conditioning in the main bedroom.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - Just back from a week's stay here with my husband and parents. The apartment is in a great location, and although it's above a bar we didn't find it noisy at all. The apartment is spacious, clean, well kitted out and the balcony is fantastic, it's large with great views! Interaction with the hosts was really easy and they were very helpful. I would return to this apartment again.

You won’t be disappointed if you stay here - The property had a fantastic location overlooking the beach and the sea, in a central area of Puerto Del Carmen The apartment had 2 large sized bedrooms and comfy beds It had a large kitchen/lounge area which was furnished with couches table etc The balcony was around 30 metres long. It had table and chairs under shade, 4 comfortable sun beds with shade available if needed, and table and chairs at the bottom of it
