• Marta (7/5): - O alojamento está numa muito boa localização, no entanto ouve-se muito barulho vindo da rua. É muito bom a nível de tamanho para grupos grandes. Os colchões não têm um resguardo, é o lençol direto, do ponto de vista higiénico não é de todo aceitável numa casa que é alugada regularmente a pessoas diferentes. A cozinha tem pouca loiça para a quantidade de pessoas que o apartamento suporta. Existem coisas a precisar de manutenção….

• Domenico (6/5): Posizione ottima ma casa vecchia - La posizione è perfetta. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti punti di maggior interesse. Eravamo un gruppo da 13 persone e volendo stare insieme non ci sono molte alternative in pieno centro. Però non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto, l'appartamento è vecchio. La cosa peggiore sono le finestre in legno, molte delle quali non si chiudono bene e lasciano passare tutti i rumori della strada. Anche la pulizia è approssimativa.
• Igor (10/5): - Квартира в очень удобном месте. Все в пешей доступности, транспорт весь под рукой. Быстрое поселение, возможность немного продлить пребывание, возможность оставить вещи до отьезда. Большие , светлые комнаты, все с окнами. Плстельные принадлежности чистые. Могу рекомендовать тем, кто едет большой компанией и на первом месте локация. Есть несколько поеложений для хозяев, чтобы сделать пребывание еще комфортнее. 1. Рассмотреть возможность замены конструкций некоторых кроватей, которые скрипят и шатаются. 2. Установка кофеварки , но не капсульной 3. Замена внешнего остекления для шумо и теплоизоляции квартиры. Это повысит рейтинг квартиры.
• Daniela Maria (8/5): Tutto sommato esperienza positiva. - Posizione ottima vicino a tutto ma un po’ rumorosa di notte essendo sulla Gran Via. Appartamento da rinnovare, pulizia da migliorare, la dotazione di un asciugamano per la doccia e uno per il viso per tutto il soggiorno è troppo poco, la doccia in camera solo fredda ma per fortuna c’erano le altre due docce.

• Jing (10/5): Exceptional - An extremely nice landlord. When we checked in, he patiently explained each room and its usage, and introduced the nearby attractions. Everything was wonderful! When we were ending our trip in Madrid and heading to Barcelona, a friend left his passport and money in the hotel. The landlord came from Madrid to Barcelona and brought the passport and money to us. We were very touched. Thank him for his help, which made our trip end perfectly. We look forward to seeing him again in Madrid next time.

• Akmal (10/5): stilli think it is perfect choice - perfect for big family, many rooms, full facilities but a quite noise at night coz you could hear people scream in the streer and ambulance/fire moving. a few steps to reach elevator, they got two elevator, for people and goods. location is perfect, most rooms with balcon.

• Chunling (9/5): Superb - Miguel is very very helpful and nice host, he always try to help us when we need him, I am so grateful. The location is excellent, you can easily reach spainish square, the metro, and good restaurants. The room is big enough for 8 people, and our children had much fun there. The kitchen is very friendly and we can cook meals easily. Maybe there is some small problems with the apartment, like the door of the kitchen toliet, overall, the room is well enough for us. Maybe the room near the Gran Via street would be a bit noisy, cz that street is the main street and many people and cars.
• Marriane (10/5): Good - The location of the property is near the city centre and the train station,near some restaurant. Heater was good 👍. The uniqueness is the old fashion style of the airbnb. The door of one bedroom where the double deck located made some noise opening and closing it.😂

• Nick (5/5): This would be an amazing place to stay if needed repairs are made and the home is cleaned better before arrival. Don’t t - Amazing location. Lovely decor. Excellent mattresses. Spacious and sunny. Nice views. Many things are in poor condition and in need of repair. Leaky faucets, loose toilet in master bedroom, refrigerator door is extremely different to open. Bathroom door near kitchen does not offer complete privacy. Master shower is nearly impossible to get a good temperature, it’s either scalding hot or freezing cold and the plumbing makes an awful sound every time you run the water in the master bedroom. We were also disappointed in the general cleanliness of the home: ants in the kitchen, lots of dust, and the floors were not mopped well prior to our visit.
