- Shane (4/5): I expected way more - Italy is only round the corner My family 2 adults and three children, booked for a two bedroom and got a one bedroom with bunk beds in the living room.Half the radiators didn’t work and we’re broken sharp metal sticking out at the head height of my 1 year old toddler. Mould in the bedroom and bathroom. The sofa in the bedroom was so dirty. The building is located just before the tunnel to Italy. Surrounded with abandoned buildings that have been smashed in

- ANGEL D. (2/5): No vayan, una auténtica pocilga. - Localización no lejos del lugar en el que teníamos que estar. Parecía una pocilga. Extremadamente sucio y con olor a tabaco rancio. Moqueta y mobiliario con tantas manchas y porquería que es difícil de explicar que alguien ponga en alquiler un lugar así. Baño muy sucio de otros usuarios. Pomos de puertas y ventanas, y manillas pegajosas. Falta de productos básicos de limpieza y útiles de cocina. Cortinas rotas y sucias. Ruidoso. El portal de acceso al edificio realmente asqueroso y con olor a meados. Tuvimos que comprar material de limpieza para desinfectar al menos lo que tocábamos. Vergonzoso y lamentable.

L'état de propreté de l'appartement, matelas sale, marque de brûlure, d'ailleurs nous n'avons pas dormi dessus. Le canapé dans le salon très très sale. Très mal équipé pour la cuisine, pas de bol, très peu de couverts. Depuis que je passe par booking c'est la première fois qu'on tombe sur un logement aussi déplorable. Seul son emplacement était au top, et pourtant il y a un potentiel car l'appartement est grand.

Abbiamo segnalato tutto appena arrivati e in un ora abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento, il proprietario ha rifiutato il rimborso.

- Amanda (9/5): Well appointed apartment that is good value for money. value for money - It was roomy and had a full kitchen. Everything you need. A bit further out then expected.
- Anton (8/5): - This place is very spacious, has all necessary supplies, everything is clean, a bit old-fashioned, but very 'swiss': I've stayed in many locations with the similar design. It could require some renovation but in my own subjective opinion, it does not spoil the impression. Mattresses are not super comfy though (too soft) and might consider change, bunk bed is suitable for kids, but not for grownups. Easy to find, just put "Les Nis" in google maps and the location it finds is the one you need. The location is great if you travel with the car: many great location within several minutes reach. i would recommend it, especially considering price-quality ratio.

- Almas (8/5): Very good - Very nice host and nice place. The bed mattress were two single which was a bit uncomfortable. As our stay wasn't long so I didn't request a double mattress. Apart from that everything was great.
- Nestor (10/5): Merveilleuse decouverte dans une etape de nôtre voyage vers l’ Italie - The owners were extremely friendly and ready to help in anything we needed. They received us with open arms, helping us with the luggage. The apartment was wonderful, very well equipped with everything needed for a stay where you want to cook, rest and be fully autonomous. We usually travel with our 2 dogs, and this is a recommended place for that, as they were welcomed with a lot of love. Nothing wrong to say, this place is a great place for hikers, skiers and nature lovers, who seek a calm place to stay.
- Irakli (8/5): Very good - Cozy place to stay and to relax with family in a quiet location. Since our babies are less than 3 years old, in winter we were looking exactly this kind of place where the snow is guaranteed. Some problems about the hob for cooking, but the host offered as the alternative.
