Niriter (4/5): Disappointing - Not much! The AC was not working in one of the rooms. The other room the light flickered non stop. No one helped or answered any of my messages on WhatsApp or in the app. 6 people in one apartment for 3 days and we got one small bottle of shampoo. All and all very disappointing experience, I would not recommend to book this property. Pay more and go to a hotel. If you run a hotel or apartment services you need to be available during the weekend! Also, finding the key is a scavenger hunt, not fun at all when you check in around midnight!

Scott (10/5): Excellent. I plan on staying here again during my next visit to Athens. - Accessing the apartment keys from the lockbox was easy. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Pangrati is an excellent location for Athens. It is a bit off the tourist area, but walkable to everything. The metro is not far away either. My only recommendation would be to have clearer instructions to control the air conditioner. For some in my group it was easy and intuitive, for others it was a maze of buttons.
