• Helen (10/5): Great spacious apartment in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. - Great apartment with good facilities, close to the great bars and restaurants. Washing up liquid, sponge etc provided and a washing machine was very useful. Accommodation was spacious and airy and on a private complex so peaceful also.
• John (8/5): Lovely property in a fantastic setting. I would most definitely return - Great property Great location The single bed was not great. Only due to me being over 6 foot tall !
• Tara (4/5): Disappointed as I thought it was over priced for what we experienced. - Proximity to everything and it was peaceful and had a washing machine Very dated apt , it was a bit damp and musty in the apt, sun didn’t reach the terrace which was also run down so no sitting out in the sun. The electrics seemed off too as lights in bedroom would flicker on and off.

• Victor (9/5): Muy buena estancia! - La limpieza, el apartamento y la facilidad para acceder a él. Por sacar un fallo que no lo tiene, es que la piscina estaba sin agua… supongo que por el tiempo pero con 19 grados si me hubiese pegado un baño jejejeje.
• John Brodie (7/5): Everything was great there was a problem with electricity and then with the water and people upstairs were a bit noisy - It had everything you need local to all shops and restaurants and bars and beaches

Tuve que dormir en un sofá asqueroso además que la empresa pasó olímpicamente de todo - Nada, viejo deteriorado electricidad se desconecta cada 5 min. enchufes con adaptadores. Sucias las sábanas Pero sobre todo la humedad de la casa, enferme la primera noche. No había ni un calefactor ni aire ni nada. Es una vergüenza y voy a denunciar. Tengo fotos de todo y lo peor es que algo como el olor a humedad y el frío que tuve no se puede valorar en ellas. Una auténtica vergüenza que Booking tenga este tipo de apartamentos. Es para mandar a sanidad.

• Michael (2/5): Accommodation we had to put up with - The apartment was old and dated all furnishings were tired, the terrace was virtually non existent with old uncomfortable metal chairs the apartment was very poor yes the location is good but would definitely not recommend it to anyone
• Denisa (1/5): AVOID IT AT ALL COST - Horrible experience with bedbugs - We had a terrible experience at this property. After two nights of severe itching and sleeplessness, we inspected the bed and discovered bedbugs, larvae, and insect droppings. The mattress cover under the sheet clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time - it was full of dirt, hair, and insect remains. As a result, I developed a typical bedbug rash and we were forced to sleep in our car for the last night, because we refused to stay in the bed. This situation completely ruined our vacation, and I’m still dealing with health issues and itching caused by the bites even after leaving the property. As soon as we discovered the bedbugs, we immediately reported the situation to both the host and Booking.com. The host’s reaction was shocking - they refused to take responsibility or provide a full refund, did not even apologize at the beginning and instead said they would send a fumigation company only after the next guests leave. This means they immediately accommodated new people the same day we left, even after we reported bedbugs, which is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. Now it’s been more than a week and we still haven’t received any update or report from the so-called fumigation company. The host also refused to share the report, which makes us seriously doubt that any professional inspection or treatment ever took place. Overall, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had on Booking. The property should be reported to health authorities immediately. I strongly warn anyone against staying here - it’s unsafe, unhygienic and the host is completely untrustworthy.

• Adriana (7/5): Aceptable - La ubicación , hay aparcamiento y está cerca del paseo . La urbanización es muy agradable Cambiaría los muebles , una de las dos camas muy incómoda . Cafetera medio rota … le daría un lavado de imagen y mejoraría bastante . Y los vecinos bastante ruidosos por las mañanas muy temprano , pero eso no es culpa del propietario.

• Susan (10/5): Once in, perfect. Have booked the same complex for the summer. - Only issue was the bad directions. Wasn’t even informed of complex name, just an address. Saw a German man going in the complex next to no 1 which was just a house. We had to carry my daughter and wheelchair up and then down to get into the complex… then the directions were so poor I had 4 people helping me find the appartment. So those directions need to be improved.. it’s at the San Fermin complex. Instructions on getting in.

• Daphne (7/5): Overall we were very happy, felt like our home 😀😀 - Excellent location, very close to shops and restaurants. Great to have washing machine for such a long stay. Very little privacy, the terrace on ground level at walkway. The oven/hob tripped the electric when on together. Quite dark inside.
• Shauna (9/5): Superb - Super clean, had everything you would need and great value for money! A lil bit far from the strip but not miles away!
• Jackie (4/5): Needs decorating and cleaned up - Bedding was clean and fridge was clean. The complex was lovely. Tired and needs updating. Kitchen window and nets were dirty. Stained tea cups. Tiny bath towels.

• Pamela (7/5): Good - Quiet complex grounds and gardens were very well kept. Location was good. Pool area clean. No toilet facilities around the pool area. Lack of sunbeds at busy periods.
