• Arno (3/5): Très moyen car l’appartement n’est pas entretenu et le quartier est très inquiétant. - L’appartement pourrait être bien mais il manque cruellement de soin et d’entretien. Ménage très approximatif. Douche encore mouillée des derniers locataires . Prise électrique et plaque à induction qui ne fonctionne pas. Rangement désordonné. Tee-shirt d’un ancien locataire encore dans un placard. Pas d’éponge, ni de liquide vaisselle. Scotch sur les prises Fenêtre qui ne ferme pas donc courant d’air

• Sara (6/5): Normal - La cama era muy comoda, y grande. El baño estaba equipado con toallas, papel higiénico, secador… Nos encontramos una cucaracha andando por el rail del frigorífico, habia una mancha de humedad debajo de la maquina de aire acondicionado y unas lentillas usadas, en el suelo.

• Leomarse19 (2/5): Mai più. - Carino l'appartamento Partiamo dal check-in non automatizzato. Ti fissano un appuntamento di persona per farti accedere al palazzo. Ti tempestano di telefonate per aggiornare l'orario dell'appuntamento, il che è abbastanza fastidioso. Il sistema di accesso alla casa (solo in casa) è tramite codice o link a un sito web, mentre per il portone serve una chiave fisica. Io dico, se serve una chiave per accedere al palazzo fate le chiavi anche per l'appartamento per rendere tutto più semplice, no? Oltretutto se uno si ritrova col telefono scarico non può più accedere in casa se non ricorda il codice. Zona tremenda, ok la vicinanza all'ippodromo per i concerti ma già di giorno c'è da aver paura a fare due passi, figuriamoci la sera. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento è molto carino, tuttavia ci sono dei disservizi che ne annientano completamente l'immagine: •WiFi: c'è ma è talmente lento che è totalmente inutile. Ho dovuto usare hotspot per lavorare tutto il tempo. Per uno straniero che ha una SIM temporanea e deve organizzarsi per girare la città, questo potrebbe essere un bel problema. •Doccia: carina ma il piatto doccia si allaga completamente dopo 20 secondi (non esagero) di acqua aperta. Ti ritrovi con l'acqua che ti supera le caviglie. ORRENDO. •Insetti: dulcis in fundo, in bagno ho trovato una blatta e la cosa mi ha lasciato a dir poco PERPLESSO e schifato.

• Raimonds (5/5): Cockroaches in kitchen - Location quite good Getting into is not convenient but fine. Once you lose your phone, you will not manage to get into :) At first, the apartment made a great impression - it was beautiful, clean, and everything seemed perfect. Even the check-in issues were quickly resolved. However, during our stay, we killed six cockroaches, which was very disappointing. We even found a dead cockroach in the fridge. Additionally, there was a strange gas smell in the apartment that really scared us. The location is good - there's a metro station nearby, and we recommend visiting the Garden City restaurant in the area.

• Bashir (8/5): Great. - The room was clean and near to stadium. And near to bus stations. The way to discover how to open the doors are not easy for the first time, especially when the person in the building reception is not available.
