Would highly recommend it . We were an adult and two children and the space was perfect, 4 adults might be a squeeze Nothing
• Benedetta (8/5): Se fila tutto liscio, allora è una buona scelta - La posizione è molto valida, ma il navigatore fa davvero fatica a trovare l’alloggio, abbiamo dovuto chiedere a dei passanti. Interni fedeli alle foto, tranne per il letto, che è chiuso da un muro in fondo, quindi lo spazio risulta ridotto. Condominio pulito, silenzioso e caldo. È vicino a svariati servizi e rientra nei punti di pick-up di tutte le escursioni. La comunicazione totalmente assente, il che è davvero inqualificabile. Abbiamo fatto presente un paio di cose e non hanno mai risposto. Se va tutto liscio, bene, diversamente si è abbandonati a se stessi. Il letto non ha lo spazio in fondo, perché c’è un muro e non si vede dalle foto: questo è un problema per chi dorme con i piedi fuori (nel nostro caso il mio compagno, per problemi al ginocchio) e per chi è alto.

• Irina (9/5): Modern apartment, but rule-heavy experience - The apartment is modern, clean, and nicely maintained. Despite being quite small, it is well designed and functional. The bathroom layout, with the shower next to the toilet, is not ideal but acceptable for a short stay. What slightly affected our experience was the very detailed and frequent communication regarding rules and procedures. From before arrival until check-out, we received many messages with instructions, reminders, and warnings about cleaning, timing, and possible extra charges. While we fully understand the need for rules, the overall tone made us feel a bit anxious rather than relaxed. On a holiday trip to Rovaniemi, especially one centered around enjoying the festive atmosphere, it would have been nicer to feel more at ease instead of worrying about whether something might be considered “exceptionally untidy,” a term that was not clearly explained. Overall, the apartment itself is pleasant and comfortable, but a warmer and more reassuring communication style would greatly improve the guest experience.

• Hugh (9/5): - It was a fantastic location for shops and local restaurants. It is defitely a winter wonderland with awesome views......i'll be coming back!! Just a minor hicup in the instructions for entering the property in the use of the buzzer, but in saying that a friendly resident helped me get in and I was off to having the best time.
• Paul (10/5): Excellent apartment in a perfect location to explore Rovaniemi - This property exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back. I was a little concerned that getting in to the property sounded complicated from the instructions, with an automated web-based system for gaining access first time but it was fine and straightforward in reality. Once you are in there is a physical key for the duration of stay. Location is great - 5 mins walk from bus station/10 from railway station, or about 15 mins drive from airport. You can park on the streets for free for 2-3 hours using a parking disc scheme which my rental car had already provided. Parking for longer stays was a bit more expensive... we parked in the underground parking at across the road which was great for avoiding the wintry conditions but was pricey (around £2 per hour). Other indoor parking is available around town for half that price but we just stuck with the closer option. When I come back next time I will not bother with hire car as bus/train are excellent including to/from Santa Claus village and airport. The apartment is 1 min walk from a large shopping centre with a supermarket that is open til late, lots of shops ranging from cheap souvenirs to high end outlets, plus a number of food outlets offering good quality food at decent prices. It is 5 mins walk from the Arktikum museum and 1 min from Korundi art gallery and cultural centre. It is around 5-10 mins from Lordi square in the centre of town. The property is great for a couple - open plan kitchen/dining/seating area and the bedroom has two arches either side of a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need including a big fridge/freezer. There is a balcony with good seating - iglazed to protect from the elements. Bathroom is large "wet-room" style and includes a washing machine. Flat screen TV has Netflix/Amazon Video/Youtube etc and the wifi is great (as is mobile internet) Can't fault the place.

Every pictures are true and the place was so clean, cozy and comfortable. just bring your clothes and everything was provided for. The mall was just a short 5 mins work, super convenient to restaurants and bus stops. Perfect everything! I didnot like that we only stayed overnight. I wish we had more time.

• Anke (10/5): It's a great place to stay when you visit Rovaniemi and i would come any time again. - Close to a bigger shopping mall and within walking distance to the center of the city. The Studio was extremely comfy and whatever you need was there. All was exceptional clean. The access was easy with the online instructions but you would need a phone with internett access on the day of arrival. All was good, nothing to write here. Maybe it would be good to have an easy accessible storage on the day of check-out without extra costs and parking (had to walk for overnight (not so funny after a day out).

• Isaaaa96 (10/5): Nice and modern apartment - Very nice apartment, family style, welcoming, and above all very comfortable, located near the supermarkets about 400 m and also close to the center about 600 m We did not have the opportunity to see the staff, as the apartment is equipped with a self check in. We communicated via text anyway, very professional.
• Km (10/5): A golden stay! - The apartment was very well kept, clean and comfortable, with nice little touches only a lady hostess can provide! The kitchen had excellent facilities and I felt it more comfortable to buy and eat in, due to the cold. The property was near the train station, the supermarket - which had a cafe - and town center. Can't think of anything!

• Gurutzeta (8/5): Cozy centric flat - Getting to the flat was a technological marvel we were amazed by it. The room was small but really cozy and well lit. The decoration and the small details they left for us were fantastic. We were four and it was a little too crammed for us, but we were only going to spend a night so we didn't really care. The "main bedroom" didn't have a door, we didn't really care but it may be a problem for someone.

Toiletries were available as well as some extras in the kitchen such as coffee, oil, butter. Square small pillows (but there were several of them)
