• Monika (10/5): Perfekt! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, abseits der Touristenströme, guter Parkplatz und bietet auch die Möglichkeit nach Dubrovnik runterzulaufen und wenn man will, an anderer Stelle wieder hoch. Es ist etwas sportlich aber gut machbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder wählen! Alles gut!

• Carly (10/5): Great appartement, nice host, nice location - Beautiful modern appartement, very friendly owners and free parking. You can have a lovely walk from the house to the old city. Its a walk down the mountain with a nice view. We did it with a six year old, no problem. The host was very welcoming and we had everything we needed, and more. I would love to come back some day. Nothing!
• Aleksandra (10/5): - Apartament przestronny, czysty. Zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzebne, a nawet więcej. Do centrum Dubrownika można dojść piechotą, ale jest spora górka w powrotną stronę. Przesympatyczna właścicielka, w każdej chwili służy pomocą. Niedaleko apartamentu rewelacyjny punkt widokowy na Dubrownik.
• Jose Martin (10/5): No lo dudes - El sitio es increíble con unas vistas preciosas, los dueños son espectaculares y muy muy amables pendientes de todo se preocuparon de que viniera un taxi a buscarnos para llevarnos al aeropuerto y por un precio muy bueno, mucho menos de lo que pagamos cuando llegamos a la casa. Nos compró para el primer día cuando llegamos leche, mantequilla, mermelada, café, azúcar, pan de molde y agua con gas y natural la casa tiene de todo terraza y otra más grande cubierta hasta con una barbacoa y una mesa enorme. Totalmente recomendable y como le dije a Ivana si alguna vez decido volver a Croacia. Nos volveremos a quedar ahí Nada

• Angelique (10/5): Parfait - L'appartement d'Ivanka est en tout point parfait. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Rien ne manque. On apprécie le café du matin sur la terrasse 😊 Ivanka est une hôtesse aux petits soins, disponible, réactive et très sympathique. L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. On peut rejoindre la vieille ville par un sentier (25 minutes) avec une vue magnifique !!! A faire au moins une fois 😉 Remonter à l'appartement est plus difficile (que de la montée, beaucoup d'escaliers) mais le bus 17 vous ramènera facilement à l'appartement. En semaine au mois d'avril, il passe toutes les heures. À la gare routière de Pile juste avant de prendre le bus il y a un petit magasin où vous pourrez faire quelques achats avant de remonter. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Dubrovnik !!! Encore mille mercis à Ivanka !!!!!!!
• Tea (10/5): - The host Ivana is the kindest soul ever. We arived around 1am and she was waiting for us to arrive to show us everything inculing tips and tricks for visiting the old town, where to park ect. She had evrrything ready and she turned on the heat because she knew we were coming with a child also she put breat and some jam milk and coffeeso we dont need to go out immediately after waking up. The apartment has evrrything including washing machine and dishwasher. It was very comfortable and this made the stay 10/10. If we are ever in Dubrovnik she is our number one choice. Everything was great just have in mind if you arent with a car you will have trouble going back and fourth to the apartment as it is a bit out of Dubrovik. We were with a car and it wasnt a problem for us.
• Martin (10/5): Wundervoll und Zauberhaft - Top Gelegen! Nur einen schönen Spazieren von der Altstadt Dubrovnik entfernt. Vor allem war es extrem sauber und ruhig. Die Ausblicke von Bosanka aufs Meer und auf die Stadt sind unbeschreiblich/einmalig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich! Das war der beste Aufenthalt den wir jemals hatten.

• France (10/5): - Ivana est une hôte formidable, aux petits soins et tellement adorable ❤️ Ses petites attentions pour nous accueillir ont vraiment été appréciables (pain, beurre, confiture, lait, bouteille d'eau et même des bières 😂) et ses conseils également. L'appartement est très beau, très propre, moderne avec tout le confort nécessaire et au calme sur les hauteurs de Dubrovnik. Le chemin à proximité de l'appartement, pour rejoindre la vieille ville à pieds, vaut vraiment le détour avec une vue magnifique mais la remontée est assez raide 😉 Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et je recommande fortement cet appartement ! RAS
• Subrina (10/5): Amazing! - The host was brilliant, friendly and accommodating! The accommodation was clean and cosy. The host is always happy to assist in every way you need. It’s clear the host cares that you experience a positively memorable time and is not just about renting out accommodation. The location is high up which overlooks the whole of Dubrovnik, which is stunning, and the sunsets are spectacular, but sometimes it can be a little tricky to get an uber in busy times. There is a local horse that is lovely to see that belongs to a local neighbour. It’s moved around. It’s not properly cared for. We tried to feed it daily and give it water as it was in bad shape. It needs to be brushed daily to remove insects. If you see it, please continue the love and care towards this animal.

• Elisabeth (9/5): Excellent stay! - The property is well maintained and very clean. Ivana greeted us and explained everything about the property and more. Great shower, comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen. We watched the sunset every night and had beautiful views of Dubrovnik just a few minutes walk from our stay. Highly recommended. Nothing to report.
• Helena (10/5): Lugar super especial! - Da anfitriã, Ivana, super simpática e prestativa. Faz de tudo para que você se sinta verdadeiramente à vontade! Da limpeza. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado. Mesmo não tendo contratado café da manhã, ela nos deixou água, café, pães, manteiga, geleia e leite. Perto tem um point view, de muito fácil acesso e de onde tiramos belas fotos! Muito bom! Recomendo muito!

• Teresaf007 (10/5): Lovely apartment for exploring Dubrovnik without hassle and expense of parking near town. - Ivana was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Parking space invaluable when you see the traffic and parking down in the town. A 20 minute walk uphill takes you to the cable car. Nothing we didn't like. Location was ok for us but there's a rocky walk to old town and an uber ride back which was around 9 euros. Upside of this were the fantastic views over Dubrovnik.
• Alfredo (10/5): Vacaciones de relax - El apartamento es muy cómodo y muy funcional, está en una colina con unas vistas del centro muy bonitas donde se puede ver la apuesta de sol. La anfitriona encantadora y muy atenta. Nada malo, Lo único que hemos hecho en falta es una pequeña piscina o jacuzzi en la terraza.
• MARIA ROSA (10/5): Estancia excelente - La limpieza, comodidad, que dispone de aparcamiento y la ubicación. Aunque no está en el centro de Dubrovnik las vistas son increíbles y merece la pena alojarse solo por eso. El recibimiento y comunicación con el dueño también fue muy bueno y se preocuparon de que tuviéramos, agua, leche, etc lo que es de agradecer. Totalmente recomendable! Si volvemos a Dubrovnik nos alojaremos aquí! Qué olía un poco a humedad pero nada importante.

• Marie (9/5): Superb - The stay here was absolutely great. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxed time. What really made it special were the hosts, Ivana and her husband. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Since we didn’t have a car, they offered to take us grocery shopping, which was super helpful. You can really tell they care about their guests and want you to feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would love to come back.

Best restaurant in Dubrovnik 5 minutes walk. People pay to see the sunset that was just “home” for us. Hosts were extreamly nice, helpful and friendly. No problem to arrive early, offerred late checkout, drove us to large supermarket so we could buy groceries. Very nice nice hosts. Nothing

• Kate (10/5): Comfortable, Peaceful and Welcoming Stay - Fantastic place to stay, up on the hillside to peace and a breeze, escaping the crowds and heat after a day in the old town. About a 20 min walk down into the old town, many options to get back up again, walk, bus, cable car, taxi. About a 15 min walk to the top of the hill to watch the sunset or visit the panorama restaurant or museum. Hosts couldn’t do enough for us, they were really welcoming. • Patti (9/5): Loved be away from the crowds! - The place was so roomy and cozy and in a neighborhood so super quiet except for the birdsong! The only draw back was catching a uber, it seems like there is a lot of traffic and we had to plan 15-30 minutes to just get assigned an uber. So loved the place just plan on it taking longer to get a ride into town.

• Stephen (10/5): An absolute germ - Clean, spacious. Located on top of the hills above Dubrovnik. You are spared from the crowds down there. Take Uber to get to the old town, it is only around €7 one way. It is especially recommended to stay there if you drive because it is a nightmare to find a parking and have to pay big money for it down these hills. Host Ivana is lovely and very helpful and responsive. None.
• Wendy (9/5): A lovely property away from the busy town with a super host. - Ivana was a great host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There were items in the fridge to make breakfast on the first morning which was good as we arrived late in the evening. The village was quiet and there were stunning views of the old town just metres away from the property. We walked down the path to the old town every morning taking in the amazing views but took the easy way back up the mountain by using Uber and the local bus. Fitter, younger people might enjoy the walk up, although perhaps not advisable in the really hot weather.
• Cameron (10/5): Excellent - Lovely, quiet, well-equipped apartment with pleasant outdoor space. Short walk to amazing sunset views of Dubrovnik. Ivana couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating and gave us loads of suggestions. There are lots of buses into Dubrovnik and there's a path to town avoiding traffic. Although the city isn't far to walk, the path is very steep, so you'll probably want to come back by bus or taxi.
• Dzmitry (10/5): it was one of the best stays I've ever had from booking.com - The host is a life-lover & opened person who's quite sincere and kind (e.g. gave us a ride to a shop and printed flight tickets). The apartment itself was equipped with a lot of stuff like toaster, teapot, balcony area with wooden table and umbrella, microwave, washing dishes. Quite unexpected bonuses: tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water, plum jam, butter, sugar etc n/a
• Chiara (10/5): Amazing and people are super kind and sweet - Ivana was super nice with us. Everything was super furnished and for the stuff that was missing she bring us to the supermarket. When we had a problem she was there helping us, that was the first time that I found a woman so nice. She also tried to help us at the end of the journey to go at the airport. The structure is full of everything, there is a bus 200 metres closer to the place. I suggest to take it and not to walk in the summer to go to the beach because it’s too hot. Nothing.

Host supplied coffee, tea + toast etc… Ivana and husband were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Brilliant view from the nearby path. View is amazing, however it is a bit of a walk into town. However, Ubers from town are very reasonable and the hike is worth the view!
• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Ivana was a great hostess, the apartment was comfortable, located atop the hill behind Dubrovnik we walked the 20 minutes to old town each morning. Ubers back up the hill were easy to get from old town (10euro). It’s also about a half hour walk along the ridge to the cable car and Dubrovnik lookout. There’s also a traditional Croatian restaurant about 50m down the road that is worth a try It’s a bit of a hike back up the mountain in the evening, particularly on hot days.
