La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Dominik, il gestore dell'appartamento. Costo esagerato, 220 euro a notte, troppo costoso, rispetto a ciò che offre l'appartamento, che non è proprio nuovissimo, in particolare il bagno!

It is in a great spot - lapad is more laid back than central dubrovnik and the beach, rocks and walkway are all lovely..the courtyard is nice for evenings.and is private and quiet. Nothing - it was perfect for us.

• Jorijn (10/5): Great! - We had a great stay! Dominik is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Also, the location is great. Just walk down the steps to get to the promenade. The bus stop and supermarket are also very close by.
• Ali (8/5): Very good - Nice self contained apartment within good walking distance of Lapad. Close to a small supermarket for your shopping and within easy walking distance, a few minutes to local buses. The host Dominic is really good and helpful 👌. As we had a late flight I booked an extra night so not to have to leave by 10am. The kitchen facilities were really good, had all that we needed. The bed was nice and comfortable and all very clean. If I was going to Dubrovnik I would stay there again. You get what you pay for. No negatives

• Timothy (9/5): Lovely stay in Lapad - Perfect location for all amenities.Felt safe and secure. Comfy bed. Great air conditioning and lots of hot water. Efficient wifi. Dominik was an excellent host who went out of his way to be helpful. Enjoyed sitting on the sunny terrace. Kitchen was a little small and cupboards were a little difficult to access for the shorter guest 😉
• Karen (9/5): A relaxing stay - Terrace , roomy apartment, good shower, washing machine, oven/grill as well as a hob, Friendly but relaxed welcome. Good location, not too far to the beach, eateries or local supermarket. Only one complaint, would have liked a decent light on the terrace for sitting out after dark.
• Sharpe (10/5): Apartment was amazing terrasse and location - The apartment was amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location is great, there are shops in the neighbourhood and the beach at less than 10 minutes away ! Dominik was very kind and gave us advice for going to Dubrovnik Old Town. Everything was perfect but if we had to give one little advice it would be in the bedroom. Even though there are shutters, light still passes and waked us up quite early. Maybe some curtains could be good ? Otherwise nothing to say :)

• Nae (8/5): Very good - The host was helpful recommending us how to get to the city, where to eat at the restaurants, what beaches to visit and it had a very good private parking for our car. It was very close to the beach and had a very nice terrace. The kitchen was not very good (the flame of the stove was not working). There could have been also some mosquito nets at the windows because everytime we aired the rooms the mosquitos entered.
