Bon petit déjeuner servi en terrasse Établissement très difficile voir impossible d'accès en voiture, même avec le Gps.Parking en bas de la ville, il a fallu monter les valises dans les ruelles pavées et encombrées de piétons pendant 10 minutes.

Short walk to everywhere, in the heart of the old town. Highly recommend, definitely best stay in albania. Beautiful plentiful breakfast, too.

Fairly small space in room and bathroom and no luggage rack or space. Breakfast so-so, not great. Have to special request coffee. Many stairs (3 sets) to haul luggage up from parking spot or street. Couldn’t stay even 30-min longer than 10am checkout.

Typical Albanian breakfast along with toast/butter/jam, fresh fruits, cheese/ham panini, enjoyed it all! Julia was a very welcoming and friendly host. There's a view of the castle from the rooftop terrace where we had breakfast. Highly recommend.

Situé à 2 mn de l’animation du bazaar sans les inconvénients du bruit des bars. Rien ! Accès difficile en voiture et parking payant à l’arrivée. Mieux vaut laisser la voiture en bas. Parking plus facile et gratuit :)

The room also didn't feel cramped for us (group of 3 friends) - we had a night in and watched a movie on the TV and had wine on the porch, it was lovely ! The guesthouse host is also very sweet. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety and so much food, we were impressed ! Can't think of anything, we only stayed one night :-)

Een mooie fijne schone kamer met privé terras en een ontzettend vriendelijk eigenaresse die niet heel goed Engels spreekt maar je wel begrijpt. De locatie is wat moeilijk te vinden. Je moet eerst door de tuin van hotel Gjirokaster lopen om bij Old Town hotel te komen. Dit is een beetje vreemd. n.v.t

• María Ángeles (10/5): Estancia maravillosa - La dueña es súper amable y nos permitió entrar en la habitación un poco antes de la hora porque ya la tenía lista. Nos sentimos como en casa. La habitación es muy bonita, muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Ella vive en la misma casa. Esta en pleno centro de la ciudad, junto a la mezquita, así que puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Salimos muy temprano pero nos preparó un picnic con mucho gusto, aunque ella estaba preocupada porque no nos pudo preparar el desayuno, pero el picnic era estupendo con bocadillos y fruta. Nos volveremos a alojar allí sin lugar a dudas si volvemos a visitar la zona, y así probamos su desayuno que seguro que está estupendo :-)
• Patrick (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Hotel wird von einer sehr sympathischen 64-Jährigen geführt. Die Lage ist super. Burg und neuer Basar fußläufig um die Ecke. Wir haben nur den Fehler gemacht, zu versuchen, das Hotel zu erreichen, indem wir mitten durch die Stadt gefahren sind. Der Anstieg der Straßen verbunden mit dem Verkehr ist eine Prüfung. Man muss berganfahren gut beherrschen. Das alte Pflaster ist schon im trockenen Zustand rutschig für die Autoreifen. Es gibt eine asphaltierte Umgehungsstraße, die bequem zum Hotel führt.

Nos dejo dejar las mochilas durante la mañana.

• Florence (10/5): - Simply a wonderful stay. A welcoming, generous, and very friendly staff situated in an ideal location, both close to the bazaar and the Gjirokastër castle. Given how steep the roads are this is very ideal. My boyfriend and I highly recommend this stay. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were extremely generous and accommodating. We certainly wont hesitate to book this place again when we return to Gjirokastër :)

Stanza semplice e pulita. Dalla finestra laterale si vedeva la torre del Castello. Colazione abbondante e gustosa: frittelle, torta al cioccolato e marmellata preparata dalla padrona di casa. Schone kamers met mooie badkamers en koelkastje met wat drankjes er in die je kan kopen. Persoonlijk vond ik de rit omhoog wat spannend. Maar het is gelukt. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk maar sprak geen Engels.

• Daniel (10/5): Sehr hübsche und ruhige Unterkunft im Zentrum - Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges 4er-Zimmer direkt auf den ruhigen Innenhof, wo auch das gute Frühstück serviert wurde. Sehr nette Eigentümerfamilie, spricht ein wenig Englisch. Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, alles fussläufig erreichbar, wir konnten sogar das Auto kostenlos ausserhalb des Hofes abstellen.
